This paper treats with the Cyber Education System that is a fairly new arrival paradigm in the education field for the fire officer's job Training. The fire officer's job Training is one of the big problem among the various problem which are occurred serve in the fire office and that must be solved as soon as possible. In this paper we developed a cyber education system for the fire officer's job Training and found the possibility of solving the problem and promotion welfare of the fire officer.
The passive surface wave method measures seismic signals from ambient noises or vibrations of natural phenomena without using an artificial source. Since passive sources are usually in lower frequencies than artificial ones being able to ensure the information on deeper geological structures, the passive surface wave method can investigate deeper geological structures. In the passive method, frequency dispersion curves are obtained after data acquisition, and the dispersion curves are analyzed by assuming 1D-layered earth, which is like the method of active surface wave survey. However, when computing dispersion curves, the passive method first obtains and analyzes coherence curves of received signals from a set of receivers based on spatial autocorrelation. In this review, we explain how passive surface wave methods measure signals, and make data processing and interpretation, before analyzing field application cases. 수동 표면파 탐사는 인공 송신원 없이 생활잡음 또는 자연 발생 소음 등을 송신원으로 이용해 탄성파 신호를 측정한다. 수동 송신원은 낮 은 진동수 대역에서 발생하기 때문에 수동 표면파 탐사는 일반적인 능동 탐사법 보다 더 깊은 심도의 지질 정보를 확보할 수 있어 심부 부지 평가 분야에 많이 활용되고 있다. 수동 표면파 탐사 자료는 능동 표면파 탐사 자료 해석과 마찬가지로 자료 획득 후 진동수 분산곡 선을 구하여 1차원으로 가정한 속도구조를 해석한다. 하지만 수동 표면파 탐사 자료는 송신원이 무작위로 발생한다는 특성 때문에 여러 수신기에서 측정된 신호들의 공간자기상관을(spatial autocorrelation) 이용해 수신 자료들의 일관성(coherence) 곡선을 구하고 이로부터 분 산곡선을 구하게 된다. 이 기술보고에서는 수동 표면파 탐사 이론, 탐사 방법, 자료처리 기법을 살펴보고 실제 적용 사례를 분석한다.
Many activities of modern people are being transferred from outdoor space to indoor space. Facilities for various purposes appear and disappear. Recently, The comics cafe has appeared with the popularity of Web-toon(Cartoons on Internet Web). Because, it has grown in the development of the Comics industry, diffusion of the Internet and ICT(information communication technology) device. Comics cafe is attracting attention not only as teenagers, families, lovers but also as a resting place for working people. However, Some municipalities pointed out that the Comics café franchise double-deck facility design and the installation of illegal facilities were a violation of the law. The Double-deck has already been existed by the National Libraries, Kids Cafes, and Saunas. In the case of comics, cafes were judged differently depending on the municipalities of the same double-deck facility. It is difficult to promote and expand the business and trust the administration. The purpose of this study is the Improvement of interior double-deck facilities regulation. Research methods are reviews the relevant laws and regulations of Interior double-deck facilities and investigate overseas cases. This study results in the following improvements suggest. First, If the double-deck facility can increase the capacity, the allowable range of the duplex facility for the neighborhood facility needs to be limited to a certain extent. Second, The materials used for the double-deck facilities should be prepared for fire prevention and safety by using incombustible or flame retardant materials. Finally, The law should be understood and socially revitalized and new ideas from practicing in culture rather than preventing social conflicts.
An energy-recovering superconducting linear accelerator is being developed for a high-power infrared free-electron laser (FEL). The design value of the maximum beam current circulating in the superconducting cavities is 50 mA. In such a high-current accelerator, the wakefield excited by the bunches passing through the cavities can induce unstable operation of the accelerator. The effects of the wakefield on the accelerator operation are analyzed for successful lasing of the FEL. The beam quality degradation, the starting current of the beam breakup, and the power loss to the higher-order mode coupler are calculated analytically and numerically. It is found that the accelerator can be operated at the maximum current without having a severe problem caused by the wakefield.
With economic growth in the industrial era, The building has become high-rise, diversified, complex, and large. However, Low birth rate, aging society, long-term low growing economy, COVID-19 virus infection, As a pandemic, the behavior of society is rapidly changing even in the use of buildings by users. In 2015, the proportion of buildings were more than 30 years older was 39% of all buildings, which will increase to 50% in 2020. Only the 1.7% of all buildings are subject to maintenance and management by the current Building Code and the Special Act on Safety Management of Facilities. In addition, the existing Building Management Act did not meet the matters for measures after inspection in the inspection-oriented policy. In order to increase the effectiveness of building management, first, establish the concept and type of building management, establish the purpose of the building maintenance standard prescribed in the law, and present the necessity. Second, Analysis the type of building behavior and application management for the object of building management. Third, It is investigated to compare and analysis that similar foreign Building Management Act in the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom. Finally, This study suggested policy measures for effectiveness. I suggest to secure the safety of buildings, maintain and improve the value of use and managers needs. This study intend to contribute to the promotion of public safety and welfare by managing buildings systematically.
Recently, a grow in size and features of Interior construction work over the complex and The Fire-related regulations have been strengthened for the prevention of fire damage. This study is purpose to propose interior design, construction and supervision for the efficient and reasonable way throughout the fire-related laws are investigated in interior architecture. First, the interior of the building work will be based on actual use Fire-related Laws and Regulations have be investigated. Second, based on analysis of material and facilities by Application can be used in production by the data were applied to the present. Third, the international Fire and Flame Retardant Standards for investigating and reviewing the relevant laws, differences and characteristics of each country were analyzed. Fourth, the various fire-related issues of regulation and the application of relevant provisions in the field works, the law’s standards, and improvements were identified by analysis. Fire-Related Laws and Building codes that Safety Administration of the Fire Services are divided into design, it comes to approval from the municipal authorities with concerns about the fire that will fit on the Fire Department’s administrative procedures and operations is necessary to integrate operations. In conclusion, Fire-related business are divided into Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs and Ministry of Public Administration and Security. So, Both institutions is need to be the cooperative work. It is necessary to the field supervision. Because, Flame-resistant performance standards in the field works applied are too complex. Last, Establishment of fire-related regulations will enact by private organizations and the experts to participate.

This study is purposed to analyze and propose that new Provisions and revised laws and mean of policy as follows : First, There are many regulation about building energy design for energy efficiency. so These are unified single regulation. Second, Building energy efficiency rules should be extended to the application of the existing building. Third, Promotion of renewable energy Act should be recommended because It is not a matter of architecture directly.
