20~30대 패션업계 종사자들의 이직과 스트레스에 대한 심층연구

The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth examination into the cause of stress as well as reasons for turnover relative to fashion industry workers in their 20s-30s, thereby seeking effective improvement methods to reduce turnover. The study method consisted of one-on-one in-depth interviews to collect data on 15 fashion industry workers. Results were as follow. First, causes of stress for fashion industry workers in their 20s-30s include work related factors, interpersonal relations, and organizational culture, while the most frequently mentioned reasons for turnover were concerns about career track and aptitude as well as annual salary, revealing that self-improvement related growth potential is the most significant factor for turnover. Second, it was not one stress factor that influenced turnover but a composite of several stress factors that motivated individuals to change jobs. Last, time flexibility, self-esteem, and development potential were critical factors for turnover. Self-esteem and development potential that provide a sense of acknowledgment were especially emphasized as the most significant, revealing that the younger generation considers personal happiness to be critical and the more this aspect is not treated adequately the more the odds of choosing turnover. To mitigate this issue, an in-house educational system for self-development and an assignment rotation system must be adopted for workers to change to positions that fit their aptitude.
온라인 쇼핑을 활용하는 30대 여성의 패션상품 구매 및 착장의 특성

The purpose of this study is to do an in-depth examination of Korean women in their 30’s on the characteristics of their online fashion shopping, clothes-wearing, and presentation. In-depth interview and quantitative analysis were conducted as study methods. Results of this in-depth analysis showed that the factor with the most significant influence in their lifestyle was “childbirth.” Childbirth was a major factor during fashion shopping and clothes-wearing. Also the results showed that the reason they used online shopping was for convenience, efficiency, rationality, pursuit of information, variety, and hedonism. In particular, women in their 30’s had a higher motivation for efficiency and rationality compared to those in their 20’s, and of those women, married working women showed the highest preference for fashion soho malls. Meanwhile, full-time homemakers, who pursued rationality, used open markets to search for fashion items based on price. Furthermore, the factors that women in their 30’s considered during online shopping were price, design, purpose or situation for wearing the clothing, respectively. Compared to the women in their 20’s, they emphasized recommendation, product properties, credibility, economy more than women in their 20’s. Factors such as marriage and childbirth were more influential than occupation. Meanwhile, the factors that women in their 30’s considered for wearing and presentation were time, place, and occasion(TPO), which all showed high importance in in-depth interview and quantitative analysis. Other factors were ‘suitable image to self’ and ‘covering up body figure.’

Recently the importance of computer education has been extremely emphasizing according to the increased use of computer. But our current computer education system using CAI program has a problem in its passive characteristic in the course of learning computer. So there has been needs for new methods to learn and use computer by student easily. LOGO can be one answer to this problem. Therefore this research has focused on the educational merits of LOGO and has tried to develop a course-ware which helps students to learn and practice LOGO language. This research is made up several sections such as including the study of theoretical backgrounds of LOGO, the study of keynote and meits of LOGO, the development of course-ware for practicing LOGO and the development of applied programs in LOGO.
