The purpose of this study is to perform integrated body temperature cooling of the arteriovenous anastomosis site. In the arteriovenous anastomosis site, heart cooling was performed using the palm of the hand, Cooling was achieved by using Peltier and copper plates to cool the palm of the hand with the heat transferred. The control range of the conducted heat is adjustable from 25 degrees to 30 degrees. The experimental environment was to place the treadmill in the house, The temperature in the house was set at 40 degrees and the experimenter treadmill at a speed of 5 Km. The subjects were exercised until the body temperature reached about $39^{\circ}C$. As a method to lower the body temperature after the experiment, the data of the body temperature was obtained by the general rest, onehand cooling, two-hand cooling. Experiment result better than normal rest when Two hands cooling and an average decrease of 0.66 degrees. if you develop a cooling glove with Peltier, it will be an epoch-making athletic assistant to achieve thermal fatigue.

CT영상에서 이미지 분할기법을 적용한 Blooming Artifact Reduction 비교 연구

In this study, We subtracted the calcification blooming artifact from MDCT images of coronary atherosclerosis patients and verified their accuracy and usefulness. We performed coronary artery calcification stenosis phantom and a program to subtract calcification blooming artifact by applying 8 different image segmentation method (Otsu, Sobel, Prewitt, Canny, DoG, Region Growing, Gaussian+K-mean clustering, Otsu+DoG). As a result, In the coronary artery calcification stenosis phantom with the lumen region 5 mm the calcification blooming artifact was subtracted in the application of the mixture of Gaussian filtering and K- Clustering algorithm, and the value was close to the actual calcification region. These results may help to accurately diagnose coronary artery calcification stenosis.

CEO가 정말 중요한가?: CEO의 특성과 외부 환경 요인이 IPO초기 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 신규 상장 기업의 IPO 초기 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인이 과연 무엇일까에관한 물음으로 시작되었다. 특히, 본 연구는 기존의 연구들이 재무적인 요인에 주목하여 IPO 성과와 관련와 관련된 연구를 진행해왔던 것과는 차별적으로 비재무적인 요인들이 IPO 초기 성과에 미치는 영향력을 실증적으로 입증하고자 시도하였다는 점에서 기존 연구들과큰 차별성을 지닌다. 본 연구는 이와 관련하여 기업을 돌러싼 내부 환경 요인 중 가장 중요한 요소로 "최고경영자(CEO)의 특성"에 주목하였으며, 기업 외부 환경 요인의 주요요소로 IPO 과정에서"기관 수요 예측 경쟁률" 그리고 "공모 청약 경쟁률"의 역할을재조명하고 이들 내부 환경 요인과 외부 환경 요인이 IPO 초기 성과에 미치는 영향력을실증적으로 입증하고자 하였다. 실증적 검증을 위 해서는 2009년부터 2011년까지 최근 신규 상장한 208개의 기업을 대상으로 통계 분석을 수행하였다. 실증 연구 결과에 따르면 기존 연구에서 기업의 다양한 성과에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀겼던 CEO 의 특성과 관련된 요인들은 신규 상장기업의 초기 상장 성과에 유의미한 영향력을 나타내지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 외부환경과 관련된 주요 요인인 기관 수요 예측 경쟁률과 공모 청약 경쟁률은 신규 상장 기업의초기 상장 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 추가 분석을 퉁해 CEO의특성과 관련된 요인들 중 몇몇 변수는 기관 수요 예측 경쟁률 및 공모 청약 경쟁률과의상호작용을 통해 IPO 초기 성과에 영향을 미친다는 사실도 밝혀내었다. 본 연구는 기존 연구들이 주목하지 않았던 신규 상장 기업의 초기 상장 성과에 초점을 맞추고 이에 영향을 미치는 조직 내 · 외부의 비재무적인 요인의 영향력을 실증적으로 입증하고자 하였다는 점에 의의를 지닌다하겠다. This study examines the determinants of initial IPO stock performance. While previous studies focus on financial factors, this study focuses on non-financial factors. For non-financial factors, we consider CEO characteristics as most important factor of internal environmental factors of firm. As external environmental factors of firm, IPO subscription rates for institutional investors and private investors was examined. Using data on 208 Korean firms that went public during the years 2009 to 2011, we empirically tested how the internal and external environmental factors affect initial IPO performance. In contrast to previous studies, our study found that CEO characteristics have no significant effect on initial IPO performance. For external environmental factors, there is a positive relationship between IPO subscription rates for institutional investors and private investors and IPO firm performance. Furthermore, additional analysis show that some of CEO characteristics variables have an effect on initial IPO performance by interacting IPO subscription rates for institutional investors and private investors. This study considers the initial IPO performance that was not focused on previous studies, and empirically examines the effect of internal and external non-financial factors of organization.
