Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of wrist position on grip strength. A Grip-Strength is measurement of muscle strength in hand. It is evaluated for the motor function and handicap of hand, projection of treatment plan. It is important because correct treatment. Methods: Total 80 college students were participated in this study, who consisted of 40 males and 40 females(age range: $20{\sim}26$). A Grip-Strength Dynamometer was used to measure the grip strength in three wrist position(flexion, extension, neutral position) and two elbow position(supination, pronation). The ANOVA was conducted to determine any significant difference in grip strength between the wrist position and the two elbow position. Results: The results were as follows: 1. The grip strength was affected by wrist position changes. 2. The difference of grip strength according to elbow position Was not significant difference (p>0.01). 3. The grip strength i1l neutral position was strongest among 3 position of wrist (p<0.01). Conclusion: A Grip-Strength was significant difference in wrist position. Pronation position was minimum grip-strength but not significant difference between supination and pronation.
컴퓨터를 이용한 레크리에이션 관련단체의 회원관리 응용 소프트웨어 개발

The purpose of the study was to develop the applied software for membership management of recreation organization using computer program. This system for membership management was composed of main screen presenting recreating associating, input screen about personal report, and searching screen. It is possible to grasp the personal records simultaneously in DATABASE screen, to search multiple condition (area, sex, term, events, etc) in SQL screen. DATA BASE for membership management was designed using ACCESS, it is possible to manage membership in one computer, to use data in a number of computers using Internet, also to be leaders bank using Internet. The development of the applied software for membership management of recreation organization has advantage of holding information in common, through the role of binding the recreation organizations belong to 16 regions.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest new strategies available for the physical therapy curriculum development. Method: The curriculum of 4 Universities in 4 countries; America, Australia, Canada and Korea was compared to suggest new curriculum. Results: Overall, curriculum in Korea emphasized skill and technique areas and didn't showed many subjects to take foundation of subject for understanding principles. The experience in clinic is not enough to satisfy international recommendation. Conclusion: We suggest that a new curriculum should be based on the three part which are foundation, essential and selection subject, and extended clinical experience to essentially need to be physical therapy in the world-standard.
디지털 유방영상에서 멀티영상 기반의 컴퓨터 보조 진단에 관한 연구

For the past decade, the full-field digital mammography has been widely used for early diagnosis of breast cancer, and computer aided diagnosis has been developed to assist physicians as a second opinion. In this study, we try to predict the breast cancer using both mediolateral oblique(MLO) view and craniocaudal(CC) view together. A skilled radiologist selected 35 pairs of ROIs from both MLO view and CC view of digital mammogram. We extracted textural features using Spatial Grey Level Dependence matrix from each mammogram and evaluated the generalization performance of the classifier using Support Vector Machine. We compared the multi-view based classifier to single-view based classifier that is built from each mammogram view. The results represent that the multi-view based computer aided diagnosis in digital mammogram could improve the diagnostic performance and have good possibility for clinical use to assist physicians as a second opinion.
