        날개망둑 (Favonigobius gymnauchen) 의 산란습성, 난 및 자치어의 형태 발달

        N/A The eggs of Favonigobius gymmauchen attached on the under side of a small stone were collected off Seongsan-eup Cheju-do in August, 2000 to investigate their development of egg, larvae and juveniles. The fertilized eggs were elliptical in shape (mean long axis : 1.50 mm ; mean short axis : 0.57 mm) and transparent. There were filaments on one side of the egg membrane. Larvae hatched at 48 hrs 50 mins after morula stage with 25~26 myotomes in 22.8~28.5 ˚C (mean 24.7 ˚C). The newly hatched larvac were 2.31~2.49 mm (mean 2.37mm, n=10) in total length (TL) and their mouth and anus were already opened. Their melanophores were appeared on the over gas globule, around anus and the part of caudal peduncle with 24~25 myotomes. At 4~5 days after hatching, larvae attained 3.81~4.07 mm (mean 3.96mm, n=10) in TL and their yolk sac was completely absorbed. They began to eat rotifer and transformed to postlarvae stage. At 14 days after hatching, postlarvae attained 6.17~6.31 mm (mean 6.21 mm , n=10) in TL and their caudal notocord was flexed 45˚ upward. At 24 days after hatching, postlarvae attained 8.69~9.10 mm (mean 8.87 mm, n=10) in TL had reached the juvenile stage. All fins were formed with the complete set of fin rays with the following counts: dorsal fin rays IV-I, 9-10; anal fin rays I, 9;pectoral fin rays 17; ventral fin rays; I, 5; caudal fin rays; 9+8=17).

        As a part of resource biological research on fish appearing in the East China Sea. This study investigated the species composition of demersal fish caught with bottom trawl from June 24 to 27, 2001. The fish caught 2 classes 17 orders 49 families 67 species in appeared in sampling period. In these, Percifomes were dominant identified into 21 families, 26 species accounted for 56.72% in the fish fauna and followed by Scorpeniformes (5 families, 12 species). Of the 49 families, dominant identified into Triglidae, Scorpaenidae. Among 67 species dominant identified appeared in the area Trachurus japonicus of the total fishes collected. The diversity index(H’)of each stations in the East China Sea, ranged between 0.2685~2.0714 and the evenness was ranged between 0.0856~0.7660, lowest in station 5 and 7. The dominance index ranged between 0.5185~0.9693 highest in station 7.

        한국산 꺽저기(Coreoperca kawamebari) 자치어의 골격발달

        Samples were obtained from broodstork in May, 1998, while naturally fertilized embryos were maintained and the process of skeletal development was observed from larvae and juveniles. Prelarvae immediately after hatching showed an average total length of 5.38±0.41 mm (n=10), premaxillary and dentary were ossified, parasphenoid was ossified in the cranium, and centrum and caudal bone did not ossify. Prelarvae showed ossification with maxillary, articular and epihyal and branchiostegal rays of hyoid arch were ossified at 5 days after hatching with an average total length of 6.40±0.39 mm (n=10). The vertebrae began to ossify in the direction of the tail, and neural spine began to ossify above the ossified vertebra. Postlarvae showed ossification of lateral ethmoid, parietal, and caudal skeleton in the cranium when the average total length was 7.30±0.12 mm (n=10) in 8 days after hatching. At 22 days after hatching, postlarvae ossified maxillary in the cranium, and ossified endopterygoid and ectopterygoid, etc. in the palate, when the average length of 11.1±1.27 mm (n=10). At 32 days after hatching, with the average length was 12.8±1.97 mm (n=10), caudal skeleton had one additional epural bone ossification, resulting in ossification of a total of 3 epural bone to complete ossification of all spicules.

        꺽지(Coreoperca herzi) 자치어의 골격발달

        2010년 5월 사육 중인 친어로부터 자연산란 된 수정란을 관리하던 중 부화된 자치어를 사육하면서 발육단계에 따른 골격발달과정을 관찰하였다. 부화 직후의 전기자어는 평균전장 6.85±0.63 mm (n=5)로 전상악골과 치골이 골화하였고, 두개골에는 부설골이 골화하였으며, 추체와 미골부는 골화가 일어나지 않았다. 부화 2~3일 후 평균전장 7.25±0.28 mm (n=5)일 때 전기자어는 주상악골, 관절골이 골화하였고, 설궁부의 상설골과 새조골이 골화하였다. 척추골은 꼬리방향으로 골화하기 시작하였고, 골화된 척추골의 위쪽에는 신경극이 골화하기 시작하였다. 부화 6일 후 평균전장 9.00±1.53mm (n=5)일 때 후기자어는 두개골에 측사골, 익설골, 노정골 등이 골화하였고, 미골은 미부봉상골이 상단부로 45° 휘면서 골화하였다. 부화 40일 후 평균전장 23.3±0.28 mm (n=5)일 때 후기자어는 두개골에 중사골, 구개부에 내익상골, 외익상골 등이 골화하였다. 부화 120일 후 평균전장 37.5±2.83mm (n=5)일 때 치어는 미골은 1개의 상미축골이 추가로 골화되면서 총 3개의 상미축골이 골화하면서 모든 골편들의 골화가 완성되었다. At 120 days after hatching, with the average length was 37.5±2.83 mm (n=5), caudal skeleton had one additional epural bone ossification, resulting in ossification of a total of 3 epural bone to complete ossification of all spicules.

      • 저질에 따른 꼬막(Tegillarca granosa)의 염분내성

        The present study was conducted to know the salinity tolerance of the bloody clam, Tegillarca granosa (Linnaeus) caught in Gang-jin Bay from May to June in 2000. In the experimental groups of sandy-mud, the survival and infiltration rate were not bad at 20~40ppt, but all the bloody clam, Tegillarca granosa died at more than 50ppt and less than 10ppt before the experiment finish. In the experimental groups of muddy, the survival and infiltration rate wrer not bad at 20~35ppt and then 40ppt, 45ppt. All the bloody clam, Tegillarca granosa died at more than 50ppt and less than 10ppt. The infiltration rate was high at 25~35ppt in the both of two experimental groups. In the sandy-mud, the bloody clam, Tegillarca granosa infiltrated less than half of their shells at 25ppt, 30ppt but in the muddy, they infiltrated more than half of their shells at 25ppt, 30ppt, 35ppt.

      • 한국산 붕어(Carassius auratus)의 초기생활사

        The egg development and morphological development of larvae and juveniles of crucian carp, Carassius auratus (Linnaeus) caught at Bosung River, Chollanam-do, in April to June, 1999 were investigated in the laboratory, Yosu National University. In the spawning season, the nuptial organ was appeared on the opercular region and under region of eye, pectoral fin, ventral fin and lateral line. The egg was transparent of yellowish brown color, demersal of adhesive and sperical in shape, measuring 1.49∼1.63㎜ (mean 1.57㎜, n=50) in diameter. The first hatching was occured in 75 hours 10 minutes after fertilization in water temperature 18.3∼21.7℃. Newly hatched larvae attained mean 4.28㎜ had a big yolk sac and their mouth, and anus were not opened yet. At 5 days after hatching, the larvae attained mean 5.34㎜ and the yolk sac was almost absorded. At 13 days after hatching, the larvae attained mean 7.21㎜. The caudal notocord was flexed 45°upward, and they reached post larvae stage. At 31 days after hatching, the larvae, mean 14.68㎜ in TL reached the juvenile stage with all of the fins formed with complete set of the fin rays (D. ⅩII-11∼15; A. Ⅲ-5∼6; P. 15∼16; V. 1-8).

        문치가자미(Limanda yokohamae)자유어의 형태발달

        Artificial fertilization(dry method) of mature right-eye flounder, Limanda yokohamae(female : 25.1∼30.4㎝ in total length(TL), male : 24.5∼28.5㎝ in TL), obtained from the fish market in Dolsan-do, Yosu was performed in the Fisheries Exhibition. Hatched larvae and juveniles were reared to describe their morphological development. Newly hacked larvae attained 3.13∼3.42㎜ in TL. Their eyes were yellowish brown and their mouth and anus were not yet opened. Three to six days after hatching the larvae attained 3.35∼4.61㎜ in TL. Their mouth and anus were open and the yolk sac was almost absorbed. Feeding activity increased as the mouth became larger. At 25 days, the larvae attained 5.47∼5.91㎜ in TL. The caudal notocord was flexed 45° upward. At 35 days, the larvae attained 6.83∼7.60㎜ in TL. Rays of the dorsal and anal fins were formed, and the left eye was moved slightly to the right side of the head. At 55 days, the juveniles attained 9.38∼11.73㎜ in TL. The left eye was moved completely onto the right side. All of the fins had complete set of the fin rays, and the juveniles spent most of the time on the bottom resting on their blind side(D. 68∼70 : A. 50∼52 : P. 11: V. 6 : C. 18∼19).

        고흥반도 주변 해역에 분포하는 어류의 종조성 및 계절변동

        To determine seasonal fluctuations in abundance and species composition of the fishes, samples were collected by bottom trawl off Kohung Penisula from February to December 1999. A total of 7,197 fishes were sampled and identified into 123 species, 54 families, 13 orders and 2 classes. Of the 13 orders, Perciformes, Scorpaniformes, Pleuronectiformes and Tetraodontiformes accounted for approximately 82.9% of the total. Gobiid fishes were dominant, representing 13 species. Leiognathus nuchalis, Konosirus punctatus, Engraulis japonicus, Ilisha elongata, Trichiurus japonicus, Argyrosomus argentatus, Ditrema temmincki, Takifugu niphobles, Hexagrammos otakii and Lateolabrax japonicus accounted for 71.4% of the number of individuals. Mugil cephalus, Sebastes schlegeli, Lateolabrax japonicus, Konosirus punctatus, Hexagrammos otakii, Conger myriaster, Liparis tanakai, Seriola quinqueradiata, Trichiurus japonicus, Sebastiscus marmoratus and Limanda yokohamae accounted for 50.7% of the total biomass. The number of species showed a seasonal variation, higher in spring, summer and autumn than in winter. The Largest numbers of individuals and greater biomass were observed in August. The economic fishes of this area were Konosirus punctatus, Engraulis japonicus, Mugil cephalus, Sebastes inermis, Sebastes schlegeli, Sebastes oblongus, Sebastiscus marmoratus, Platycephalus indicus, Hexagrammos agrammus, Hexagrammos otakii, Lateolabrax japonicus, Epinephelus akaara, Epinephelus septemfasciatus, Seriola quinqueradiata, Pagrus major, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, Argyrosomus argentatus, Oplegnathus fasciatus, Trichiurus japonicus, Pampus echinogaster, Paralichthys olivaceus, Kareius bicoloratus, Limanda yokohamae and Takifugu porphyreus.

        순천만에 분포하는 부유성 난과 자치어의 종조성 및 양적변동

        The ichthyoplankton were sampled during six different months(January, March, May, July, September and November 1998) to study seasonal variation and species composition of the ichthyoplankton in Sunchon Bay. During the study, fish eggs collected in May and July were identified as belonging to 4 species. The most of dominant species Engraulis japonicus accounted for 54.1% of the total fish eggs, followed by Leiognathus nuchalis(21.8%), Ilisha elongata(12.7%) and Konosirus punctatus(11.4%). The collected larvae and juveniles were identified into 12 taxa. 11 of which were identified to species level, and 1 taxa identified only to family level, respectively. The dominant species, Ilisha elongata, accounted for 48.9% of the total larvae and juveniles: it was followed by Pholis nebulosa at 31.8%. A species of Gobiidae and Thryssa hamiltoni accounted for 15.8% and 2.2% of the total, respectively. The 4 taxa constituted 98.7% of the total collected larvae and juveniles.

        준치 , Ilisha elongata(Bennett)자치어의 형태 및 골격발달

        The purpose of the present study was to describe the morphological and skeletal development of the larvae and juvenile of Ilisha elongata(Bennett). The larvae(mean 5.02㎜ in total length, TL) opened the mouth and anus with 36∼38+15∼16=51∼54 myotomes, and anus located about 73.0% of TL. The clavicle of shoulder girdle was ossified. The larvae(mean 7.82㎜ in TL) have all fin-fold differentiated and its caudal notochord began to flex. Parasphenoid of cranium and dentary of the lower jaw were ossified. The caudal notochord of the larva(mean 9.84㎜) was flexed 45°, and anus located about 67.0% of TL. The body height of the larvae(mean 23.32㎜ in TL) were 18.0∼20.0% of TL, and the aggregate numbers of all fin rays were completed. Ossification was completed in the larva of mean 26.52㎜ in TL.
