온라인 쇼핑을 활용하는 30대 여성의 패션상품 구매 및 착장의 특성

The purpose of this study is to do an in-depth examination of Korean women in their 30’s on the characteristics of their online fashion shopping, clothes-wearing, and presentation. In-depth interview and quantitative analysis were conducted as study methods. Results of this in-depth analysis showed that the factor with the most significant influence in their lifestyle was “childbirth.” Childbirth was a major factor during fashion shopping and clothes-wearing. Also the results showed that the reason they used online shopping was for convenience, efficiency, rationality, pursuit of information, variety, and hedonism. In particular, women in their 30’s had a higher motivation for efficiency and rationality compared to those in their 20’s, and of those women, married working women showed the highest preference for fashion soho malls. Meanwhile, full-time homemakers, who pursued rationality, used open markets to search for fashion items based on price. Furthermore, the factors that women in their 30’s considered during online shopping were price, design, purpose or situation for wearing the clothing, respectively. Compared to the women in their 20’s, they emphasized recommendation, product properties, credibility, economy more than women in their 20’s. Factors such as marriage and childbirth were more influential than occupation. Meanwhile, the factors that women in their 30’s considered for wearing and presentation were time, place, and occasion(TPO), which all showed high importance in in-depth interview and quantitative analysis. Other factors were ‘suitable image to self’ and ‘covering up body figure.’
20~30대 패션업계 종사자들의 이직과 스트레스에 대한 심층연구

The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth examination into the cause of stress as well as reasons for turnover relative to fashion industry workers in their 20s-30s, thereby seeking effective improvement methods to reduce turnover. The study method consisted of one-on-one in-depth interviews to collect data on 15 fashion industry workers. Results were as follow. First, causes of stress for fashion industry workers in their 20s-30s include work related factors, interpersonal relations, and organizational culture, while the most frequently mentioned reasons for turnover were concerns about career track and aptitude as well as annual salary, revealing that self-improvement related growth potential is the most significant factor for turnover. Second, it was not one stress factor that influenced turnover but a composite of several stress factors that motivated individuals to change jobs. Last, time flexibility, self-esteem, and development potential were critical factors for turnover. Self-esteem and development potential that provide a sense of acknowledgment were especially emphasized as the most significant, revealing that the younger generation considers personal happiness to be critical and the more this aspect is not treated adequately the more the odds of choosing turnover. To mitigate this issue, an in-house educational system for self-development and an assignment rotation system must be adopted for workers to change to positions that fit their aptitude.

본 연구는 패션 매장에 패션 로봇 마네킹의 도입에 따른 소비자 반응이 매장 선호에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위하여 소비자가 인지하는 패션 로봇 마네킹의 속성을 유형화하여 패션 로봇 마네킹에 대한 관심도, 만족도, 그리고 매장 선호도 간에 의미있는 관련성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울 및 수도권에 위치한 스포츠 브랜드 3군데와 디자이너 브랜드 2군데 매장에 패션 로봇 마네킹을 설치한 후 입점 고객 157명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 통계 소프트웨어 SPSS24를 사용하여 분석을 하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 패션 로봇 마네킹에 대한 관심이 클수록 패션 로봇 마네킹에 대한 만족도가 높으며 매장에 대한 선호도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 패션 로봇마네킹에 대한 만족도 및 설치 매장에 대한 선호도는 20∼30대에 비해 40∼60대에서 높은 경향을 보였다. 셋째, 패션 로봇 마네킹 속성은 패션 로봇 마네킹의 어울림을 나타내는 조화성, 시각적인 심미성, 동작에 의한 기능성, 다른 매장과의 차별성, 그리고 상품 연출을 돋보이게 하는 상품성의 5가지로 유형화되었다. 패션 로봇 마네킹에 대한 관심이 많을수록 조화성, 기능성, 차별성, 상품성에 대해 모두 긍정적인 반응을 나타낸 반면에 심미성에 대해서는 부정적인 반응을 보였는데, 패션 로봇에 관심이 높을수록 미적 기대치가 높아지기 때문으로 보았다. 그리고, 상품성, 차별성을 긍정적으로 평가할수록 매장 선호도가 높아져 상품 및 매장 연출 측면에서 기존 마네킹과 차별된다고 인지할 때 매장에 대한 선호도가 높게 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to typify the properties of fashion robot mannequins and analyze how the consumer’s response to fashion robot mannequin affects store preference. The fashion robot mennequins were installed at the sports brand stores and the designer brand stores located in Seoul and the suburbs. The data of 517 customers were collected by survey and analyzed using the statistics software SPSS 24. The result are as follows: First, the greater the interest in fashion robot mannequins, the higher the satisfaction with fashion robot mannequins, and the higher the preference for stores. Second, the respondents in their 40s through 60s tended to have higher satisfaction with fashion robot mannequins and preference for store installed with them compared to those in their 20s through 30s. Third, the recognized properties of fashion robot mannequin were typified by five factors: harmony, visual aesthetics, motion-based functionality, differentiation from other stores, and merchantability enhancing presentation of merchandise. The more interested in fashion robot mannequins, the more positive they responded to harmony, functionality, differentiation, and merchantability, while negatively responding to aesthetics. It was attributed to the higher interest in fashion robots, the higher the aesthetic expectations. The more positive the merchantability and differentiation, the higher the store preference, indicating that the preference of the store increases when recognizing that it is different from the existing mannequins.
