우리는 60년대와 70년대의 급속한 경제성장을 바탕으로 이제 고도의 산업사회를 지향하고 있으며, 이 시점에서 부존자원이 빈약한 우리로서는 인적자원이 중요성이 절실해져 가고 있다. 따라서 근래 어느 조직체에서나 인적요소가 차지하는 비중은 매우 높은 실정이며 우리 군에 있어서도 전투력 향상을 위해서는 군의 현대화와 장비의 증강도 중요하지만 그 보다도 이를 운용하는 인적요소의 관리 즉, 효율적인 인력운영은 강군 육성의 필수적인 요소이다. 그러나 우리 해병은 해군과의 통합으로 인한 급격한 정원의 감소와 매년 빈번한 정원의 변동은 물론, 장기적인 인력계획의 부재로 현실적인 문제해결에 급급하여 체계적이고 합리적인 조직관리와 효율적인 인력운영을 위한 근본적인 대책을 강구하지 못한 것이 사실이다. 본 논문은 해병대가 안고 있는 이러한 인력운영상의 제반 문제점중에서 장교 모병정책을 중심으로 연구하였으며 특히 해병초급장교의 근간을 이루고 있는 OCS 단기장교의 모병 평준화문제에 극한하여 현실태와 그 문제점을 분석하고 이에 따른 대비책과 발전방향을 제시하였다.

현대를 살아가면서 과거를 돌아보고 현재와 미래를 계획하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 특히 다양한 문화가 공존하고 있는 현대사회에서 전통디자인을 돌아보고, 우리나라만의 아이덴티티를 찾을 필요성이 있다. 고로 우리의 전통 문화 중 주생활과 관련된 색채에 관하여, 현대인들이 공감하는 전통색상 및 조합을 찾아내어 현대에 적용하거나 발전시키는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 전통공간에서 추출한 배색팔레트를 이용하여, 대학생을 대상으로 전통색채인식과 감성어휘에 대하여 설문조사를 하였다. 연구 결과, 전통색상이라고 인식하고 것은 Y-R계열이 가장 많았으며, 배색팔레트 또한 Y-R계열이 들어간 조합이 가장 많이 지적되었다. 전통색채에 관하여 제시된 감성어휘는 주로 ‘은은한‘, ‘고상한’, ‘점잖은’이었다. 본 연구는 현대를 살고 있는 대학생들이 인식하고 있는 전통색상과 배색팔레트를 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

A new reflected-mode magneto-optic spatial light modulator (MOSLM) has been fabricated based on a magnetic garnet film grown on a non-magnetic garnet single crystal substrate. The film was structured to prepare a two-demensional array of square garnet pixels using photolithography and ion-milling techniques. thin metal and insulator films were then deposited onto the pixels and structured to prepare X-Y drive lines for pixel magnetization switching. The drive lines are shaped like a set of “bow ties” crossing at the center of the pixel so that they can play a role of a reflecting mirror as well when light is shone from the substrate side. A factor of 5 improvement in pixel switching sensitivity has been achieved compared to the conventional transmission mode MOSLM. An order of reduction in pixel size and device size has also been achieved. the device can be applicable to miniature optical correlators and optical computers.

아파트 단지 내 외관색채에 대한 기초사례연구 - 군산, 전주지역 아파트 단지를 중심으로 -

The apartments of South Korea has developed enormously from 1960's to the present. Nevertheless, People have not paid much attention to the exterior colors used in the apartments. For this reason, this study tries to understand the differences of the colors between each brands and areas based on the newly-built apartments in Jeonju and Gunsan, and this focuses on the colors used in the main buildings, public facilities, playgrounds, and the main entrances. According to the research, although six-cases all showed that YR was higher than any other color patterns, but there were differences from both the brands and the areas. Both the colors and the materials, as distinguished by the brands, were more diverse in the apartments by the small or medium businesses than in those by the big businesses. Moreover, when the identical brands were observed in Jeonju and Gunsan, the differences between the areas was more recognizable than the differences between the brands. Both the colors and the materials, as distinguished by the areas, had more varieties in Gunsan than in Jeonju. It was because Gunsan had many diversities in natural, historical or social backgrounds, as compared to Jeonju. Unlike other studies, this study researched public facilities as well as the main buildings so that it was possible to perceive the harmony of the colors in the apartment complex; however, the cases used in this study were limited numerically.

The weather on the highway affects the safety of the driver. Visibility is a distance for recognizing objects, which affects road safety. It is affected by rain, fog, snow, and particle matters. This study is dealt with a method for visualization of the road weather risk index that considering the visibility distance collected from weather stations near the highway and the driving speed. The stopping distance was calculated which considered the speed of the highway, the friction of the tire, and the reaction time of the driver. Because the visibility of the highway is not directly observed, it was reproduced by the inverse distance weighting method. As a result of evaluating the prediction performance, RMSE (root mean square error) was 1.5 or less using the inverse distance weighting method between 2015 and 2016. The ratio of visibility and stopping distance was visualized by plotgooglemaps. We hope that the real-time road weather risk index, which takes into account the visibility and the speed of a car, warns drivers to reduce the risk of safety accidents. 고속도로의 기상은 운전자의 안전에 영향을 미친다. 시정거리는 사물을 인식하기 위한 거리로 고속도로의 시정거리가 짧으면 대형사고가 발생할 가능성이 높다. 시정거리는 비, 안개, 눈, 미세먼지 등에 영향을 받는다. 본 연구는 고속도로 인근의 종관기상관측장비에서 수집된 시정거리와 한국도로공사에서 제공되는 실시간 주행속도를 고려한 도로기상 위험지수를 생산하여 이를 시각화하였다. 연구를 위해 고속도로의 주행속도, 타이어의 마찰력, 그리고 운전자의 반응시간이 고려된 정지시거가 이용되었다. 고속도로의 시정거리는 직접 관측되지 않으므로 역거리가중법을 통해 고속도로 단위로 재생산되었다. 2015년부터 2016년까지 2년간 역거리가중법으로 고속도로의 시정거리 예측성능을 평가한 결과 RMSE가 1.5 이하였다. 고속도로 단위의 시정거리는 주행속도가 고려된 정지시거의 비를 통해 도로기상 위험지수로 재생산되어 Google 지도로 시각화되었다. 실시간 시정거리와 주행속도가 고려된 도로기상 위험지수는 고속도로 운전자들에게 시정악화에 따른 대형 교통사고의 위험성을 경고하므로 안전사고의 피해를 감소시키는 데 도움이 된다.
