수목 방향유 15종의 산화방지, 항세균, 항진균 및 항염증 효과

본 연구는 수목 방향유 15종의 산화방지 활성, 항세균, 항진균활성에 대해 연구하였다. 먼저 2가지 다른 실험방법을 통하여 산화방지 효과를 확인한 결과 15가지 수목 방향유 중 clove bud, 붓순나무, 왕초피나무, 곰취는 농도의존적으로 상당한 산화방지활성을 나타내었다. 다음으로 S. aureus, L. monocytogenes, E. coli O157:H7, S. typhimurium, 그리고 S. mutans에 대한 항세균 활성은 액체배양법으로 측정한 결과 clove bud에서 현저하게 억제 효과가 나타났다. 또한, 페이퍼디스크 확산법을 통해 연구한 결과앞에서 언급한 5가지 균주의 5, 2.5 μL/disc에서 농도의존적으로 균의 성장을 억제하였고 그 중 식중독 균주인 S. aureus의 성장에 대해 clove bud (0.625-5 μL/disc)는 1.25 μL/disc 농도까지 눈에 띄게 억제 효과가 나타났다. 추가적으로 A. fumigatus, C. albicans, T. rubrum, A. ochraceus의 4가지 균주에서 clove bud의 항진균효과가 다른 수목 방향유보다 좋았으며, 이를 바탕으로 페이퍼디스크 확산법을 통해 억제환의 크기를 측정한 결과 1-2 μL/disc의 농도에서 양성 대조 약물인 ketoconazole (20 μg/disc) 보다 더 우수한 효능을 나타내었다. 이 같은 결과를 종합하여 산화방지 활성과 항균 활성이 뛰어난 clove bud의 항염증 효과를 평가하였고, clove bud는 0.01% 농도에서 염증 관련 인자인 COX-2와 iNOS 단백질 발현을 LPS 처리군과 비교하여 COX-2 억제제 celecoxib와 유사하게 감소시켰다. 이와 같은 결과를 종합하면 수목 방향유는 산화방지, 항세균, 항진균, 항염증과 같이 여러 활성을 지니고 있으며, 방향유는 산화방지 및 항균성 화장품 소재로서 응용할 수 있으며, 염증반응 완화를 포함한 다양한 산업화에 응용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The current study investigated the beneficial effects of 15 essential oils isolated from tree branches, leaves, and flowers. Among these oils, clove bud and Illicium anisatum oils showed the most potent anti-oxidant effects on 1,1- diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and 2,2azinbis-(3-ethyl-benzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) radical scavenging activities. Next, we evaluated the antibacterial effects of 15 essential oils on Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli O157:H7, Salmonella typhimurium, and Streptococcus mutans. Clove bud significantly decreased growth of 5 bacterial strains. In addition, clove bud, Magnolia kobus, Picea abies and Chamaecyparis obtuse significantly reduced growth of the fungi, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus ochraceus, Candida albicans and Trichophyton rubrum. Additionally, clove bud also remarkably reduced the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 and inducible NO synthase in lipopolysaccharide-activated RAW264.7 cells. These results indicate that essential oils isolated from trees, which exhibit antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties, may be potentially useful in the development of cosmetic ingredients.

Recently, research on various font designs has been actively conducted to deliver effective emotional information in a digital environment. In this study, we propose a Hangul font outline vector modification algorithm that effectively conveys sensitivity according to weather information and can be transformed immediately. The algorithm performs a series of transformations: sets outlines according to design pattern templates, calculates the glyph's position to reflect physical rules, splits outline segments into smaller sizes and deforms the outlines. Through this, we could create several vector font designs such as humidity, cloud, wind, and snow. The usability evaluation was close to good, so it can be used in diverse ways if we improve readability and effective design expression.

서비스 디자인 관점의 전자책 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델 연구

본 연구는 서비스 디자인의 관점에서 국내 전자책 플랫폼(공급과 소비 영역)을 분석하고 비즈니스 모델을 제시하였다. 우선 연구 대상이 될 전자책 플랫폼들은 포털에서 특정 키워드 및 조건 검색을 통해 선정하였다. 구체적으로 국내 우수 전자책 플랫폼은 문피아, 레진코믹스, 조아라, 리디북스 등 4개가 선정되었고 이들 플랫폼은 장르적 차이가 뚜렷함에도 불구하고 다양한 가격 카테고리화와 매니아층에 대한 차별화된 서비스, 작가를 위한 콘텐츠 디자인 및 마케팅 지원이 다른 플랫폼보다 뛰어난 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 선행연구를 통해 서비스 디자인과 비즈니스 모델의 주요 개념을 살펴보았고, 두 개념 간에 개방성과 혁신성, 공동가치창출 등이 주요 공통 가치로서 자리하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 전자책 플랫폼 개발 필요성과 더불어 서비스 디자인 방법의 하나인 비즈니스 모델 캔버스를 통해 비즈니스 모델을 제안하였다. 이러한 서비스 디자인 요소의 활용을 통해 각 플랫폼들은 아직까지 시장 규모가 미미한 국내 전자책 분야에서 조금씩 안정적인 수익 기반을 확보하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 아직까지 관련연구가 부족한 전자책 플랫폼 분야에서 서비스 디자인의 가치가 중요해지는 이유와 활용 예시, 이를 통한 구체적인 비즈니스 모델 개발 등 보다 유의미한 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This study analyzed domestic e-book platform(supply & consumption) in the viewpoint of service design methodology. To begin with, e-book platforms as the object of study are selected by retrieving specific key word and condition in the portal. Specifically, 4 parts such as munpia, lezhin comics, joara, ridibooks were selected for excellent domestic e-book platform. Notwithstanding distinct difference in genre, the analysis showed that these platforms had better contents design and marketing support for author, different service for mania and diverse price category than other platform. Further, main concept of service design and business model were checked through preceding study and it was found that openness, innovation and creation of joint value were fixed as main common value between these 2 concepts. Based on them, the necessity of developing e-book platform, and business model was presented through business model canvas(BMC) as one of the service design tool. It is found that each platform gradually secures stable revenue base by utilizing such factor of service design in the area of domestic e-book whose market size is still minute. The result of this study is expected to provide more significant suggestion points in the area of e-book platform whose relevant study is still deficient, namely, the reason why the value of service design becomes important and the example of utilization, developing specific business model through this.
