중년기 부부의 스트레스와 결혼만족도가 우울에 미치는 자기효과와 상대방 효과

본 연구의 목적은 부부의 스트레스, 결혼만족도, 우울의 상호의존성을 검증하고, 이 후 모형 분석을 통해 스트레스와 결혼만족도가 우울에 미치는 자기효과와 상대방 효과의 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 40-60세까지의 중년 부부로, 본 연구는 부부관계의 상호의존성을 고려하여 중년부부 207쌍의 커플자료를 Actor-Partner Interdependence Model(APIM) 분석방법을 통하여 경로 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 스트레스, 결혼만족도, 우울에서 모두 유사성이 있는 것으로 나타나 APIM 모형 분석이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 모형 1에서는 중년 부부의 스트레스가 높을 때 자신의 우울이 증가하는 자기효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 상대방 효과에서는 부인의 스트레스만이 남편의 우울을 증가시키고, 남편의 스트레스는 부인의 우울에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 모형 2에서는 결혼만족도가 높을 때 남편과 부인 모두 자신의 우울을 감소시키는 자기효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 상대방 효과로는 부인의 결혼만족도만이 남편의 우울을 감소시키는 효과가 있고, 남편의 결혼만족도는 부인의 우울에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 부부를 대상으로 스트레스 관리 및 결혼만족도를 높일 수 있는 중재를 개발하는 것이 중년기 부부의 우울증 예방을 위해 필요하다고 제언한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of middle-aged couples` stress and marital satisfaction on depression individually and interactively between wife and husband by using the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model (APIM). Data from 207 middle aged couples have been analysed with path analysis. The results of this study were as follows. There was a significant degree of similarities between husband and wife on stress, marital satisfaction and depression. Stress had significant actor effect on the depression of husband and wife alike, revealing the influence of positive stress on depression. In contrast, there was difference in the influence of the partner effect between husband and wife. That is, the stress of husband had no partner effect on the wife`s depression, whereas, the stress of wife had negative partner effect on the husband`s depression. Martial satisfaction had also actor effect presenting that when martial satisfaction was high, individual depression of husband and wife was low. Likewise the stress, marital satisfaction had no partner effect on the wives` depression, indicating that wives` marital satisfaction had negatively influenced the depression of their partner. However, the husband`s marital satisfaction had no influence on their partners` depression. These findings emphasized the importance of considering the reciprocal influences between wife and husband when planning interventions and programs in regards to improving the depression of middle aged couples.

This document's purposes are to give basic data in the viewpoint of nursing through investigation on the change of teenager's sexual values resulted from pornography experience. 150 middle school boy students who were in first, second and third grade were surveyed. Investigated place is limited only one school which is located in Seoul city. 123 Data was available among the 150 surveyed data. Collected data are statistically processed using SPSS program. To verify the reliability, Cronbach'a was applied and analysed using t- test, ANOVA. In short, the main results of this survey are as follows. 1. The general characteristics of surveyed students: Most of surveyed students were middle school 3rdgrade(42.5%) who had computer at their room ranked first (47.2%). The average using time of internet was more than 2 hours (35.4%, the highest rate). 76.6% of surveyed students answered that they had experience of watching the pornography. 2. 53.1% of surveyed students, which is the highest ratio, experienced pornography before they entered middle school. The curiosity rank first (57.%) about the question why they watch pornography. In case of students who had no experiences of pornography answered that they didn't watch pornography because they had no concern on pornography (51.6%). 3. On sexual values, the average scores of pornography non-experienced (3.77±0.46, full score: 5..0) are higher than those of pornography-experienced (3.53±0.51), showing statically significant difference against pornography -experienced group. 4. Findings of sexual values scores on general characteristics were as follows; The higher in grades, the lower in scores. Top-graded students gained higher scores of sexual values than low graded students showing statistically significant difference in both case of characteristics.
