Anodic alumina layer can be used as templates for preparation of nano-structured materials, because porous oxide layer on aluminum shows a uniform pore size and a high pore density. In order to find out possibility for template material to prepare nano wire, the effects of the anodic applied potential, anodic time and the temperature of electrolyte on pore diameter of anodic alumina layer were studied using SEM and AFM. The pore diameter of anodic alumina layer increased with applied anodic potential and electrolytic temperature. Especially, the pore diameter of anodic oxide layers formed in chromic acid can be well replicated by widening process in $H_3$$PO_4$solution.

To investigate the effect of properties of pores in anodic alumina template(AAT) on the formation and characteristics of metal nano wires, Cu and Ni nano wires were manufactured using anodic alumina template formed in various electrolytes. The characteristics of prepared metal nano wires using AAT could be replicated from those of pores in AAT. The diameters of nano wires could be controlled by the widening process of anodic porous film in $H_3PO_4$ solution. The shape ratio of the nano wire was shown to be $170{\pm}30$ for Ni nano wire formed by AAT made in sulfuric acid.

본 논문에서는 소형 무인 비행체 (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, UAV)를 스마트폰을 이용하여 제어하기 위한 방법을 제안하고. UAV에 Wi-Fi 통신 모듈 설계 및 개발 과정을 설명한다. 스마트폰과 UAV는 Wi-Fi를 통해 통신하며, 이것의 instruction set은 MCU에서 C언어로 다운로드 된 로직으로 수행하게 된다. 데이터의 송수신은 Serial 포트를 이용하여 흐름을 제어하며 확인할 수 있다. 또한 관련 모듈들을 통합하기 위해 PCB(Printed Circuit Board)과정을 진행, 소형화하여 개발하였다.
δ-Aminolevulinic acid (ALA) 유도체들의 미토콘드리아 탈분극 유도에 의한 인간 섬유아세포의 세포분열 억제

δ-Aminolevulinic acid (ALA) is an endogenous metabolite formed in the mitochondria from succinyl-CoA and glycine, and plays a key role in the living body as an intermediate of the compound in the porphyrin biosynthesis pathway. ALA has been commonly used in photodynamic therapy for several years, because ALA is of interest as a biodegradable mediator, a growth regulator, and an effective agent used in dermatology. Here, we determined which ALA derivatives were the most effective for the inhibition of the cell proliferation and growth of human fibroblast. As a result, we found that the treatment of ALA derivatives including ALA, ALAP (ALA phosphate salt), MAL (Methyl 5-aminolevulinate hydrochloride salt), PBGL (phophobilinogen lactam) and PBGH (phophobilinogen-HCl) could attenuate cell proliferation of human fibroblast cells. Among them, PBGH was the most effective derivative. In addition, PBGH treatment could induce mitochondrial membrane depolarization, leading to cell death of human fibroblast. These results suggest that mitochondrial membrane depolarization induced by ALA and PBGH treatment might be responsible for inhibition of cell proliferation and death. Taken together, our results propose the possibility that PBGH can be used as one of the effective drugs in human skin disease, psoriasis.

This study aims to analyze science teachers difficulties when teaching high school convergence-type science from the 2009 revised curriculum, who have ever taught convergence-type science, and based on the analysis results, this study attempted to consider practical solutions as well. This study classified their difficulties in teaching convergence-type science into a total of 5 domains (knowledge about contents, students knowledge, curriculum, teaching contents and methods, knowledge about evaluation), designed a questionnaire to find out science teachers difficulties in teaching convergence-type science and proper solutions and conducted e-mail interviews after the survey. Most of the science teachers who had ever taught convergence-type science were aware of the intent and objective of convergence-type science, and they responded that convergence-type science is needed for students to have an integrative view on science and apply it to an actual society. Out of the 5 domains of difficulties science teachers have in teaching convergence-type science, their difficulties related to knowledge about contents and students knowledge were found to be greatest. As a solution to their overall difficulties in teaching convergence-type science, they mostly responded that a solution should be provided to teaching methods and curriculum. As for teaching methods, they mostly responded that it is necessary to support various teaching materials and provide data related to major knowledge through teachers training or educational institutions. Besides, as for the curriculum, since the present high school convergence-type scienceis too vast in contents for 10th graders, who don t have enough basic scientific knowledge, and its levels are too high for them as well, they suggested some solutions that the level of convergence-type science should be lowered a little bit or that the range of contents should be reduced in consideration of students levels of scientific knowledge.
