        안면신경마비와 마비성 사시를 병발한 환자의 증례보고

        1. We experienced one case with facial palsy and paralytic strabismus, which improved under the treatment of Acupuncture, Infrared, Electroacupuncture and Massage. 2. The prognostic factor of facial palsy was affected by On Set and neurodegeneration (such as synkinesis, contraction, spasm and crocodile tear). 3. In facial palsy, Myoneural Excitability Test by Electroacupuncture, which will need the objective clinical standard, was available for the evaluation of therapeutic effect and prognosis.

        편두통을 동반한 재발성 외전신경마비 사시환자 1례

        Authors experienced one case of the strabismus of recurrent abducent nerve palsy with migraine, which was estimated from Brain MRA images to be induced by the sclerotic changes of internal carotid artery in carvernous portion. Headache, double vision, vertigo and corneal reflex improved under the treatment of acupuncture and herbal medicine(J eongyongtang-gagambang).

        염(鹽), 초(醋), 향유(香油)의 미백효과에 관한 연구

        Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the depigmentation effects of Salt, Acetum, Sesami Semen Nigrum. Methods: Inhibition of tyrosinase activity, melanin production & cell viability in cultured B16 melanoma cells, UV screen and cytoprotective effects on PC12 cells injured by hydrogen peroxide were measured. Results: Salt, Acetum, Sesami Semen Nigrum did not show any inhibitory effects of tyrosinase activity & melanin production in melanoma cells, UV screen and cytoprotective effects on PC12 cells injured by hydrogen peroxide. Conclusions: This study shows that Salt, Acetum, Sesami Semen Nigrum which were generally used for the addition in external application do not have the depigmentation effects. Following this, the depigmentation effects of the other addition which were generally used for external application shoud be examined.

      • 강교용 박스거더의 용접예열 온도 선정에 관한 연구

        This study analyzed causes and status of cracks to suggest preventives for welding cracks generated on fillet welding zone of atmosphere corrosion resisting steel box girder. Penetrant testing, a sort of non-destructive testing, was conducted for inspection of crack status on welding zone. As a result of test, welding cracks were found on the point of start, center and end to fillet welding zone of 32 mm-thickness. The result of carbon equivalent composition of materials was 0.452%. According to welding specification, to preheat prevent welding crack, preheat temperature of $100{\sim}200^{\circ}C$ should be kept before welding execution. It was failed to keep preheat temperature because it had been executed on winter season and the structure of box girder had wide heat transfer area. As a result of examination of time varying preheating temperature of 32mm-thickness material, it was understood that preheat temperature of above $230^{\circ}C$ on both 130mm-long sides of welded joint can prevent welding crack.

        On the basis of Imjeungjinamuian(臨證指南醫案), authors investigated the pathogenesis and treatment of ophthalmotolaryngobgic diseases from the viewpoint of Onbyeong(溫病). 1. The symptoms and diseases investigated according to department were as follows;. 1) Ophthalmology : blepharitis, blepharedema, lacrimal hypersecretion, hyperemia, ophthalmalgla, photopsia, visual disturbance, mydriasis 2) Otology : full-feeling, otorrhea, otalgla, mastoiditis, tinnitus, hearing disturbance, vertigo 3) Rhinology : rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, sinusitis, epistaxis 4) Laryngology : sore throat, hoarseness 5) The Others : headache, cough, asthma 2.         The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the fluid elastic instability for SMART steam generator tubes. The parametric studies for the fluid elastic instability are performed with respect to the design variables such as a coil diameter of layer, the number of support and a distribution of inner fluid density. The finite element analysis results show that the fluid elastic instability of tubes is not affected by the addition of fluid density, but it is more sensitive to the number of support rather coil diameter. As a results, SMART steam generator tubes are stable with increased number of support points.

        스마트그리드 빅데이터 기반 지역별 배전선로 부하손실 분석

        전력 계통에서 발생하는 부하손실은 전기품질 수준을 평가하는 지표로 활용되지만, 국내외 전력 유틸리티들의 수익 창출을 방해하는 가장 큰 요인이 된다. 따라서 전력 계통에서 발생하는 부하손실에 대한 정확한 분석은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 빠르게 증가하는 분산전원 연계로 인해 배전계통의 변동성이 증가하여 정확한 손실량을 계산해내는 것이 점점 어려워지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 분산전원 연계로 인해 배전선로에서 발생하는 부하손실의 더욱 정확한 산정을 위하여 스마트그리드 빅데이터 인프라를 구축하였다. 또한, 스마트그리드 빅데이터의 특성 중 하나인 ‘불확실성’을 제거하기 위한 데이터 전처리기법을 적용하여, 부하손실 분석의 정확도를 높였다. 본 논문에서 수행한 부하손실 분석 결과는 배전설비 투자계획 또는 안정적인 전력공급 신뢰성과 전력 품질을 유지하기 위한 배전계통 운영계획에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. In addition to the assessment measure of electric quality levels, load loss are also a factor in hindering the financial profits of electrical sales companies. Therefore, accurate analysis of load losses generated from distributed power networks is very important. The accurate calculation of load losses in the distribution line has been carried out for a long time in many research institutes as well as power utilities around the world. But it is increasingly difficult to calculate the exact amount of loss due to the increase in the congestion of distribution power network due to the linkage of distributed energy resources(DER). In this paper, we develop smart grid big data infrastructure in order to accurately analyze the load loss of the distribution power network due to the connection of DERs. Through the preprocess of data selected from the smart grid big data, we develop a load loss analysis model that eliminated 'veracity' which is one of the characteristics of smart grid big data. Our analysis results can be used for facility investment plans or network operation plans to maintain stable supply reliability and power quality.

        소듐냉각고속로 원자로용기 가동중검사를 위한 고온 전자기음향 트랜스듀서 성능 개선

        200°C 이상의 고온과 협소한 검사 공간 및 액체 접촉 매질의 사용이 제한되는 가혹한 조건에서 수행되어야 하는 소듐냉각고속로 원자로용기 가동중검사에 대한 적용성 향상을 위해 기 개발된 고온 전자기음향 트랜스듀서의 성능을 개선하였다. 기존 PPM 방식 영구자석 배열 대비 높은 자속밀도를 얻을 수 있는 Halbach 방식 영구자석 배열을 도입하였고, 자기장 해석을 통해 기존 PPM 방식 대비 1.4배 이상 큰 자속밀도를 얻을 수 있는 최적의 자석 크기 비율을 선정하였다. 선정된 최적 자석 크기 비율을 기반으로 개선된 고온 전자기음향 트랜스듀서를 제작하고 성능검증시험을 수행하여 기존 대비 33% 이상 증가된 리프트 오프에서도 원자로용기 두께 대비 5% 깊이의 내면 결함 탐지가 가능함을 확인하였다. The performance of a previously developed high-temperature electro-magnetic acoustic transducer was improved to enhance its applicability to in-service inspection of a reactor vessel in a sodium-cooled fast reactor, which should be conducted in harsh conditions such as those of high temperature over 200°C, narrow access region, and prohibition of liquid couplant. The Halbach-type magnet array, which can offer a magnetic flux density higher than that from the PPM-type magnet array, was adopted, and the optimal size ratio of magnets that can provide a magnetic flux density higher than 1.4 times the one from the previous PPM-type array was selected through magnetic-field analyses. An improved electro-magnetic acoustic transducer was fabricated based on the optimal size ratio of magnets, and then, it was confirmed that an inner surface defect whose depth was 5% with respect to the thickness of the reactor vessel could be well detected by the improved electro-magnetic acoustic transducer at an increased lift-off, 33% higher than the one from the previous model, through performance demonstration tests.
