The spread of Feng-Shui in West as a fad rather than in the East, where the Feng-Shui is originated, proves that the Oriental culture is being overlooked. The objective of this analysis is to learn how the study of Feng-Shui can be reflected on interior space composition, by understanding the Oriental interpretation of characteristics of nature, which is immanent in the principal and the value of traditional Korean beliefs. The "Pal-Tak-Ga-Sang" is a traditional Feng-Shui theory in which the main entrance, master bedroom, and kitchen are considered as "Yang-Tack-Sam-Yo"(the three fundamental elements of good human housing)". Frist it decides the "good or ill" by analyzing the East-West relations, and then it inspects the Productive and Destructive relations of the Five-Elements and the composition of Yin-Yang.
Miniature planar stack using the flexible Printed Circuit Board as current collectors

Fuel cells have the potential of providing several times higher energy storage densities than those possible using current state-of-the-art lithium-ion batteries, but current energy density of fuel cell system is not better than that of lithium-ion batteries. To achieve the high energy density, volume and weight of fuel cell system need to be reduced by miniaturizing system components such as stack, fuel tank, and balance-of-plant. In this paper, the thin flexible PCB (Printed circuit board) is used as a current collector to reduce the stack volume. Two end plates are made from light weight aluminum alloy plate. The plate surface is wholly oxidized through the anodizing treatment for electrical insulation. The opening rate of cathode plate hole is optimized through unit cell performance measurement of various opening rates. The performances are measured at room temperature and ambient pressure condition without any repulsive air supply. The active area of MEA is 10.08 cm2 and active area per a unit cell is 1.68 cm2. The peak power density is about 210 mW/cm2 and the air-breathing planar stack of 2 Wis achieved as a small volume of 18 cc.

For a mobile application such as cellular phone, micro fuel cells should be extremely compact and thin. RHFC can be an alternative solution because RHFC gives higher power density than DMFC and does not need ahydrogen storage vessel In this paper, RHFC using methanol fuel is made as a novel planar design without a PROX. Both reformer and cell are made closely in a same plate to share the heater of reformer with the cell. The PBI membrane is used in the cell. The reason is that high temperature of reformer can cause a performance drop when perfluorosulfonic acid membrane such as Nafion is used such a high temperature operation also guarantees the higher CO tolerance to MEA catalyst. The cell is designed as an air-breathing type which the cathode of the cell is opened to the air. The commercial Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 steam reformer catalyst is packed in reformer channel. The active area of MEA is 11.9cm² and the peak power density was 27.5mW/cm².

A park is not only an open apace that is most important but absolutely essential place for the sake of citizen life as an intrinsic facility to take a rest, enjoy leisure and exercise. because of the above the facts, the concept of unifying a park and a school has a great deal of advantage as for educational facilities in some housing projects in availing such an area. To do this, other spaces in the city should be the place just for schools, in contrary, the facilities and space of school should also be often to people in community for their convenience. These connections leave more benefits than they are separated by being less expense and using a smaller area. This study suggests fundamental materials which have the School Park introduced corresponding to the emotion of Korean people. The case area for this study, by making a rest area, the main idea is that students are liven a chance to enjoy a place or nature while citizen are given an opportunity to enjoy environment. From the references of domestic precedent studies and cases in the developed countries, the study suggests theoretical clues and methods. As a case site, Kang-Duck Elementary School and Ko-Duek Middle School were selected for this study.
