P2P 시스템을 이용하여 파일을 검색하면 상대방의 프로그램에 설정되어 있는 공유폴더의 파일을 검색해서 결과를 보내준다. 이러한 과정에서 보내주는 정보 중에는 경로명 및 파일 정보가 포함되게 되고, 어떤 검색자가 어떠한 정보를 검색했는지 모두 드러날 수 있는 문제점이 발생한다. 이것을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 P2P 익명 파일의 송?수신에 관한 연구가 현재 활발하게 이루어지고 있으나 지금까지의 연구에는 아직 몇 가지 한계점이 있다. 따라서 우리는 그러한 문제점을 분석하고 이를 극복하기 위해 비집중화(Decentralized)되고 비구조화된(Unstructured) P2P 시스템에서 랜덤 워크(Random Walk)를 기초로 하여 파일 요청자가 다른 peer들의 시스템 접속 상태를 모르고도 동적인 Onion 라우팅(Dynamic Onion Routing) 을 가능하게 하는 프로토콜과 멀티캐스트 기법을 이용하여 계산 효율성을 향상시킨 스킴 2가지를 제안한다. The P2P file sharing system sends the results to users by searching the files in the shared folders. In the process of it, the problem is that the transferred information includes the pathname and file information and it can be revealed who searches which files. In related to this problem, anonymous file sharing P2P protocol has been an active research area where a number of works have been produced. However, the previous studies still have a few of weakness. Therefore, We propose two anonymous P2P file sharing protocols based on the decentralized and unstructured Random Walk. The first scheme uses the dynamic onion routing where the requester can receive the wanted file without knowing other peers' IDs. The second scheme uses the IP multicast method which lowers the computational overhead. Both of them are more suited for the dynamic P2P system

안전한 국방 빅데이터 프레임워크를 위한 Learned MAPE-K 기반 자료교환 시스템

국방 각급 부대는 망연계 자료교환 시스템에 의해 인터넷과 국방망을 연계하여 데이터를 수집하고 있다. 또한, 안전한 국방 데이터수집과 빅데이터 환경조성을 위해 악성코드를 내재한 데이터들을 차단 및 분류하는 데이터 검열을 수행한다. 그러나 수집되는 데이터들이 새로운 악성코드를 내재할 경우, 현재 운용되고 있는 국방 시스템으로 식별하는 것이 불가능하여 외부로부터의 보안위협이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 새로운 악성코드 위협에도 대응할 수 있는 Learned MAPE-K 기반 자료교환 시스템을 제안한다.

오늘날 학교교육은 물론 어디에서도 사람다운 사람을 만드는 공부는 없어졌다. 지난 2천 여 년 동안 동양의 전통적인 교과서인 경전(經傳)이 교과서의 지위를 잃은 이후, 동양은 물론 서양에서도 오늘날 사람다운 사람이 되는 공부는 없는 이때에 우리의 효 문화는 21세기 지구촌을 살릴 수 있는 가장 훌륭하고 중요한 문화이다. 오늘날 세계에서 가장 부강한 나라인 미국의 현실은 지금 노인들의 소외문제와 청소년들의 범죄문제로 국가가 흔들리고 있다고 한다. 그렇다면 미국의 사회복지제도는 근본적으로 잘못된 것임에 틀림이 없는데, 그런데 오늘날 정신 빠진 정치인들은 우리의 전통문화는 모두 버리고 미국의 제도를 도입하느라고 혈안이 되어 있다. 우리의 전통적인 효 문화는 어린 손자 손녀들의 효도와 재롱으로 노인들은 웃음을 잃을 날이 없고, 또 청소년들은 부모와 조부모의 교훈과 보살핌으로 잘못되는 어린이가 없었다. 과연 21세기 이 하나뿐인 지구촌을 살릴 수 있는 문화는 오직 우리의 전통적인 효 문화뿐인 줄을 알아야 할 것이다. 즉, 우리의 전통적인 효 문화야 말로 가장 선진 문화임을 자부하여야 할 것인데 오늘날 미국에 가서 공부하고 온 사람들이 미국식 사회보장제도만을 동경하여 우리의 전통적인 효 문화를 무시하고 파괴하는 정책을 펴고 있으니 참으로 통탄하지 않을 수 없는 것이다. 그러므로 여기에 효의 의의를 밝히고, 우리 효 문화의 연원으로 순(舜)임금의 효를 살펴보고, 그리고 오륜 중의 부자유친의 의의와 효에 대하여 살펴보고, 끝으로 제사는 효도의 연장일 뿐 미신이나 우상숭배가 아님을 밝혔다. The schooling of today is not true human education in the Western or Korean society. Therefore, we have to learn our traditional filial piety cultures. Because, in Korean society, filial piety is both the ethically important and serves as a foundation of new application of our values and identity conforming to the new ages. The practice and realistic application of filial piety as how to do filial piety and how to practice filial piety are more important than the question why do we do filial piety or what is the basic principal of filial piety. Filial piety is emphasized not just because it is inherent in Korean traditional cultures but because it serves as the basis for the desirable development of Korean society now and in the future. In fact, filial piety has tremendous universal value. Filial piety should not only be theory, it should be an everyday practice. It is important to understand and practice the method and reason of filial piety. Therefore, filial piety should not be limited to family ethics, but should be extended to all communities and to all races of the world. Systematic social and governmental efforts are needed to strengthen filial piety, social services should be reinforced to realize filial piety. Koreans are seriously concerned about the present state of Confusion in their value system due to overwhelming influence of the Western culture and the rapid changes of society. In order to be born as a leading country in the global age, it is urgently required of us to initiate new method of national and value education by reinforced to realize filial piety.

5G 기술은 국방분야에서 게임 체인저(game changer)에 관련된 다양한 기술에 접목된 것이다. 또한 모바일 업무 환경 구축도 활용될 것이다. 5G는 이전 기술과 다른 주요 기술로 인해 새로운 위협이 등장하였다. 그리고 5G 기술로 인해 모바일 기술을 국방분야에 적용하려는 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국방 5G 운영을 위한 보안정책과 3개로 구성된 단계별 구축 방안을 살펴본다. 5G technology will be applied to various technologies related to game changers in the defense field. 영상정보처리기기(CCTV)는 민감 정보를 수집, 전송, 저장하는 데 있어서 관리적, 물리적, 기술적 측면에서 포괄적으로 보안관리가 이뤄져야 한다. 이를 위해 영상정보처리에 관련된 암호기술, 기술인증, 보호기술, 보안장비에 대한 적용 기준이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 영상정보처리기기에 관련된 다양한 보안기술, 인증제도를 분석하여 영상정보처리기기의 구축 및 운영에 적용하여 포괄적 보안관리를 위한 암호·인증·보호·체계(CCPS; Cryptography·Certification·Protection·System) 모델을 제안한다. A video information processing system (CCTV) requires comprehensive administrative, physical, and technical security management to collect, transmit and store sensitive information. However, there are no regulations related to video information processing, certification methods for the technology used, and application standards suitable for security technology. In this paper, we propose a cryptography, certification, protection, system (CCPS) model that can protect the system by including encryption technology for application to the video information processing system and authentication measures for the technology used in the system configuration.
