        복합운동이 폐경 후 중년 비만여성의 신체형태, 건강관련 체력 및 염증지표에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of combined exercise on body shape, health- related physical fitness, and inflammatory markers in postmenopausal obese middle-aged women through 16-week program of combined exercise. The results are as follows: First, regarding body shape, combined exercise group showed significant differences in reduction of waist and hip sizes, compared with aerobic exercise group (p < .05). Second, regarding health-related physical fitness, combined exercise group showed significant differences in increase of back strength, the number of sit-ups, and trunk-hip forward flexion, compared with aerobic exercise group (p < 0.05). Third, regarding inflammatory markers, combined exercise group showed significant differences in reduction of IL-6(p < .05), TNF-a(p < .05), and CRP(p < .01) levels, compared with aerobic exercise group. From the above results, combined exercise program was effective in body shape, health-related physical fitness, and inflammatory markers of postmenopausal obese middle-aged women via increasing their physical activity.

        코로나19 팬데믹 이후 글로벌 스포츠산업 정책 변화 진단 및 글로벌 기업사례 연구

        전세계적으로 스포츠산업은 2019년 이후 코로나19 팬데믹으로 인해 각국마다 이를 대응하면서 스포츠산업 전반에 대한 성장전략을 추진하기 위한 노력을 요구하여 왔다. 우리나라의 경우도 2019년까지 스포츠산업 업종별로 고르게 증가추이를 보이며 성장해 왔으나 2020년 이후 팬데믹의 영향으로 업계 전반에 걸쳐 사업체수, 매출액, 종사자수가 크게 감소한 이후 감소된 상태를 지속적으로 유지하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹이 세계 주요 국가들의 스포츠산업에 미친 영향과 이러한 상황에서의 주요국 스포츠 관련 정책들을 살펴보고, 몇몇 글로벌기업들의 성공사례를 살펴봄으로써 우리나라 스포츠산업이 이러한 어려움을 타개하고 ‘스포츠 선진국’으로 도약하기 위해 벤치마킹해야 할 만한 정책 방향이 무엇인지를 조명해보고자 함을 목적으로 하고 있다. 결과적으로, 우리나라는 주요 선진국의 스포츠산업 정책과 맥을 같이하여 스포츠산업의 클러스터화와 디지털 전환을 통해 코로나19와 같은 위기 상황에서도 성장을 도모할 수 있는 생태계 조성을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.

        교통수단과 저항운동에 따른 중년 비만남성의 신체조성, 대사증후군 위험인자 및 염증지표에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of 16-week resistance exercise on body composition, risk factors of metabolic syndrome, and inflammatory markers in obese middle-aged males. For 16 weeks, physical activity of obese middle-aged men was increased by public transportation, walking, and resistance exercise, and their influence on body composition, risk factors of metabolic syndrome, and inflammatory markes was examined. The results are as follows: First, regarding body composition, weight, body mass index (BMI), and body fat percentage were reduced in public transportation group(p<0.05) when compred with owner-driver group, and there was change in steps among public transportation group(p<0.01). Second, regarding factors of metabolic syndrome, there were changes in belly, HDL-C, systolic blood pressure (p<0.05) and Glucose (p<0.01) among public transportation group. Third, regarding inflammatory markers, there was change in IL-6 among public transportation group(p<0.05). However, there were not significant differences in TNK-a and CRP between public transportation group and owner-driver group. In conclusion, it is considered that using public transportation to increase steps regularly and doing resistance exercise are effective for body composition, risk factors of metabolic syndrome, and inflammatory marker IL-6 in obese middle-aged white-collar male workers.

        요가와 걷기운동이 노인여성의 신체조성, 심혈관질환 위험인자, 노화관련 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compare and examine effects of yoga and walking exercise on body composition, cardiovascular risk factors, biomarkers of aging, and stress hormones of obese elderly women, and to provide basic data for health promotion of obese elderly females. The subjects in this experiment were divided into the exercise group (n=15) and the control group (n=14). The results of the analyses (of body composition, cardiovascular risk factors, biomarkers of aging, and stress hormones) in the experiment are as follows Based on the above results, 16-week yoga and walking exercise applied in this experiment is effective for changes of body composition, reduction of cardiovascular risk factors, and increase of Melatonin and HE-S of obese elderly females. Therefore, it is considered that 16-week yoga and walking exercise treatment can be used to present basic educational data with respect to development of exercise program for elderly women.

        장기간 걷기운동이 노인남성의 신체조성, 대사증후군 위험인자에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to present basic data for management of metabolic syndrome and health improvement in elderly male population through 6-month walking exercise program. Walking exercise was conducted 4 times per week for total 6 months, and its influence on body composition and risk factors of metabolic syndrome in elderly men. The results are as follows First, regarding body composition, there were differences in weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, and fat- free mass between exercise group and control group. Second, regarding risk factors of metabolic syndrome and serum lipid, there were diffrences in HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, SBP, DBP, and belly between exercise group and control group. In conclusion, walking exercise improves body composition, serum lipid, and factors affecting blood pressure in elderly men, and it is considered that doing 60-minute walking exercise four times per week at the intensity of 40~60%HRmax is an effective exercise method for elderly males to improve risk factors of metabolic syndrome.

        스포츠산업 경쟁력 강화 정책에 대한 전략적 접근: 포터의 다이아몬드 모델을 중심으로

        In recent years, the sports industry has become an important policy project of the government with issues such as the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, and various projects in the industrial level are being promoted to the level of internationalization beyond the discovery and upbringing of the players. The researches for strengthening the competitiveness of domestic and overseas sports industry have been carried out variously in the systematic development strategy of domestic sports service industry, the study of fostering of sports industry, development prospect, employment effect, actual condition and economic effect analysis. Nevertheless, there is a relatively lack of policy research to enhance the competitiveness of the sports industry. In order to leap from 'sports powerhouse' to 'sports advanced country', Korea is promoting policies such as technological development, industrial upbringing, and infrastructure development as well as improvement of competitiveness centered on existing players. In order to lay the groundwork for these policies, this study first examines existing literature on policies for strengthening competitiveness of sports industry in Korea and analyses the current status and future prospects of the sports industry. And, we will look at the factors that need to be prepared for the development of the sports industry in the futures from a strategic point of view. To this end, we have developed a variety of strategies for enhancing competitiveness using Porter's Diamond model. 최근 스포츠산업은 2018년 동계올림픽 유치 등의 이슈화 함께 정부의 핵심정책사업으로 자리매김하고 있으며, 선수 발굴 및 육성 차원을 넘어서서 산업차원에서 다양한 사업들이 국제화 수준으로 발돋움하고 있는 실정이다. 시기를 같이하여 국내외 스포츠산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 연구들은 국내 스포츠서비스업의 체계적 발전전략, 스포츠산업의 육성방안 연구, 발전 전망과 고용효과, 실태 및 경제효과 분석 등에서 다양하게 진행되어 왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고 스포츠산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 정책 관련 연구는 상대적으로 부족한 상황이다. 우리나라는 ‘스포츠 강국에서 스포츠 선진국’으로 도약하기 위해 기존 선수중심의 경기력 향상은 물론 기술개발, 산업육성, 기반조성 등의 정책을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 정책의 토대를 마련하기 위해 본 연구는 우선 우리나라 스포츠산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 정책 관련 기존 문헌들을 살펴보고 스포츠산업의 현황과 이에 따른 전망을 조명해 봄으로써 전략적 측면에서 향후 스포츠산업 발전을 위해 대비해야 할 요소들은 무엇인지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 포터(Porter)교수의 다이아몬드(Diamond) 모델을 중심으로 경쟁력 강화를 위한 전략을 다각적으로 구상하여 전개하고 있다.

        신체활동과 교통수단이 비만 남중생의 대사증후군위험인자, HOMA-IR, 신체활동량에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine differences in risk factors of metabolic syndrome, serum lipid, insulin, HOMA-IR, and physical activity levels in obese male middle school students, by physical activities and transportation modes. Regarding risk factors of metabolic syndrome, there were significant interactions between periods and groups about belly(p<.05), HDL-C(p<.05), and Glucose(p<.05). Regarding serum lipid, there were significant interactions between periods and groups about TC(p<.01) and LDL-C(p<.05). And there were signifm icant interactions between periods and groups regarding Insulin(p<.01) and HOMAIR( p<.05), respectively. Regarding transportation usage based on 1-day average and moderate physical activities, there were significant interactions between periods and groups about the number of steps(p<.01) and calorie(p<.05), respectively. Our study result shows that 12-week moderate physical activities and going to and from school by walking was effective for risk factors of metabolic syndrome, serum lipid, insulin, and HOMA-IR in group A. Besides, it is considered that efficient physical activities and change of lifestyle are required for obese male middle school students, through 12-week moderate physical activities and going to and from school by walking. Therefore it is considered that physical education class and physical activities are effctive to improve risk factors of metabolic syndrome in obese male middle school students.

      • A Fully-Integrated, Transient-Enhanced LDO Supporting 150-mA Load with Full-Spectrum PSR of -10.2 dB at 0.1-V Dropout

        A fully-integrated, flipped voltage follower (FVF)-based low dropout regulator (LDO) utilizing an enhanced super source follower (ESSF) is presented. The proposed LDO employs a commongate (CG) stage in the ESSF to achieve a fullspectrum PSR of -10.2 dB by boosting the fast loop gain while supporting a wide load current of 150 mA at a low dropout voltage of 100 mV. By utilizing the ESSF-FVF structure with overshoot suppression scheme based on a class-AB structure, the proposed LDO achieves fast transient response at not only undershoot but also overshoot events with the undershoot and overshoot voltages of 16 mV and 21 mV, respectively. The prototype LDO designed in a 28-nm CMOS process achieves an excellent load regulation of 0.0067 mV/mA and a peak current efficiency of 99.5% at a 150-mA load with a quiescent current consumption of 740μA.
