        최근 Carbon Black 산업 동향 고찰(고무용 Carbon Black 을 중심으로)

        This paper is concerned with analysis for market trend and technological tendency of rubber-use black among United state, Japan and Korea, Through this comparative analysis, the subjects with which domestic carbon black industry is confronted are : first, development of new grade carbon black such as high performance carbon black, Low rolling resistance carbon black and lower grit carbon black, Second, reduction of quality fluctuation, third, improvement of applied technology and fourth, strengthening the price competitiveness through process optimization and productivity increase.

        아파트 가격 지수 산출에 관한 연구: 머신러닝 알고리즘을 중심으로

        The adequacy and accuracy of the information provided by the apartment price index to policy decision makers is critical. However, the previously used apartment price index of the Korea Appraisal Board (KAB) has problems due to repeated selling models, including regional segmentation, non-reflection of external factors, and smoothing problems. These problems were also recognized in the preceding study, but still regional segmentation and external factors were not taken into account Therefore, in this study, the rate of housing loans, suicide rate, and the ratio of senior citizens were collected using the public data of the Seoul Metropolitan Government. In addition, various external variables, such as the number of nearby subway stations using spherical substrates, were used to divide them into regions and reflect them in the apartment price index. Next, the actual transaction price of 751,537 apartments was divided by training and test data at a ratio of 7:3, respectively, and the RMSE of the gradient boosting model (GBM) was the lowest at 0.143. Through the GBM index, it was confirmed that the factors behind the steady rise in apartment prices in some speculative areas, even in the midst of real estate regulation policies and financial crisis situations, are the reasons for the apartment’s external variables outside In addition, after diagnosing smoothing through the partial adjustment regression model, the KAB index was found to be larger than the GBM index. By doing so, it is expected that the use of the GBM index as an index for apartment prices could help establish real estate policies amid various financial situations. 아파트 가격 지수가 정책 의사결정자에게 제공하는 정보의 적절성과 정확성은 매우 중요하다. 하지만, 기존에 사용되어지고 있는 한국감정원(KAB) 아파트 가격 지수는 지역적 세분화, 외부요인의 미반영, 평활화(Smoothing) 문제 등 반복매매모형으로 인한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한문제점은 선행연구에서도 인식되었지만 여전히 지역적 세분화 및 외부 요인은 반영은 고려하지않았다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 서울시 공공데이터를 활용하여 주택 대출 금리, 자살율, 노인인구비율을 수집하였다. 이외에도 구면기하 삼각함수를 이용한 인근 지하철의 수와 같은 다양한외부 변수들을 활용해 지역별로 세분화하여 아파트 가격 지수에 반영하고자 하였다. 다음으로, 반복매매모형의 한계를 고려해 751,537개의 아파트 실거래 가격을 훈련데이터와 테스트데이터로각각 7:3의 비율로 나눈 후 다양한 머신러닝 알고리즘을 활용해 예측한 결과 그라디언트 부스팅모형(GBM)의 RMSE가 0.143으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. GBM 지수를 통해서 일부 투기지역에서부동산 규제 정책이나 금융위기 상황 속에서도 꾸준히 아파트 가격이 상승하는 이유를 아파트외부 변수들에 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 부분조정 회귀모형을 통해 평활화 현상을 진단한 결과KAB 지수가 GBM 지수보다 크게 나타나고 있음을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해, GBM 지수를 아파트가격에 대한 지수로 사용한다면 다양한 금융상황 속에서 부동산 정책을 수립하는데 도움이 될수 있을 것이라고 기대된다.

        타이타늄 임플랜트 시편 내부에 설치한 자석의 자성강도에 따른 골형성 변화

        Purpose. The purposes of this investigation were to discover the possibility of clinical application in the areas of dental implants and bone grafts by investigating the bone formation histologically around specimen which was depending on the intensity of magnetic field of neodymium magnet inside of the specimens. Material and method. 1. Measurement of magnetic intensity - placed the magnet inside of the specimen, and measured the intensity of magnetic field around the 1st thread and 3rd thread of specimen 20 times by using a Gaussmeter(Kanetec Co., Japan). 2. Surgical Procedure - Male rabbit was anesthetised by constant amount of Ketamine (0.25ml/kg) and Rompun (0.25ml/kg). After incising the flat part of tibia, and planted the specimens of titanium implant, control group was stitched without magnet, while experimental groups were placed a magnedisc 500(Aichi Steel Co., Japan) or magnedisc 800(Aichi Steel Co., Japan) into it, fixed by pattern resin and stitched. 3. Management after the surgery - In order to prevent it from the infection of bacteria and for antiinflammation, Gentamycin and Ketopro were injected during 1 week from operation day, and dressed with potadine. 4. Preparation of histomorphometric analysis - At 2, 4 and 8 weeks after the surgery, the animals were sacrificed by excessed Ketamine, and then, specimens were obtained including the operated part and some parts of tibia, and fixed it to 10% of PBS buffer solution. After embedding specimens in Technovit 1200 and B.P solution, made a H-E stain. Samples width was 75$\mu$m . In histological findings through the optical microscope and using Kappa image base program(Olympus Co. Japan), the bone contact ratio and bone area ratio of each parts of specimens were measured and analyzed. 5. Statistical analysis - Statistical analysis was accomplished with Mann Whitney U-test. Results and conclusion. 1. In histomorphometric findings, increased new bone formation was shown in both control & experimental groups through the experiment performed for 2, 4 & 8 weeks. After 4 weeks, more osteoblasts and osteoclasts with significant bone remodeling were shown in experimental groups. 2. In histomorphometric analysis, the bone contact ratios were 38.5% for experimental group 1, 29.5% for experimental group 2 and 11.9% for control group. Experimental groups were higher than control group(p<0.05) (Fig. 6, Table IV). The bone area ratios were 60.9% for experimental group 2, 46.4% for experimental group 1 and 36.0% for control group. There was no significantly statistical difference between experimental groups and control group(p<0.05) (Fig. 8, Table VII) 3. In comparision of the bone contact ratios at each measurement sites according to magnetic intensity, experimental group 2(5.6mT) was higher than control group at the 1st thread (p<0.05) and experimental group 1 (1.8mT) was higher than control group at the 3rd thread(p<0.05) (Fig. 7, Table V, VI). 4. In comparision of the bone area ratios at each measurement sites according to magnetic intensity, experimental group 2(5.6mT) was higher than control group and experimental group 1 (4.0mT) at the 1st thread(p<0.1) and experimental group 2(4.4mT) was higher than experimental group 1 (1.8mT) at the 3rd thread(p<0.1) (Fig. 9, Table IX, X). Experiment group 2 was largest, followed by experiment group l and control group at the 3rd thread of implant. There was a significant difference at the 1st thread of control group & experiment group 2, and at 1st thread & 3rd thread of experiment group 1 & 2, and not at control group experiment group 1.(p<0.1)

        만성 요통환자에서 부하에 따른 척추기립근 수축 개시시간과 요부 굴곡 각도에 관한 연구

        만성 요통환자를 대상으로 부하에 따른 척추기립근 수축 개시시간과 요부 굴곡 각도를 근전도 및 동작분석기를 통해 연구하였다. 연구대상자는 12명의 요통군과 12명의 정상군으로 구분하여 시행하였는데, 모든 연구대상자는 어깨를 중립위로 유지하고 주관절을 90도 굴곡한 기립자세에서 눈을 뜬 상태와 눈을 감은 상태로 구분하여 상지에 0.1㎏, 1㎏, 3㎏의 낙하부하를 적용하였다. 그 결과, 0.1㎏의 낙하부하를 적용하였을 때, 눈을 뜬 경우와 눈을 감은 경우 모두 요통군에서 요부 굴곡 각도가 증가하였으나, 대조군과 비교하여 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 관찰되지 않았다. 1㎏의 낙하부하를 적용하였을 때, 눈을 뜬 상태에서 요통군과 대조군의 요부 굴곡 각도에는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 관찰되지 않았고, 눈을 감을 상태인 경우, 대조군보다 요통군에서 통계학적으로 유의하게 요부 굴곡 각도가 감소하였다. 3㎏의 낙하부하를 적용하였을 때, 눈을 뜬 경우 대조군보다 요통군에서 요부 굴곡 각도가 통계학적으로 유의하게 증가하였으나, 눈을 감은 경우, 집단간에 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 1㎏의 낙하부하를 적용하였을 때, 눈을 뜬 경우, 요부 척추기립근 수축 개시시간은 요통군보다 대조군에서 통계학적으로 유의하게 먼저 수축하였고, 눈을 감은 경우 대조군이 조금 빠르게 수축하였지만, 요통군과 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 관찰되지 않았다. Sudden, unexpected loading on the low back pain is associated with a high incidence of low back pain. The purpose of this study was to measure the onset time of lumbar rector spinae and lumbar flexion angle acting on the lumbar spine, when loads are delivered unexpectedly to the hands. Surface EMG and VICON were recorded from the lumbar erector spinae and flexion angle from 12 control subjects without chronic LBP and 12 patients with chronic LBP during expected and unexpected limb loading. 0.1㎏, 1㎏, and 3㎏ loading on limb were dropped in random time intervals from a level of the subjects' eyes. A total of measurements were performed in sequences of 3 trials in each condition(eyes open and eyes closed) following 0.1㎏, 1㎏, and 3㎏ loading. 1. On 0.1㎏ loading, the lumbar flexion angle had increased chronic LBP patients than control group in eyes open and eyes closed condition, but there was no significantly different between groups(p>.05). 2. On 1㎏ loading, the lumbar flexion angle was no significantly different between chronic LBP patients and control group in eyes open condition(p>.05). But, the lumbar flexion angle was significantly different between chronic LBP patients and control group in eyes closed condition(p<.05). 3. On 3㎏ loading, the lumbar flexion angle was increased in the chronic LBP patients in eyes open condition, and there was significantly different between chronic LBP patients and control group(p<.05). But, the lumbar flexion angle was increased in the chronic LBP patients in eyes closed condition, and there was no significantly different between chronic LBP patients and control group(p>.05) 4. The lumbar erector spinae onset time in eyes open condition was early in the control group, and there was significantly different between chronic LBP patients and control group(p<.05). But, the lumbar erector spinae onset time in eyes cloesd condition was early in the control group, and there was no significantly different between chronic LBP patients and control group(p>.05). In conclusion, impaired trunk muscle function has been observed in low back pain patients during upper-limb loading. During the expected load(eye open), lumbar erecter spinae onset time in control subjects has been observed to be faster than chronic back pain subjects. This was more capable of mechanically preparing for a perturbation when subjects were aware of the time at which load would drop. This result indicates altered preparatory reaction (feed-forward) following loading with chronic low back pain patients.

      • 슬관절염 환자의 능동신장과 등척성 운동이 관절 기능에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was to investigate the effect of isometric exercise and active stretching on joint function in patient with osteoarthritis. Methods: 30(M=1, F=29) subjects with osteoarthritis were divided in three groups: control group, quadriceps isometric exercise group, and hamstring active stretching group. After 6 weeks treatment, ROM(range of motion) and LSS(lysholm scoring scale) were measured. Results: There was a significant increase in knee flexion, extension in post-treat of quadriceps isometric exercise group and hamstring active stretching group(p<0.05). There was a significant increase in LSS in post-treat of quadriceps isometric exercise group and hamstring active stretching group(p<0.05). Conclusion: This study shows that both the active stretching exercise and the quadriceps isometric exercise effectively promote the range of knee extensions for osteoarthritis patients. Also, as measuring the ROM of knee flexion and extension by exercise methods, there is significant increase from knee flexion and extension in both hamstring stretching exercise group and quadriceps isometric exercise group. The increase of the range of knee is more effective in the exercise of knee extension with hamstring stretching exercise groups. And it is found that there are some difference between the experimental group and controlled group in statistics. As it is concerned with the function of knee extension, supporting and squatting are more effective to promote the both knee extension and flexion in its range. Therefore, this shows that the hamstring stretching exercise is required in general with enforcing the quadriceps at a sickbed in the present.

      • 저먼 세퍼드에서 발생한 내측 갈고리돌기 유합부전을 컴퓨터 단층촬영술을 이용하여 진단한 증례

        A 4-year-old male German shepherd dog with reluctance to exercise, swelling of bilateral elbow joint and general depression was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. Swelling, alopecia and lichenification of bilateral elbow joint were observed on physical examination. Osteophytes, sclerosis and joint mouse of bilateral elbow joint were found on radiography. Deformation of medical coronoid process and soft tissue density swelling at caudal part of bilateral elbow joint were also observed on radiography. Computed tomography revealed fragmented medial coronoid process and osteophytes of bilateral elbow joint. Therefore this case was diagnosed as fragmented medical coronois process and degenerative joint disease.

      • 스트레칭운동에서 온열요법이 요부의 유연성에 미치는 영향

        스트레칭(stretching)은 최근 신체 각 부위를 적절하게 움직이게 하여 긴장과 피로를 풀어주어 신체 발달을 꾀하고 유연성을 향상시키는데 좋은 운동방법으로 평가되고 있다. 온열요법(heating therapy)은 신체부분에 국소적으로 열을 가하여 혈액의 순환을 증가시켜서 손상의 빠른 회복을 기대하여 물리치료학에서 현재 많이 이용되는 방법으로 관절 경직의 완화, 동통 완화, 그리고 근 경련의 감소에 효과적이다. 본 연구에서는 20대에서 40대 사이의 신경학적 제한이 없는 정상인을 대상으로, 스트레칭 운동을 시행할 때 혼합되는 온열요법이 요부의 유연성 개선에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 20대에서 40대 20명(남10, 여10명)을 10명씩 두 집단으로 나누어 한 집단은 8 동작의 스트레칭 시행하는 스트레칭 집단으로 하고, 다른 한 집단은 온습포(hot pack)와 8 동작의 스트레칭을 혼합하는 열-스트레칭 혼합 집단으로 하였다. 각 집단은 주 4회 6주간 실시되었으며, 유연성 검사를 위해 체간 굴곡(trunk flexion), 체간 신전(trunk extension), 그리고 요부의 유연성을 나타내는 Schober-test를 측정하였다. 두 그룹간의 차이를 연구하여 요부의 유연성 개선에 미치는 효과를 검증하였으며, 나아가 본 연구는 요부 안정화 프로그램의 중요성과 산업체 근로자와 장시간 같은 자세로 작업을 하는 장애자들에게서 흔히 발생하는 요부의 통증에 접근하기 위해 고안되었다. The purpose of this study is to verify the difference of effect between group and period in order to find out effect on lumbar flexibility of treatment modality(stretching, heat - stretching) and period. The subject was chosen from the mild physically normal person who range from 20 to 40 years old without any neurological problem. Among these subjects, 20 persons(10 male, 10 female) were selected to two different groups. These were classified as stretching and heat- stretching groups. In stretching group, 8 different kind of stretching exercises were performed. In heat-stretching group, hot pack and stretching were performed together with 8 different stretching exercises. For the measurement of flexibility, trunk flexion test, trunk extension test and Schober-test were used. Pre-test was performed before treatment test, post-test was performed after 6 week of treatment test. As a result of this test, the following fact was shown 1) In trunk flexion and trunk extension test, effect between groups did not occur but effect of treatment period showed significance statistically. In addition, interactive effect between treatment period and each group showed the biggest difference in heat and stretching group. 2) In Schober-test, effect of treatment period showed significance statistically, effect between group and interactive effect did not occur.
