수격현상 방지를 위한 교축밸브의 새로운 제어 방식에 대한 연구

관로의 유체가 비압축성일 경우 유체의 흐름이 갑작스럽게 변경될 때 수격현상이 발생하게 된다. 관로가 대구경이거나 중요한 배관일 경우 이를 제어하거나 차단하기 위한 에어챔버(Air chamber) 및 서지탱크(Surge Tank) 등 의 수격 완화 장치들을 부가적으로 적용하여 배관의 안정성을 확보하나, 이러한 수격 완화 장치는 고가로, 설치에 제약이 따라 이용되지 않는 관로가 많다. 수충격 발생 원인 중에 관로 상에 유체를 제어하는 용도로 설치된 밸브를 조작할 때 필연적으로 저개도에서 유속이 급격하게 변하는 구간이 발생하며 이로 인해 수격현상이 발생하기도 한다. 본 연구는 관로에 설치된 밸브 조작시 발생되는 수격을 제어하여 관로 내 수격 최소화를 목적으로 연구하였다. 급격한 밸브 제어 시 발생하는 상승서지와 하강서지의 수격주기를 계산하고 중첩시키며 밸브 개도 및 압력변화를 연동시키는 방법으로 다단 제어방식을 구현하여 압력 상승폭을 억제하였으며 발생되는 수충격 완화 효과를 시뮬레이션과 현장 실험을 통해 검증하고 유효성을 확인하였다. Water hammer occurs when the fluid flow is suddenly changed in a pipeline carrying an incompressible fluid. Under such conditions, the stability of a large or important pipe is secured by attaching air chamber and surge tank devices to control or block the pipe. But, these water hammer relief devices are expensive, and several pipelines cannot use these devices due to restrictions on their installation. Usually, water hammer occurs when the valve installed to control the fluid on the pipeline is operated in a way that the flow velocity changes rapidly at a section even with a low opening degree. Hence, this study aimed to minimize the water hammer in the pipeline by controlling the water hammer generated when the valve installed in the pipeline is operated. In this study, the pressure rise range was suppressed by implementing a multi-stage control method. This method calculates and overlaps the water hammer cycles of the rising and falling surges that occur during sudden valve control and links the valve opening and pressure changes. In the end, this paper verified the effectiveness of the proposed method through simulations and experiments.

이 논문은 호남 좌도굿에 대한 연구를 핵심으로 한다. 좌도굿의 지역적 분포와 의미를 탐색하고, 이를 형성하게 된 사정과 가치를 논하였다. 지역유형이라고 하는 개념을 도입하고 이 개념에 입각하여 좌도굿의 하위유형이나 변이유형을 논한 유형론이라고 할 수가 있다. 좌도굿의 전통과 의미를 환기하면서 개별적인 농악이 아니라 귀납적인 것에 의해서 연역을 하면서 농악 일반론을 펴야 하는 사실에 대한 논의를 한 것이 논의의 주안점이다. 동시에 호남좌도굿의 핵심적인 것이 바로 남원농악이다. 남원농악의 전통적 가치를 발굴하고 그 의의를 논한 것이 바로 이 글의 요점적인 면모이다. 남원농악이 지니는 가치를 환기하면서 남원농악의 앞굿과 뒷굿이 가지는 준거를 통해서 여러 가지 좌도농악의 변이유형을 점검하고자 한 것이 이 글의 요점이다. This paper concentrated on the interetation of of the Jwoado Nongak. The Jwoado Nongak explore the meaning of the regional distribution and significance, and was discussing the matter with the value of this form. By introducing the notion of regional type or oicotype, based on the concept that the Jwoado Nongak can be also discussed the typology sub-type or allo-type of good. The Jwoado Nongak is also a point of discussion is the fact that while the discussion of the significance of tradition and good ventilation while deduced by being a posteriori, not the individual, Korean, Korean smoothed the generalities. Simultaneously the Jwoado Nongak, it is the core of Namweon Nongak. To dig the traditional values of Namweon Nongak, Korean and discussed the significance of the aspects is the point of this article. The Jwoado Nongak intended to be checked several types of mutation also The Jwoado Nongak through compliance with the the prior stage and the secondary stage performing, while the value of Namweon Nongak holds for the point of this article.

이 논문은 경기도의 신도시 가운데 하나인 부천시와 시흥시의 변화하는 모습과 마을문화의 기능에 대하여 논한 것이다. 노인들은 주로 경로당과 같은 곳에 모여서 자신들의 소일거리로 여러 가지 놀이를 한다. 구전되는 문화적 전통 가운데 하나인 이야기와 민요는 일부 한정된 사람들에 의해서 문화적 요청이 있으면 하게 되는 것이 일상화되었다. 격심한 도시의 성립에 의해서 구전문화의 전통이 망실되고 있다. 그런데도 불구하고 도시화는 거역할 수 없는 대세이다. 여러 가지 문제가 산적되어 있는 점을 존중하고 이야기와 민요가 한 시대의 결정이고 한계임을 자각해야 마땅하다. 도시에서 마을의 부정적인 역할에도 불구하고 이미 거부할 수 없는 위력을 지니고 있다. 사람들이 더 이상 이야기와 민요를 창조하지 않아도 사람들이 모여 사는 희망에 대해서 논할 차례가 되었다. This paper is discussed with respect to changes in the appearance and culture of the town, one of the new city of Bucheon and Siheung. Older people should play to their various places, mainly as a pastime together per path. Which is one of the cultural traditions that have been handed down stories and folk cultural song is that if the request by some qualified people. Oral traditions established by the culture of the city has been a severed. The handed down stories and folksongs are being lost and destroyed the prototype, the appearance of serious range and variation of that damage. But that the oral folk stories and multiple mutations are found, it dont look up comparatived and destroyed by urbanization does not seem so serious aspect. Like generations of folk stories and privilege to keep things through a series of traditional stories and folk songs it is still maintaining vitality. Nevertheless, the trend is urbanization unable to disobey though. Respect the fact that several issues deserve to be unaware that the bandit stories and folk songs that decision and the limits of an era. Despite the negative role of the town in the city and already it has the power that can not be denied. This was the time people talk about the story and hope more people do not need to create a folk live together.
