The main purpose of the study was to kinematic comparison of the Dureumchigi in Taekkyon, to the Face Dollyo Chagi in Taekwondo which is similar to the Dureumchigi. Eight male college athletes, 4 in Taekkyon and 4 in Taekwondo were selected as samples, and 7 sets of cameras were used with 200Hz/sec filming. For the experiment, the sample students were asked to attempt to do more than 8 times of kicks, and 4 of them were chosen to the detail analysis. Each kick was analyzed to determine the speed, angle of hip and ankle, body balance variations, and the degree of contribution, and calculated statistical significance applying the paired t-test. The major findings were as follows. First, longer time were consumed in footing than in Taekwondo, because the characteristic of the footing in Taekkyon which makes the opponent"s weight balance be destroyed, by pushing instead of Gumsil movement and hitting action. Second, in case of kicking both in Taekkyon and Taekwondo, the analysis of the angle of both ankles were all showed significant differences, and in hitting actions, the angle of hip joint, and right ankle were also significantly different. The reason of this could be, in case of Taekkyon, pushing will be the final skill to make fall down the opponent regardless any hitting point contact, and to push down the opponent with minimized injuries. Along with this characteristic, both the hip joint and right ankle were distinguishably bent not to make the impact momentum be increased. Third, in Taekkyon, the degree of contribution of sequential movement of toe action speed, were high in the spine action of trunk, thigh calf, and body weight transferring proportionately, and calf, trunk, body weight transferring, and thigh in Taekwondo. And, the differences of each sequential movement for kicking was all significant. In sum, for the purpose of kicking and Gumsil movement, the time lapse, body weight balance distribution, each joint angle, toe action speed, and the contribution of sequential body movement were all showed differently.
수중운동이 만성 편마비 환자의 정신건강 및 자아효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 16주간의 수중운동이 만성 편마비 환자들의 정신건강 및 신체적 자아 효능감에 미치는 영향을 구명하여, 이 환자들의 삶의 질 향상에 도움이 되는 재활 운동프로그램을 제공하는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울특별시 P복지관 만성 편마비 환자 16명(실험집단 8명, 통제집단 8명)으로 하였으며, 공변량분석을 통해 측정된 자료의 유의성 검증을 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 수중운동은 만성 편마비 환자들의 긴장, 분노, 피로, 활력과 같은 정신건강 요인에는 긍정적인 변화를 주었으나, 우울과 혼동 같은 요인에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주지 않았다. 둘째, 신체적 자아 효능감 요인인 신체 능력과 자기표현 자신감의 변화에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 환자의 특성을 고려한 적절한 수중운동은 만성 편마비 환자뿐만 아니라 다른 장애인의 정신적 재활에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a 16 week aqua exercise on mental health and self-efficacy of chronic hemiplegic patients. Sixteen chronic hemiplegic patients, aged 37-50, admitted to P-welfare center in Seou,l were employed for this study, and randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(8) and controlled one(8). Analysis of covariance was conducted at the .05 level of significance in this study. The main results were as follows. The experimental group showed significant positive changes in such mental health factors as tension, anger, fatigue and stamina and also in such physical self-efficacy factors as physical ability, expression and self-confidence. Therefore, aqua exercise is expected to help not only chronic hemiplegic patients but also other disabled persons mentally rehabilitated if applied with consideration of patient`s characteristics.

This research was mainly conducted to develop the education program for children suffering from development disturbance. Further, it is expected that the results obtained from such programs and experiments would help the handicapped to increase their "walking abilities" and body balances by participating in the exercises suggested by the researchers. The experimental subjects involved in this research were 5 students, aged from 9~10, who attend a special school in a city in Jeollabuk-do. Among them, 2 students were suffering mental retardation, and the other two students were suffereing development retardation. There also was an autistic child in this experiment. Conclusions were reached after we set RPE of Swiss Ball exercise to 11~13, exercise frequency to 3 times a week for 12 weeks, and exercise period to be around forty minutes. It is also important to mention that new steps were included for the different difficulty level of exercises. The results showed that the children showed positive improvements over the following areas: Berg Balance Scale(p<.01), standing on a foot with eyes open, in situ spinning, and putting one`s foot on a foot board with his or her foot keep switching(p<.05). Also the handicapped one`s ability to talk showed positive improvements over areas such as the amount of time spent on walking (p<.01), number of footsteps made on walking, and many others.
초등학교 태권도 수련생의 심리환경요인에 따른 심리욕구 및 만족의 관계

본 연구는 초등학교 태권도 수련생의 심리환경요인에 따른 심리욕구 및 만족의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이있다. 연구대상은 전라북도 J시에 소재한 태권도 수련생 중 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문지는 총370부 자료를 사용하여 자료처리는 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 심리환경요인의 하위요인 중 지도자와 부모님( p<.001), 학교친구( p<.05)는 심리욕구의 유능성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 수련동료와 지도자( p<.001),부모님( p<.01), 학교친구( p<.05)는 심리욕구의 자율성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리환경요인의 하위요인 중 수련동료, 지도자, 학교친구( p<.001)는 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심리환경요인의 하위요인 중 자율성( p<.001)은 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to provide useful basic material that you can utilize it as a strategy which raises efficiency of Taekwondo-Jang` management by investigating effect of psychological environment of trainees in them on psychological needs and satisfaction. To accomplish the purpose of the study like this, trainees of the 4th, 5th and 6th year students in Taekwondo- Jang located in Ieonlabuk-do were selected as a population. Sampling about research subjects was used by convenience sampling method and the results drawn utilizing the materials of 370 persons are as follow: First, the results showed that leaders and parents(p<.001) and schoolmates(p<.05) of sub-factors of psychological environment have significant effects on ability of psychological needs and colleagues in studios and leaders(p<.001), parents (p<.01) and schoolmates (p<.05) had significant effects on autonomy of psychological needs. It also found that schoolmates(p<.05) of sub-factors of psychological environment have significant effects on relationship of psychological needs. Second, the results showed that that colleagues in studios, leaders and (p<.001) have significant effects on satisfaction. Third, the results showed that autonomy (p<.001) of sub-factors of psychological environment has a significant effect on satisfaction.
