        코어 위치 변화에 따른 비틀림 초고층 구조물의 동적응답분석

        Currently, the construction trend of high-rise structures is changing from a cube-shaped box to a free-form. In the case of free-form structures, it is difficult to predict the behavior of the structure because it induces torsional deformation due to inclined columns and the eccentricity of the structure by the horizontal load. For this reason, it is essential to review the stability by considering the design variables at the design stage. In this paper, the position of the weak vertical member was analyzed by analyzing the behavior of the structure according to the change in the core position of the twisted high-rise structures. In the case of the shear wall, the shear force was found to be high in the order of proximity to the center of gravity of each floor of the structure. In the case of the column, the component force was generated by the axial force of the outermost beam, so the bending moment was concentrated on the inner column with no inclination.

        코어위치에 따른 Tilted 형상 구조물의 정적응답 분석

        경사진 고층구조물은 기울어진 입면으로 인해 각 층별로 상이한 편심이 발생하며, 자중에 의한 처짐으로 구조물의 전도모멘트가 증가함에 따라 부재와 접합부에 국부적인 손상이 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 Tilted 형상 고층 구조물의 거동 분석을 위하여 60층 규모의 정형구조물과 중층부가 약 12.7도 경사진 구조물을 모델링하였다. 경사진 구조물의 코어가 X축으로 이동함에 따른 층간변형률과 기둥 및 코어의 부재력 분석을 위해 선형 정적해석을 수행하였으며, 등가정적 지진하중과 중력하중의 하중조합을 재하하였다. 해석결과, Tilted 구조물은 정형구조물과 달리 지진하중보다 중력하중의 영향이 지배적인 양상이 나타났다. 또한, 중력하중이 포함된 하중조합에서 Tilted 구조물의 코어가 X축으로 이동할수록 층간변형률과 기둥이 부담하는 축력, 그리고 인장력을 받는 코어의 면적이 모두 감소하였다. 따라서, 코어가 구조물이 경사진 방향으로 이동할수록 구조물의 전도에 대해 유리할 것으로 판단되나, 하중이 집중되는 기둥-보 접합부의 응력에 대한 상세한 검토가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

      • TG Osseotite(R) 임플란트의 성공률에 대한 임상적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to review the prognosis of the TG Osseotite implant(3i Co, USA) placed in partial edentulous area of oral cavity and to suspect the possible causes leading to failure. The one hundred twenty four TG Osseotite implants that had been inserted between 2000 to 2002 were followed up for 2 years(avg : 9.5 months) in function. Medical records, and radiographs were evaluated and analyzed by the over all success rate, sex and age factors, general disease, implant fixture length and diameter, implant site, bone density, and surgical methods. Chi-square test was used statistically. Of the 124 TG Osseotite implants, 9 implants(7.3%) were removed in early phase and 3 implants(2.4%) in late phase of treatment. The cumulative survival rate was 90.2 %. The failure of the TG Osseotite implant was closely related with the use of bone graft techniques such as sinus elevation or immediate implantation and not with the age, sex, general disease, implant site and bone density of implanted site. The failure of the TG Osseotite?? implant was well developed when it was the wide type of implant and it was inserted for single tooth replacement. The developement of peri-implantitis was the most important factor in the failure of the TG Osseotite?? implant.

        Undifferentiated mesencymal stem cells(UMSCs) have been thought to be multipotent cells that can replicate as undifferentiated cells and that have the potential to differentiate into lineages of mesenchymal tissue including the bone, cartilage, fat, tendon, muscle, and marrow stroma. It can be used to sinus lifting, Guided bone regeneration, other bone graft in dental part. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of mesencymal stem cells on sinus augmentation with autogenous bone, fibrin glue mixture in a rabbit model. 8 New Zealand white rabbits were divided randomly into 4 groups based on their time of sacrifice(1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks). First, undifferentiated mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from iliac crest marrow of rabbits and expanded in vitro. cell culture was performed in accordance with the technique described by Tsutsumi et al. In the present study, The animals were sacrificed at 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks after transplantation, and the bone formation ability of each sides was evaluated clinically, radiologically, histologically and histomorphologically. According to the histological observations, Stem cell group showed integrated graft bone with host bone from sinus wall. At 2 and 4weeks, It showed active newly formed bone and neovascularization. At 8 weeks, lamella bone was observed in sinus graft material area. Radiologically, autobone with stem cell showed more radiopaque than autobone without stemcell. there were significant differences in bone volume between 2 and 4 weeks (p<0.05). In summary, the autobone with stem cells had well-formed, newly formed bone and neovasculization, compared with the autobone without stem cells (esp. 2 weeks and 4 weeks) The findings of this experimental study indicate that the use of a mixture of mesenchymal stem cell yielded good results in osteogenesis and bone volume comparable with that achieved by autogenous bone. Therefore, this application of this promising new sinus floor elevation method for implants with tissue engineering technology deserves further study.

        직무도전성이 학습민첩성을 매개로 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 최근 경제사회적 변화로 인해 경력이 개인중심으로 바뀌면서 주관적 경력성공에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 주관적 경력성공의 다양한 선행요인을 밝히기 위해 본 연구를 수행하였으며, 이와 함께 직무도전성과 학습민첩성을 함께 분석하였다. 3개의 변수를 통합적으로 분석한 실증연구가 부족한 상황에서 각 변수들의 개념적 특성을 바탕으로 이론적 관계를 가정하여 연구모델을 설정하였다. 가설 검증을 위해, 국내 기업을 대상으로 진행한 설문에서 수집한 248개의 자료를 분석하였다. 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 가설검증을 위한 위계적 회귀분석과 매개효과분석을 통한 Sobel test를 수행하였다. 분석결과 직무도전성은 학습민첩성과 주관적 경력성공에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무도전성은 학습민첩성을 매개로 주관적 경력성공에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 다뤄진 변수에 대한 실증연구가 부족한 상황에서, 분석결과를 바탕으로 개인의 주관적 경력성공을 높이기 위해, 기업차원에서 도전적인 직무를 구성하는 것의 필요성과 학습민첩성을 높일 수 있는 조직의 분위기와 교육의 필요성 등을 실무적 시사점으로 제시하였다. This study analyzed job challenge and learning agility together to reveal various antecedent factors of subjective career success, which increased interest as careers changed to individuals due to recent economic and social changes. In a situation where empirical studies that analyzed three variables integrally are insufficient, a theoretical relationship was assumed based on the conceptual characteristics of each variable. 248 data collected in a survey conducted on domestic companies were analyzed. Along with reliability analysis and correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis was performed for hypothesis verification. In addition, Sobel test was performed for mediating effect analysis. As a result of the analysis, job challenges had a significant positive (+) effect on learning agility and subjective career success. In addition, job challenges was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on subjective career success through learning agility. Based on the analysis results, the necessity of constructing challenging jobs at the corporate level, the atmosphere of the organization that can increase learning agility, and the necessity of education were presented as practical implications.

        하악 과두 골절에 관한 장기추적조사연구

        The management of mandibular condyle fractures continues to be a subject of much debate. It is suggested that, if not properly managed, these fractures may give rise to serious problems, such as malocclusion, mouth opening limitation, temporomandibular joint disorders. Treatment planing of mandibular condyle fractures is very important. The aim of this present study was to evaluate the long-term results according to treatment methods in condylar fractures. Also, it was to evaluate results of treatment according to condylar fracture level. We conducted a retrospective analysis of 43 mandibular condyle fractures. 43 patients followed for average period of 9.00 years(mini. 7yr, max. 12yr). All patients underwent a clinical and radiologic evaluation focusing on mouth opening, mandibular movements, TMJ function, change of ramal height, condylar remodelling. If the level of fracture was positioned in high, especially in level II, mandibular movement disability and ramus length loss was more prominent. This results were similar to the cases of treatment of fragment removal. In high level fracture and fragment removal cases, It is thought that more intensive and long term management are needed than other treatment cases using different operation methods. Also, direct fixation by each approach showed good results in mandibular movement, ramal height change and condylar shape. Through this results, accurate reduction of the mandibular condyle fractures was a very important factor in postoperative prognosis.
