도시재생사업의 리스크요인 분류 및 중요도 산정

대규모 복합개발 형태로 추진되는 도시재생사업은 사업의 특성상 사업이 장기화, 참여주체들 간의 갈등요소, 복잡한 인 허가 과정, 잦은 정책변화 등의 리스크요인을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 사업 진행과정 중 발생할 수 있는 수많은 리스크요인들을 사전에 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 체계적인 리스크관리가 필요하다. 그러나 도시재생사업과 같은 대규모 복합개발사업의 리스크관리는 아직 도입단계로 주로 일회적인 리스크관리계획이 수립되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수많은 리스크요인들이 내재된 도시재생사업의 체계적인 리스크 관리를 위하여, 선행연구와 사례분석을 통해 도시재생사업의 리스크요인을 제시하였다. 그리고 도시재생사업의 추진단계에 따라 리스크요인을 분류하고 그에 대한 중요도를 산정하여, 단계별 중점 리스크요인을 제시하였다. Urban regeneration projects tingeing the shape of mixed-use development, due to the nature of the business, involve risk factors such as protracted business conflict among participations, subjects, complex approval and permission procedure, frequent policy changes, etc. Therefore, systematic risk management is needed to effectively manage the numerous risk factors that may occur during the process course of project. However, risk management of large and complex development projects such as urban regeneration projects is in the introduction stage yet and somewhat one time risk management plan has been established. Therefore, in this study, in order to systematic risk management of urban regeneration projects inhered numerous risk factors, risk factors for urban regeneration projects through preceding studies and case studies were presented. Also risk factors are classified in accordance with business propulsion phase, by estimating the importance for these, step by step emphasis on managed subjects of risk management was proposed.

RAW264.7 세포주를 통한 복분자 30% 에탄올 추출물의 면역기능 활성증진효과 검토

Objective : The object of this study is to confirm the immune enhancement effect of Rubus coreanus Miquel (RC) (30% EtOH extract) on RAW264.7 mouse macrophage cell line. Methods : RAW264.7 cells were treated with $10-500{\mu}g/mL$ RC for 24 hours. Cell viability was then measured using WST assays. Levels of intracellular NO and ROS were measured by Griess reagent and DCFH-DA staining respectively. Levels of iNOS and COX-2 mRNA was determined by RT-PCR. Secretion levels of IL-$1{\beta}$ and IL-6 cytokines were evaluated by sandwich ELISA assay. Western blot analysis was performed to measure the levels of intracellular molecules related to MAPKs pathways. Results : RC suppressed the growth of RAW264.7 cells. RC increased the production of NO and ROS. RC increased the mRNA and protein levels of COX-2 and iNOS. RC augmented the levels of secreted IL-$1{\beta}$ and IL-6 cytokines. RC increased MAPKs phosphorylation. Conclusion : In summary, our result shows that RC has inflammatory effect increasing the levels of NO, ROS and secreted cytokines and activating MAPKs. Hence, RC seems to have an immune enhancement effect.

The purpose of this study is to configure the spaces and elements of the roof-garden plan that users regard as important, and to investigate their preferred spaces and facilities, ultimately providing basic information for the planning of user-directed roof gardens for local residents. A questionnaire survey was used as the research method, targeting roof-garden users in the L department store of Jeollabuk-do. A total of 225 people responded to the questionnaire, and 223 of them were used for this study. The collected data was analyzed in SPSS ver.18.0, using frequency, percentage, t-test, and one way ANOVA. The respondents preferred rest space the most, followed by the convenient space, landscaping and green space, and play and exercise space. Teenage students preferred the pool and artificial spaces, such as a fountain, and planned convenient spaces and rest spaces, such as a playground. Cafes and restaurants, chairs and tables, and walking trails should be considered for single women in their twenties. Due to the high population of married couples in their thirties, the preference for play facilities and safety facilities was higher than in other groups. The well-educated population in their forties, when viewed from their preference for landscaping and green space, requires the opportunity to rest in nature. The results of this study cannot be generalized since the study was directed at roof-garden users in a department store in Jeollabuk-do. However, it is possible to provide specific information about the user-directed roof-garden plan, since the study was analyzed together with various user variables.

본 연구는 소비사회 컨텍스트 아래 에로티시즘 디자인의 속성을 분석함으로써 대중소비 사회의 일상적인 삶을 통해 현 시대의 에로티시즘 디자인의 위치와 역할을 가늠해보고 그 가치를 재조명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 에로티시즘에 대한 일반적 고찰을 토대로 에로티시즘과 디자인의 연계성, 그 역사적 변화 추이를 살펴보고, 이어 에로티시즘 디자인의 속성을 유희성, 관능성, 일탈성, 이상성의 4가지로 분류·분석하였다. 에로티시즘 디자인은 단순한 생산의 메커니즘에 의한 것이 아니라, 사물과 대중의 소비관계 이외에 문화적, 심리적, 상징적인 상호작용에 의한 것임을 파악할 수 있다. 에로티시즘 디자인은 소비욕구 충족의 메커니즘인 동시에, 인간의 욕구와 그에 대한 태도를 포함한 의지와 의식을 표명하는 하나의 기호(sign)이며, 단순한 상업적 선정성을 목적으로 하기보다는 사회를 살피고 진단하고 증언하는 폭넓은 도구의 역할을 하고 있다. 이는 소비수단의 핵심으로 여겨졌던 에로티시즘에 대한 해석을 새롭게 해야 할 필요성을 갖는 것이며, 나아가 에로티시즘 디자인의 가치를 밝히고 표현의 올바른 방향성을 제시해야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this review is analysis of attributes of eroticism design under consumption society context, and finding the position and the role of eroticism design in popular consumption society through normal daily basis life. Also highlighting its value in the society. Through basic perception of eroticism, its attributes will be analyzed in four different categories - 1) playfulness, 2) voluptuousness, 3) deviation, 4) idealistic & utopian - and a prime example for each categories will be displayed to demonstrate in more detail with the current status of eroticism design. Through this review eroticism design is not simply result of mechanism of production, but besides the relationship between objects and popular consumption, it could be understood as the mutual effect of cultural, psychological, and symbolical combination. The function of designed object goes beyond the functionality area by playing a role of psychological sign based on popular desire, also as a licual language representing nonmaterial concept related to sexual instinct through design process. In other words, eroticism design is the recof dy of human sensitivity, where the human instinct is suppressed in the process through materialism, and coincides with all sorts of hidden inner desires. That is, the eroticism design satisfies the consumption desire and reliance including behavior and consciousness. Also its purpose is not a simple selection but it is used as a tool to testify the examination and diagnosis of the society. This means that the core perception of eroticism being a consumption method has to be changed, and furthermore the value of the eroticism design has to be revealed and guidance for right expression has to be presented.heowef d, the eroticism design disposition is not fixed yet.heistorically eroticism characteristic evolved depending on the period in the society and it will continuously evolve.reonsequently, the attributes of eroticism design and expression will never be fixed. Hence, after current research there will be additional research requirement of the new evolution of the characteristics and attributes of eroticism design in the future society in various cultures.

소비자 조사를 통한 아파트 공간 디자인 전략에 대한 연구

The goal of this research is to suggest environmental design strategy of apartment by analyzing the consumers` needs of the domestic market. To achieve this, we studied the characteristics of apartment design and we examined the relation between brand identity and design strategy by analyzing the current state of the market. Also, we established `Plans for environmental design strategy`, by conducting a survey on brands and conducting a questionnaire on design to customers. This study compared exterior design of apartment with interior design of apartment. Also, it identified the factors that influence consumers` taste of design of apartment. We proposed materials, colors, style, and brand identities as design strategies to resuscitate ordinary brand design into premium brand. The data were obtained via a questionnaire completed by married women 30, 40, 50 years of age(N=102) and property experts(N=50). Therefore, the goal of this research lies in analyzing the environmental design of apartment from exterior design and interior design of apartment towards apartment design strategy. To achieve this goal we examined the overall trend of apartment brand market, and analyzed the current state of the brands. Through the research we extracted the design strategy and brand image of a brand B from Company, and we proposed a design application plan.

Xenopus laevis 초기 발생과정에서 Ubiquitin 의 발현양상과 Ubiquitin Conjugates 의 분포

N/A By RT-PCR analysis, we confirmed that Xenopus ubiquitin (Xub) is constitutively expressed at a high basal level during all stages of embryogenesis. In situ hybridization was performed to study in more detail the spatial expression pattern on Xub. The first attractable signals were observed in the neural fold and in the anteriormost region of early neurula. At the tailbud stage, the signals concentrated in cells of the developing brain, otic vesicle, branchial arches, pronephros and somites. As development progressed Xub transcript gradually localized to abdominal region. We also have examined immunohistochemically the distribution of ubiquitin-conjugated proteins using a monoclonal antibody raised against polyubiquitin of Amoeba proteus. The immunostaining patterns coincided largely with the expression patterns of Xub. Futhermore, we compared the expression patterns of Xub with TUNEL staining to identify a relationship between ubiquitin and programmed cell death during the development of Xenopus.
