PAN 계 탄소섬유를 이용한 C / C Composites 의 제조와 Carbon blact 함량에 따른 특성 연구

To obtain a good C/C composite which has high mechanical properties, we concerned that the change of dimension of reinforcement as we proceed this research and we made a C/C composite by the way which reinforced PAN(Polyacrylonitile) based carbon fiber (as it stands) and fabricated carbon fiber. Also, To prevented that degraded the properties of C/C composite by the reduction during the carbonization process, added carbon black to matrix and the experiments were performed under various content(wt%) of carbon black. The Apparent density, ILSS, Flextural strength and modulus were evaluated to characterize mechanical properties of the C/C composite. It was found that UD and 2D composite which was added 10 wt% carbon black has good mechanical properties compared to that before addition while that were decreased as results of adding above 10 wt% since that decreased the bonding ability of CF and matrix.
폐석분과 폐타이어 칩을 충진제로 한 혼성복합재 (Hycom)의 제조 및 계면현상 연구

본 연구에서는 슬러지 및 폐타이어 칩(WTC)으로부터 얻은 폐석분을 충전제로 하고 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지(UPE)를 결합재로 하여 고분자 혼성복합재를 제조하였다. 또한 무기 충전제와 매트릭스 사이의 계면 결합뿐만 아니라 매트릭스 내의 충전제의 분산을 향상시키기 위하여 실란[γ-merthacryloxy propyl trimethoxy silane(γ-MPS)]을 이용하여 표면처리를 하였다. 혼성복합재의 구조적 특성과 기계적 물성에 대한 이 무기 재활용 충전제의 함량과 농도의 영향은 Mercury Porosimeter 및 주사전자현미경을 이용하여 관찰하였다. In this study, wasted stone powders (WSP) obtained from sludge and Wasted Tire Chips (WTC) as fillers have been used to formulate polymer hybrid composites based on Unsaturated Polyester (UPE) resin. To further enhance not only the interfacial bond between the inorganic filler and the polymer matrix, but also the filler dispersion by wetting the particulate surfaces to uniformly spread the resin during the mixing, silane coupling agent[γ-methacryloxy propyl trimethoxy silane (γ-MPS)] was used. The influences of organic recycled fillers contents and the concentrations of coupling agent in polymer hybrid composite formulations have been investigated from a mechanical and microstructural point o view through Mercury Porosimeter and SEM.

According as zone of life of big city is expanded by new city development etc.., need special skill master plan compensation which can be systematic for wide area traffic problem solution and confusion expense minimization in the metropolitan area because wide area of capital region traffic is gone continuously and continues. Accordingly, Kyonggi Province suggested rapid-transit railway achievement that can connect Seoul Gangnam in 20 minutes with Dongtan new city recently MLTM(Ministry of Land Transport and Maritime Affaris) announced "Capital region railway network improvement plan research services (2007.12)" result that Gangnam High-speed railway route (Suse ~ Dongtan ~ Pyeongtaek) construction for offer High-speed railway service to capital region and Kyonggi southern part area inhabitantses and need to line capacity tribe solution by Seoul-Busan high-speed railway second-stage and Honam high speed railroad completion. Is judged that need examination about wide area rapid-transit railway combined application operation thattake advantage of rail track reserve capacity of High-speed railway for utilization efficiency elevation of country and efficient investment of national finance according as High-speed railway and Gangnam rapid-transit railway route that is suggested in Kyonggi Province are overlaped. Therefore, in this research, I wish to quote investment efficiency plan of railroad business by that different kind"s train is run in uniformity track by presenting combined application operation plan and working expenses curtailment effect etc. that is optimized through analysis of roadbed and E & M technology condition, intermediate station plan, train operation planning etc. in case of wide area rapid-transit railway and high-speed railway run combined application.
