        의류용 크롬유혁의 제조공정에 따르는 항미생물 효과에 관한 연구

        This study was to examine the anti-bacteria effect of chrome-tanned garment leathers by various processes to article from hide. Anti-bacterial test by halo test and shake flask method, and pH value measurment are carried out in this study. The results can be obtained as follows: 1. In the soaking process of chrome-tanned garment leathers, it needs more effective anti-bacterial treatment. 2. pH value of samples by various processes has affected to anti-bacteria effect. 3. Chrome used by the tanning and the neutralization process have been found to be the anti-bacteria activity. 4. The dyeing, the fatliquoring and the finishing process has required anti bacteria treatment.

        PET 직물의 NaOH/4 급암모늄염 혼합액에 의한 물성변화

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the improvement of fiber surface, tenacity & elogation, fabric counts, thickness, handle, moisture regain, static voltage, handle, dyeability when polyester fabrics are treated with NaOH solution adding quarternary ammonium salt (Benzyl dimetyl dodecyl ammonium chloride : BDMDAC) The results are as follows. I. In regard to the method of processing PET, when the PET fabrics are alkaline-hydrolyzed adding BDMDAC, the weight loss of PET fabrics increased remarkably to the increse of BDMDAC concentration than when they are treated only in NaOH solution. When PET fabrics are alkaline-hydrolyzed the amount of BDMDAC as the catalyst is proper 1g/1 II. The change in physical & chemical properties of alkaline-hydrolyzed PET fabrics. 1. As the amount of the weight loss on PET fabrics increased, the void space of the PET yarn increased but tenacity & elongation and thickness decreased. 2. The fabric counts of PET increased due to shrinkage by alkaline-hydrolydzing. 3. As the amount of the weight loss on PET fabrics increased. NUMERI, FUKURAMI, increaseed and KOSHI decreased and Total hand value(T.H.V) in all cases increaseed. When the weight loss is 30.9% T.H.V. is best 4. Moisture regain of PET fabrics a little increased by alkaline-hydrolyzing treatment As the weight loss increased, static voltage is decreased. 5. The last dye absorption is different according to the degree of the affinity. In regard to the difference of dye color, the dyestuff of low molecular weight dyed for deep color.

        MA 그라프트 폴리에스테르직물의 염색성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to modify the hydrophobic property and dyeability of polyethylene terephthalate fiber. Methacrylic acid (MA) was graftpolymerized with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator onto polyethylene terephthalate fabrics. The results were as follow; 1. Graft-polymerization exhibited maximum graft ratio at a temperature of 100℃. 2. The polymer was gradually grafted in great amount to the surface of MA-g-PET as graft ration increase; with the cross-section examination of MA-g-PET, it was discovered that graft-polymeriation had also taken place inside the textile core. 3. Dyes absorption of basic dyes and disperse dyes was improved as graft ratio increase; with resistance to laundering, the former showed grade 3-4 and the latter showed grade 5.

        고온 다습한 환경에서의 주관적 착용 쾌적감과 관련 물성변인

        Physical variables related to the subjective evaluation of wear comfort were explored. Experimental fabrics was those used in the previous paper where subjective sensations of women's thin shirts were reported. Fabrics include 100% cotton (unfinished), 100% cotton (water repellent finished), cotton/polyester 35/65 (unfinished), cotton/polyester 35/65 (peach skin finished), 100% polyester fabric(plain), 100% polyester crepe. Among various physical properties of the experimental fabrics, heat & moisture transport properties and surface properties were chosen as important variables based on the regression coefficient. Especially, humidity at the microclimate in dynamic mode was highly correlated to the subjective evaluation and appeared to be a sensitive physical predictor, compared to dry thermal transmission rate or water vapor transmission rate. Surface characteristic parameters, however, did not show consistent trend in the prediction of the human's subjective sensation. Interaction between surface properties and humidity measurement was also observed.

        황색천연염료의 염색성 (제2보) : 울금을 중심으로 Extracted from Turmeric

        The objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of mordants and dyeing: on the dyeability and color fastness of the fabrics dyed with the extract from Turmeric. The following results were drawn from the data obtained. 1. The wavelengths of the strongest absorption band of Turmeric extract were 400 nm respectively and the wavelengths were 440 nm after the mordants were added in the color extract. The bands of Turmeric extract shifted to long wave length side as pH increased. In all cases, the abosorbancies were increased as pH increased. 2. The main color substance in extract from Turmeric were expected to be curcumin respectively by spectrophotometric and HPLC studies. 3. As to the concentration of color extract for dyeing, about 20 g/L was the optimum concentration to. dye silk and cotton fabrics with extract. 4. The K/S values of dyed fabrics were increased gradually as the concentration of mordants increased, and the highest K/S values were obtained at 5--10%. When using the mordanting methods, silk fabric by premordanting and cotton fabric by premordanting and synmordanting had influenced upon K/S value. 5. The color fastness of fabrics dyed with Turmeric extract against dry cleaning, washing, rubbing and perspiration was improved 1 level or so but light fastness was remained.

        衣流用 크롬유혁의 내클리닝性에 關한 硏究 : 드라이클리닝에 依한 變色과 硬化를 中心으로 On the Fading and Stiffening by Dry Cleaning

        This study is to examine the cleaningproof by dry cleaning runs and parts(shoulder, belly, butt) of garment leathers tanned chrome. This study is composed of three methods of test; color difference test, surface view by scanning electron micrographs, mechanical properties measurement by KES-FB system. The results obtained were as follows: 1. In stiffening of parts of sample, the belly is the best degree in smoothness, fullness, softness. But that of the butt have been found to be the worst degree and to be thick. 2. In fading of parts, the shoulder is an extreme case, but the belly is the best among three parts. 3. In dry cleaning runs, the view after 3 runs has been found to be the best result. 4. The stiffening after dry cleaning 1 run have been low grade, for the sample absorb much solvent of dry cleaning. And, the fading and the decoloration are to be worse after 5 runs. Because the leather surface is affected by dry cleaning runs.

        Feminist alternatives to gender inequality in sport:Women's own governing structure and independent ideology

        Feminist alternatives to gender inequality in sport:Women's own governing structure and independent ideology Cho, Seongsik(Korea Sport Science Institute) Women in sport has historically developed as a sexist institution: Sport is a male preserve and male domain. Employing the historical sociological standpoint, this paper attempted to review and analyze the governing body and ideologies of sport organizations, focusing on the American history of women in sport in the 20th century. Particularly, it stressed the women's own governing body and their independent ideologies of sport organizations. The NAAF, AIAW, and USFHA as the women's own sporting bodies were discussed as the alternatives to the dominant male sport organizations and male sporting ideologies. The women's organizations developed the separate models from the mainstream models of sport in the 20th century. Materialism, elitism, winning at all costs, dehumanization and exploitation of athletes that happened in male sports had never been found in women's own governing athletics. The separatism from male sporting organizations and its dominant ideologies developed as the women's own organizations and independent ideologies, suggesting one way in which women in sport will accomplish educational goals. With the integration trend between men's athletics and women's athletics, however, this separated structure of women in sport was incorporated into the mainstream structure and lost its own traditional values. This study suggested that gender equality in sport be achieved through women's own sporting organizations and independent ideologies based upon feminist consciousness and practices. 국문초록여성스포츠는 역사적으로 ‘성차별적 제도’로 전개되어 왔는데, 본고에서는 이러한 전개 과정의 주요 메커니즘을 스포츠 지배구조(조직)와 스포츠 이데올로기에서 파악하였다. 20세기 미국 여성 스포츠사를 이러한 조직과 이데올로기의 관점에서 ‘여성 스스로’의 지배구조와 독립적 이데올로기를 역사사회학적 입장에서 조명하였다. 20세기 전반의 NAAF, 후반의 AIAW 및 USFHA는 남성스포츠에 대한 조직적 대안이자 구분된 이데올로기로서 여성스포츠 운동을 전개하여, 남녀간 스포츠 운동의 ‘분리주의’라는 여성스포츠 해방의 방법론을 제시하였다.물질주의, 엘리트주의, 승리지상주의, 선수의 혹사 및 비인간화 등 남성 스포츠에서 문제되었던 것들이 조직과 이데올로기의 ‘분리주의’를 통해 운동선수들을 교육적이며 인간적 차원에서 보호하고 여성 스스로가 여성에 맞게 스포츠를 운영하고 관장하는 ‘여성 자신의 조직과 이데올로기’는 여성 스포츠운동의 주요한 실마리이자 여성 해방의 해법이기도 하다. 그러나 이러한 분리적 지배구조와 이데올로기는 남녀간 스포츠 통합이라는 새로운 흐름에 의해 와해되고, 남성 조직으로 흡수 통합되게 되었다. 한국사회에서 21세기의 여성 스포츠는 어떤 모습이어야 하는가? 본고에서는 여성 스포츠학자들의 페미니스트적 의식과 실천에 근거한 여성 스포츠 지배조직과 여성 스포츠 이데올로기의 구성을 제안하였다.

        세신 비극성 분획의 항암 활성 및 성분 분석

        The study aimed to characterize chemical composition and anticancer property of the n-hexane fraction derived from Asiasari Radix et Rhizoma. The anticancer activity was evaluated on a panel of cancer cell lines including HN22, HSC2, HSC3, and HSC4 cells (human oral cancer), HCC827 and HCC827GR cells (human lung cancer), and KYSE30 and KYSE450 (human esophageal cancer) by MTS assay. As a result, The least polar subfraction from n-hexane-soluble layer displayed notable cytotoxicity on the tumor cell lines with IC50 ranging from 1.20 to 17.0 μg/ml. The chemical composition of constituents in the active subfraction was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The essential oils comprised of sesquiterpenes including β-gurjunene (7.45%), γ-amorphene (6.61%), guaia-6,9-diene (6.40%), δ-guaiene (5.21%) and a phenylpropanoid, safrole (0.49%) were mainly identified in addition to long-chain hydrocarbons including n-heptadecane (24.60%), 7-hexadecene (4.44%) and a diterpenoid, ent-kaur-16-ene (6.57%).
