A bright living means a living which practises a bright mind, bright look and bright conduct. To make the bright living come true, a social atmosphere for it should be created. The GCS Movement aims at establishing human cooperative society by pursuing self-completion with the spirit of Goodwill, Cooperation and Service-Contribution and by developing a local community. The bright living is the prerequisite to be considered for the GCS Movement and it will be realized when all the piople as well as GCS members practise the bright living. The bright living helps not only each other but also our society healthy. The bright look makes a good circulation of blood and a bright living should be conducted in a family., office and community. The bright living can be defined as a communal discipline and a philosophy with which a man lives in right direction. Accordingly, a method of bright living should be sought. There are three ways to spread a bright living in our community. First, leaders should take the initiatives in practising the bright living. Second, the bright living should be spreaded aby means of GCS clubs. Third, the bright living educational program should be exteded. To make the humankind practice GCS principle, the GCS movement should be activated and given cooperation by UN NGOs.

The scientific advancement which the contemporary society has competitively developed caused the crises of contempary society. Also, science and technology sought for the need of human beings improved our material life to great extent, while they degraded human beings to the slave of machinery and relegated them to inhuman beings filled with material greed. The times when human beings were controling machines has almost gone away: instead, man should be submissive to machines, being under the control of a computer gauge. Employed persons have become alienated from society with the emergence of hi-tech automation system. When, so called, information society with self-proliferating syber-nation and science-technology controls this society including our planning and execution, we will face a sociey which is diffeeren from our will and ideals. Such a society will not be a society of man, but will be able to be called a society of robot and mechanics In front of the self-proliferating science and its magnification with its blind worshipping the crises of the contemporary society have been expanding. As a human being, we should be opposed to the process of our relegation to parts of machinery as its slavery however it may promote convenience of our life. What we should be concerned with our human society is to do our utmost to keep a humane human society with respect of our fellow human beings, preventing our society from becoming a management-oriented society under the pretext of rationalization of megaton enterprises. The development of science and technology should be concentrated on advancement of human happiness. For that purpose, we are leading the GCS Movement. The expansion of the GCS Movement will be brought about with increasing and strengthening of GCS Club organization. The GCS Movement will be a desirable means of solving all the problems the world faces. The globalization of the GCS Movement is also a practice of reconstruction of human society. Therefore, we, GCS members, are trying to organize GCS Clubs throughout the world. This paper describes a role model of a GCS local club including instances of activities and projects. The paper also studies establishment, execution, and evaluations of club projects and plans. The paper covered how to proceed with various projects efficiently for our communities in connection with healthysociety movement, conscious transformation, and nature preservation. Finally, the paper studies promotion of creative projects conceived by local clubs, One of means of promoting these projects is strengthening facilitating forces of the club through activation of role of officers with membership training. Practice of GCS principles in our daily life based on restoration of humanity and morality will lead us to keep on our healthy social life with determination. For this purpose, we need to principle ourselves through meditation of three right virtue, right knowledge, right judgement, and right action. In addition to these factors, financial funds for GCS is another source of promotion of the GCS Movement. This paper was prepared as a useful reference for local clubs so that they can use it in promoting their activities and projects. Depending on their condition and environments, this model can not always be applicable to all local clubs in the world. However, common factors or nature applicable to all GCS Clubs should be typified as a model. Local clubs are playing a core role in the GCS. Grassroots based of the local clubs, regional chapters, national headquarters. and international headquarters can be established. Therefore. promotion of activities of local clubs will surely facilitating establishment of Oughtopia through g1obalization, human familism, and globalization based on voluntary service and dedication of local clubs

In the new 21st Century, while we overcome many problems on the cultural foundation formed thrroughout the past century, we must make a desirable co-operative society which mankind has so long sought for. Through the convenient tools invented through the scientific advancements of the past century, we were able to enjoy a highly cultural life. However, the potential elements of war has always been present, the environment is being polluted, and human sympathy is drying up. If this continues, we might have to face a critical world end. To solve the problems of human society such as these, the GCS Movement was proposed at the 1975 World Deans Convention and stated the international head office was founded in 1978. The GCS Movement can be said to be a movement that began with the purpose of solving the many problems human society is facing and making a better co-operative society. Let us look at the ways to activate the GCS Club 1) The Increase of the Number of Clubs and he Expansion of Members The GCS Club is set to have thirty or more members. Generally fifty to sixty people can be said to be the appropriate number. However, since members may leave for personal reasons, new members should continually be admitted. Though admitting new members is important, it is alst important to cultivate affiliated clubs. 2) The Mental Education and Leadership Training of Members Thorough mental education is needed so that all members may have a feeling of good will, cooperativeness, and to contribute to volunteer work. Conditions should be given so that competent leaders may exhibit their capability. Education training should be given for members and leaders. Preparing a Judicial Training Institute on a national and district level is a good idea. 3) Reasonable Organization Management Organizations should be practically managed and all members should participate actively. First, all officials including the president must take the lead and be a role model for every matter during their term with a sense of mission, and create an atmosphere of vitality. Second, clubs should be managed cheerfully and instructively so that every member can participate and work with a happy heart. Third, account keeping should be careful, and all decisions must be made based on the approval of members. Fourth, efforts must be made on advertising, and should establish offices when independent foundations are formed. 4) Cooperation Between Clubs and International Connection Though business projects are formed and practiced individually in Unit Clubs, joint events may be hosted with the cooperation of other clubs if necessary. It can be done through the form of League Organizations, or in the form of the Establishment of Sisterhood Relationships. Cooperation with neighboring clubs or the Unit Clubs of other nations can also be done. Mutual visits, Cultural Exchange joint projects can be done. 5) The Cooperation Policy of Outside Organizations and Publice Institutions Cooperative projects can be done with outside organizations that have the same intentions. The GCS Movement can be developed maintaining cooperative policies with the government or publice institutions. Through the terminable connection with UN and the UN NGOs, discussions of joint interests, and joint projects should be done.

What would be the concrete picture for the future society? What are the bright and dark sie of the information society? Would it necessarily guarantee the better life for the human being? If not, how should we respond to the information age? These are the main issues in this article. We are living in a turning point society. Daily innovating computer and network technologies, application softwares artificial intelligence, genetic engineering technologies. Science and technology advances at its own way with an uncontrollabe pace. Its advancement may lead to the bottom of fortuns' s wheel. Were are wh rushing at? Are we making a dash for a suicidal attack? The important thing is to brake the blinded rush of sciece and technology which is threatening to the existence of dulture, civilzation, and nature. The important thing is to reduce speed to hold the explotion off. We need to make a revolutionary change to survive. We need to be headed for a different future., We need to dhift our paradigms to prepare foe a new era. A new realm called cyberspace has been emerged and rapidly replacing some parts of the newtonian physical space. In that space, tremendous amounts of information., opinions and values are trasacting. People find a numerous information, knowledge, and values; some substantial for human life, the value system for our society will be more chaotic. Also, the issues of artificial intelligence and human clones appallingy warns the " man is a organic life in itself" and if this "nature of life" is not be taken care of, the very fabric of human society would be fundamentally fall apart. The modern society, in which technology deeply permeates every spheres of our life, desperately requires humancenterism, which contains " humanity" and the "spirit of life."

Human society where we human beings are living has been constantly changed a lot. Historically we may say that the effort of human beigs was the construction of more convenient, affluent, and rewarding society. Considering the posive developing factors of our society, we anticipate a rapid growth of future. When we consider the negative developing factors, however, we may not always expect to shift a rich society. To establish the permanent prosperity, stability, and unification in Earth. We inaugurate the Global Cooperative Society(GCS) movement. The tasks for the development and internationalization of GCS would be like this: First, we further to develop a theory and public relations. Second, more organization of clubs and systemic connection among clubs should be accomplished. Third, we endeavor to train leaders and raise the morale.
