The main purpose of this paper is to estimate primary energy saving of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEM fuel cell) for a liquid desiccant indirect and direct evaporative cooling assisted 100% outdoor air system (LD-IDECOAS). Also, we have suggested the PEM fuel cell performance predicted model by experiments. The fuel cell system provides the electric power and thermal energy by combining hydrogen and oxygen simultaneously. If waste heat is used, the total energy efficiency of fuel cell is up to 85%. The PEM fuel cell is suitable as a system for supplying power and heat sources to LD-IDECOAS. Using the measured load profile of the pilot system, the required electric capacity of the fuel cell system was designed at 10 kW. To suggest the performance predicted model of fuel cell, several test were conducted in the facility of pilot system. The predicted model was used to calculate the annual primary energy saving of a fuel cell. In this research, the performance of the previous systems using conventional gas-fired boiler and purchased electricity are compared with that of the proposed system to evaluate energy saving potential.

研究目的: 本研究旨在通过考察复合文化空间非线性特征, 为参观者提供更多空间体验, 加强空间间的联系, 完善复合文化空间的设计方法。 研究方法: 对复合文化空间和超链接进行前期研究, 对空间特征进行分类, 得出复合文化空间和超链接的相关性。 研究内容: 通过互联网、书籍等选择国外近10年形成的4个复合文化空间案例, 在前期研究的基础上, 以复合文化空间中的4个超链接特征为基础, 进行案例分析和总结。 结论与建议: 复合文化空间通过不同空间的联动和动线呈现超链接特征, 在空间与来访者之间提供不同的空间体验, 增强空间趣味性和体验性, 为复合文化空间回访提供可能, 但本研究案例仅限于国外案例, 案例分析较少, 今后需不断扩大相关案例研究, 开展复合文化空间超链接特征具体价值和意义的研究。 Along with the development trend of city and society, the public space in the city is constantly changing. In order to meet people’s demand for culture, arts and leisure life, all kinds of complex cultural spaces appear. In this study, the hyperlink characteristics in complex cultural space are analyzed in detail by combining the hyperlink theory with the hyperlink characteristics. The hyperlink characteristics in complex cultural space are analyzed in detail. Therefore, through this research, we hope to provide theoretical basis for the future planning and design of complex cultural space, improve the structure, space connection and people’s spatial experience.
IFC-BIM을 활용한 공동주택의 실내공기질 인증 자동화 시스템 개발

In the field of construction, the number of times obtaining indoor air quality certifications has been increasing every year. However, there are problems such as complexity of the evaluation process, data omission and evaluation errors due to diversification of the detailed criteria of the certification. Therefore, this study proposes an automation system on evaluating the indoor air quality of apartment houses using IFC-BIM. In order to achieve the goal of the study, first, required information for the evaluation of indoor air quality certification is defined. Second, the required information is classified according to the information generation method. Third, a platform capable of calculating the credit points in the indoor air quality certification and outputting the submission documents is proposed. Fourth, The composition, function, and process of the indoor air quality certification automation system are derived. Finally, a pilot test is performed to verify productivity and reliability of the proposed method. Since the input and output of required information for the certification are automatically provided using the developed system, it is possible to improve the work environments and shorten the work time.
난방 및 급탕 겸용 히트펌프의 바닥 난방 및 공기 난방 방식에 따른 에너지 성능 비교

Recently, in order to reduce the energy used in buildings, not only energy regulations for new buildings but also energy performance improvement policies for existing buildings are being promoted. Among energy performance improvement technologies, the heat pump, which is a major technology, is suitable for use as an integrated system because it is capable of cooling, heating, and hot water supply with a single device. Therefore, in this study, energy consumption for air heating and floor heating was compared because the capacity of the heat pump varies depending on the heating method. At this time, the case of using a single heat pump and a case of using a binary heat pump were analyzed. . In this study, a simulation was performed on the case of supplying winter heating and hot water to the integrated system, and the cases presented for comparative analysis were classified into a total of 4 cases according to the heating method and the type of heat pump. As a result of the simulation, it was found that energy savings of 8.15% were high in the case of air heating by using a single heat pump and by using a binary heat pump in the case of floor heating by 4.14% according to the heating method.
증발냉각 응축기 기반 공기열원 히트펌프의 에너지 절감 효과 분석

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the energy saving potential analysis of a spryed-condenser assisted air-source heat pump used in an office building during summer season. A direct evaporative cooler was installed on the inlet side of the condenser to enhance the heat exchange performance. The hot ambient air was introduced to the direct evaporative cooler and cooled nearly wet bulb temperature by evaporative cooling effect. The cooled air treated by direct evaporative cooler was introduced to the condenser. A energy recovery ventilation was installed for ventilation of the occupants, and all of the sensible and latent load of the office building is removed by the proposed and existing heat pump system. The simulation was conducted by Engineering Equation Solver (EES) and TRNSYS 18 for model building thermal load simulation. The result was showed that proposed heat pump system is saved 26.4% of primary energy consumption than existing heat pump system in summer. This can be solve the problem of maximum power demand and overheating in summer with simple installation.
