X선 촬영실 내에서 피사체가 있을 때와 없을 때의 콜리메이션 최소화에 따른 공간선량의 감소효과

This study was investigated the reduction of space dose at 50 cm, 1 m, 2 m distance fromthe center of source when the collimation size was minimized based on with subject and withoutsubject in X-ray general test. As a result of the experiment using X-ray generator and dosimeter,the space dose when with the subject was investigated at least 1.2 times to 1.4 times higher thanwhen there is no subject, and minimizing the collimation size has reduced the space dose from 1.2to 5 times than when maximizing. This means that when the X-ray test is minimized to the rangeof the target site without opening the collimator size to the maximum, it is possible to reduce thespace dose from 1.2 to 5 times.

Tomatotone과 Gibberellin(GA3)의 處理가 輸出用 가지(Solanum melongena. L)의 生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響

These grafting seeding "Torobambica", rootstock "Jang Ja" and "Chuk Yang" were tested to investigate the differences between the growth of eggplants and the number of eggplants which can be influenced by the growth retardant aerosol. For the test of the growth retardant aerosol, the flower clusters were sprayed with one hundred units of Tomatotone liquid and with three hundred units of GA3 on the day they flowered and sprayed two or three days before flowering. The results were as follows: 1.According to the growth retardant aerosol of Tomatotone, the plant height was the tallest at 226.21 cm with foliar spray and the high Marketable fruit was good at the percent of 77.38 with a flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered. 2.According to the growth retardant aerosol of GA3, the plant's height was the tallest at 229.27cm with foliage which was sprayed every week. The high quality fruit was good at the percent of 69.11 with a flowering spray and GA3 on the day they flowered. 3.According to Tomatotone and GA3 treatments of the plant growth regulators, the plant's height was the tallest sprayed every week and the high Marketable fruit was good at the flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered. and Yield per 10a was good at the flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered.

통화정책의 가장 중요한 목표중 하나는 물가안정을 이루는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 먼저 통화와 물가간의 상호작용관계를 구명하는 일은 통화정책 수립에 필요한 매우 중요한 정보들을 제공해 줄 것이다. 통화가 물가에 미치는 영향 혹은 통화가 소득 및 물가에 미치는 영향에 대한 이론적,경험적 연구들은 풍부하다. 이는 통화론자(Monetarist)와 케인지안(Keynesian)간의 통화정책과 재정정책간의 유효성을 둘러싼 지금까지의 논쟁에서 이론적으로 뿐만 아니라 실증적으로도 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔기 때문이다. 그러나 지금까지의 통화와 물가의 관계에 관한 실증연구의 대부분은 통화와 소득간의 외생성 여부를 검증하는 과정에서 부수적으로 연구된 것들이며, 또한 이들 연구결과의 해석에 있어서도 대부분 통화가 물가에 미치는 영향만 강조되었을 뿐, 역으로 물가가 통화에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 가능성이나 혹은 통화와 물가간의 피드백(feedback)관계의 가능성에 대해서는 이론적으로 뿐만 아니라 실증적으로도 그 연구가 부족한 실정이다.

우리나라 기초권역의 성장잠재력 분석 -경북 북부지역 사례-

지역의 성장잠재력을 분석하고 생산 및 고용유발효과가 큰 성장동력 산업을 발굴하기 위해서는 지역의 강․약점에 대한 객관적인 조사가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 전통적 지역경제 분석방법인 입지계수 분석, 변화할당 분석 및 지역 투입산출모형의 작성․분석을 통해 이 지역의 전통적 특화산업 중 향후 지역의 성장과 고용창출을 선도할 지역 주력산업이 무엇인지를 찾아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 다면적 접근방법을 사용하였으며, 실증분석 결과 경북 북부지역의 경우 전후방연쇄효과가 큰 선도부문은 지역 농산물을 활용하여 가공하는 음식료품 제조업, 지역의 부존자원을 활용하는 비금속광물제품 제조업으로 나타났으며, 전통적으로 이 지역의 성장동력 산업으로 알려진 농업과 광업, 서비스업 분야는 대체로 부가가치가 낮거나 권역 내 산업 간 파급효과가 낮은 업종으로 분류되고 있다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 유추하면 경북 북부지역은 한편으로는 전통적인 ‘지역 성장동력’ 산업의 생산성 증대와 고부가가치화를 통한 경쟁력 확보의 필요성과 다른 한편으로는 지역의 인프라, 부존자원, 인적자원, 기술수준 등을 종합적으로 고려한 ‘신성장동력’ 산업을 발굴하는 권역 내 공동의 노력이 병행되어야 하는 어려운 과제를 안고 있는 것으로 파악된다. It is difficult to identify the growth potential of a region in practice. Estimation of regional growth potentials for regional development planning is important at regional level. It is well known that regional input-output(RIO) models have been a powerful tool in applications of the industrial interdependence, impact analysis and policy strategies. In this study we estimated the regional growth potential in practical term at the sub-regional level in Korea. By identifying the regional leading industries, the growth potential is represented by backward linkages. In this paper we analysed the growth potentials of a defined region with three different conventional methods, RIO model, location quotients, shift-share analysis. From the empirical results, agriculture, mining, service industries are base industries in this region. However these industries are the low value-added industries, and have low backward and forward linkage effect. Therefore this region should find new technology-based future industries and enhance productivity for the competitiveness of traditional industries.

Trichophyton tonsurans에 의한 두부 독창 3예

We report three cases of kerion celsi caused by Trichophyton tonsurans in 16-year-old students of one high school wrestling team. The first case presented a 10×15cm and several 3~4cm sized, markedly inflammatory, boggy lesions on the scalp for 5 months. Other cases showed several 2~4cm sized, erythematous, follicular pustules and nodules with partial alopecia on the scalp for 2months. Histopathology and results of mycologic study were consistent with kerion celsi due to Trichophyton tonsurans. All lesions were successfully treated with griseofulvin 500mg daily for 7~15weeks and short term therapy of low dose of prednisolone and cephadroxil.

Comparison of effects of intraoperative nefopam and ketamine infusion on managing postoperative pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy administered remifentanil

Background: Although intraoperative opioids provide more comfortable anesthesia and reduce the use of postoperative analgesics, it may cause opioid induced hyperalgesia (OIH). OIH is an increased pain response to opioids and it may be associated with N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor. This study aimed to determine whether intraoperative nefopam or ketamine, known being related on NMDA receptor, affects postoperative pain and OIH after continuous infusion of intraoperative remifentanil. Methods: Fifty-four patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomized into three groups. In the nefopam group (N group), patients received nefopam 0.3 mg/kg at the induction of anesthesia followed by a continuous infusion of 0.065 mg/kg/h. In the ketamine group (K group), patients received ketamine 0.3 mg/kg at the induction of anesthesia followed by a continuous infusion of 3 μg/kg/min. The control group did not received any other agents except for the standard anesthetic regimen. Postoperative pain score, first time and number of demanding rescue analgesia, OIH and degrees of drowsiness/sedation scale were examined. Results: Co-administrated nefopam or ketamine significantly reduced the total amount of intraoperative remifentanil and postoperative supplemental morphine. Nefopam group showed superior property over control and ketamine group in the postoperative VAS score and recovery index (alertness and respiratory drive), respectively. Nefopam group showed lower morphine consumption than ketamine group, but not significant. Conclusions: Both nefopam and ketamine infusion may be useful in managing in postoperative pain control under concomitant infusion of remifentanil. However, nefopam may be preferred to ketamine in terms of sedation.
