중국은 고대부터 여러 민족이 함께 형성한 다민족・다문화 국가이다. 소수민족 간의 문화 차이, 갈등을 해결하기 위해 중국 정부는 많은 소수민족 정책을 실행하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 중국 소수민족 정책을 살펴보고, 소수민족 정책 관련 연구동향을 시기별로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌연구방법으로 중국 소수민족 정책에 관핸 중국 학술지에 게재된 연구논문 93편, 한국 학술지에 게재된 연구논문 43편을 중심으로 중국 소수민족 정책에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 중국 소수민족 정책에 관한 연구논문이 시기별로 연구내용이 다르게 나타났다. 초기의 연구 동향을 살펴보면, 소수민족정책의 내용, 이론, 발전과정을 중심으로 연구가 진행되었고, 후기로 갈수록 소수민족 정책의 딜레마, 문제점, 영향, 혁신 및 발전방안, 성찰, 평등 등을 중심으로 연구의 흐름이 바뀌는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 좀 더 체계적이고 실질적인 한국의 다문화 정책을 마련하는데 유용한 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. China has been a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural nation since ancient times. In order to resolve the cultural differences between minorities, the Chinese government implemented many minority policies. The purpose of this study is to examine China’s minority policies and analyze the trends of minority policies by period. To that end, the study analyzed trends in Chinese minority policies, focusing on 93 papers published in Chinese journals and 43 articles published in Korean journals. According to the study, research papers on China’s minority policies differed from period to period. Early research trends showed that the study focused on the contents of minority policies, theories, and development processes, and that the flow of research with the emphasis on the dilemma, problems, impact, innovation and development methods, reflection and equality of minority policies. The findings are expected to be used as useful material for developing a more systematic and substantive Korea’s multicultural policies.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the experience of Korean students studying in China affects their club activities and what it means to adapt to college life. For the research, six Korean students who are attending a school in Beijing, China and are active in club activities were interviewed in depth and collected data. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative case studies to derive topics that were seen and common to three areas: academic adaptation, social adaptation, and personal emotional adaptation. The study found that the meaning of Korean students' experience in club activities at Chinese universities was "expanding experience," "expanding relationships" and "expanding knowledge." Based on the results of these studies, various club activities were proposed to help Korean students apply to their studies. This study is meaningful in that it was the first study to introduce students' experiences in club activities in Korea by focusing on their academic adaptations. We hope that further research will continue in the future. 본 연구의 목적은 중국에서 유학하고 있는 한국인 유학생들의 동아리 활동 경험을 대학생활 적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 의미는 무엇인지를 분석하는 것이다. 연구를 위하여 중국 베이징 시에 재학 중이고 동아리 활동에 적극적인 한국인 유학생 6인을 심층 면담하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 질적 사례연구 방법을 활용하여 분석하여 학업적 적응, 사회적 적응, 개인 정서적 적응 세 가지 부분에서 바라보고 공통적으로 드러나는 주제를 도출하였다. 연구결과 중국 대학교에 재학 중인 한국인 유학생들의 동아리 활동 경험의 의미는 ‘경험의 확장’, ‘관계의 확장’, ‘지식의 확장’으로 드러났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 한국인 유학생들의 학업적응을 돕기 위한 다양한 동아리 활동을 활용한 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 유학생들의 동아리 활동 경험을 학업적응에 초점을 맞추어 분석하여 국내에 소개한 최초의 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 앞으로도 이와 관련된 후속 연구가 계속되기를 기대한다.

텍스트 마이닝을 이용한 중소제조업 스마트 팩토리 성공요인 분석

This study tries to find out success factors for introduction and implementation of smart factory in small and medium-sized manufacturing firms by analyzing successful cases. Based on common activities and contents as the success factors, this study suggests practical implications for small and medium-sized manufacturing firms that introduce or operate the smart factory. To this end, this study analyzes success cases of up to 80 small and medium-sized manufacturing firms by applying text mining techniques to derive success factors and keywords. The results are derived from five topics as follows: real-time data analysis and provision of necessary information, establishment of on-site quality control system, working environment improvement, human resource management, and production management. The main points were (1) the establishment of data communication, collection and analysis environment between parts, facilities and processes, (2) the introduction of production and quality systems reflecting manufacturing characteristics, and (3) the stabilization and activation of smart factory. Based on the points, this study presents the directions for the successful introduction and operation of smart factory. 본 연구는 국내 중소제조기업들의 스마트 팩토리 도입 및 운영 성공사례들을 분석하여 의미있는 성과를 이룬 기업들이 공통적으로 어떤 활동 및 내용들에 집중했는지를 확인한다. 이를 토대로 추후 스마트 팩토리를 도입 또는 운영하고자 하는 중소제조기업들에게 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 텍스트마이닝과 연결망 분석을 적용하여 80개에 달하는 중소제조기업들의 성공사례들을 분석하여 도입 및 운영의 성공 요인 및 키워드들을 도출한다. 분석 결과 실시간 데이터 분석 및 필요정보 제공, 현장 품질 관리 시스템 구축, 근로환경의 변화, 인적자원 관리, 계획, 공정, 실적관리를 포함한 생산관리의 5개 토픽으로 구분하였다. 주요 포인트로는 부품, 설비, 공정 간의 데이터 통신, 수집, 분석 환경이 구축되어야 하며, 제조 특성을 반영한 생산 및 품질 시스템 도입, 작업자 근무 편의성과 안정성을 바탕으로한 스마트 팩토리 안정화 및 활성화가 있다. 도출된 내용을 토대로 스마트 팩토리 도입 및 운영 시 관심을 가져야할 사항들을 논의하고 후발기업들의 성공적인 도입 및 운영을 위한 방향성을 제시한다.

특허 서지정보를 기반으로 한 반도체 기술개발 동향 분석

4차 산업혁명의 시대에서 반도체는 가장 중요한 핵심기술 및 제품으로 평가되며, 대한민국은 메모리 반도체의 압도적인 시장점유율을 기반으로 IT 및 자동차 산업 등에서 큰 영향력을 행사하고 있다. 하지만 최근에는 미국, 대만 및 중국에서 반도체에 관한 과감한 투자를 진행하고 다양한 연구개발을 수행하고 있다. 이렇게 반도체와 관련된 다양한 기업 및 국가들의 경쟁 환경에서 대한민국 기업의 연구개발 로드맵 수립은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 개발기술에 관한 독점적 소유권을 보장하는 동시에 기술을 공개하는 특허를 기반으로 반도체 기술개발 동향을 파악하고 핵심기술의 특징을 분석하고자 한다. 특히 최근 큰 관심을 받고 있는 인공지능 및 기계학습과 관련된 등록 특허를 대상으로 분석하고자한다. 이를 위하여 특허의 서지 정보 중 기술의 분야를 나타내는 국제특허분류코드를 바탕으로 연결망 분석을 수행한다. 본 연구의 결과는 반도체와 관련된 유망기술을 확인할 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 대한민국의 반도체 산업과 관련된 중소기업의 기술 로드맵을 설정하는데 큰 도움이 되길 희망한다.
