Nanocomposite films of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) and nano titania($TiO_2$) were prepared by melt compounding with a twin-screw extruder followed by hot pressing for the purpose of investigating antibacterial activity. FE-SEM, EDS and XRD measurements confirmed that nano $TiO_2$ was successfully dispersed at the level of individual particles in the PET matrix. Silver was introduced through photocatalytic reduction by nano $TiO_2$ under UV (254 nm) irradiation to the nanocomposite films after being immersed in aqueous solution $AgNO_3$ (100 ppm Ag ion). Even at 1 wt% of $TiO_2$ content, the nanocomposite with silver photodeposition exhibited strong antimicrobial activity against Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus in measurement by shaking flask method.
수중 운동체의 거동 및 표면 압력하중 예측에 관한 수치적 연구

In the present study, two phase flows around a projectile vertically launched from an underwater platform have been numerically investigated by using a three dimensional multi-phase RANS flow solver based on pseudo-compressibility and a homogeneous mixture model on unstructured meshes. The relative motion between the platform and projectile was described by six degrees of freedom(6DOF) equations of motion with Euler angles and a chimera technique. The propulsive power of the projectile was modeled as the fluid force acting on the lower surface of the body by the compressed air emitted from the platform. Qualitative analysis was conducted for the time history of vapor volume fraction distributions. Uncorking pressure around the projectile and platform was analyzed to predict impact force acting on the surfaces. The results of 6DOF analysis presented similar tendency with the surficial pressure distributions.

Aluminum liners used in cylinders are hazardous for human health. In this study, we use a plastic PA liner inside cylinders to solve this problem. Plastic PA liners are widely used in the manufacturing industry in the production of food and beverage containers. We covered the aluminum boss with a plastic liner material and wound the composite fibers over the liner material. To reinforce the dome area, we used low strength / high elongation plastic liner. To predict the performance of the developed product, we conducted structural analyses utilizing the 3D laminated solid element. We verified the soundness of the product by testing the prototype.

In the present study, numerical predictions of infrared spectrum of rocket plume with considering effect of particles based on approximation theories were performed by using a line-by-line radiation model with radiation databases. The high-resolution radiation databases were used to predict thermal emission spectra of gas molecules within the rocket plume regime. The particles were modeled as soot particles by using 1st term approximation of Mie theory and Rayleigh approximation. The reliability of modeled effect of soot particles using the two approximation theories was verified, and the spectral radiance of rocket plume was predicted based on the verification. The results were improved in the short wavelength range by considering the effect of soot particles.
초기 조건 변화에 따른 사출 운동체의 거동에 관한 수치적 연구

본 연구에서는 전산유체역학과 6자유도 운동 해석을 결합하여 사출 조건 변화에 따른 공중 발사운동체의 초기 거동에 관한 해석이 수행되었다. 해석 결과를 실험 측정 데이터와 비교함으로써 해석 기법의 정확성을 검증하였다. 다양한 사출 조건에 대한 사출 안정성 해석이 수행되었으며, 사출운동체의 초기 거동에 지배적인 영향을 미치는 주요 인자로써 운동체의 무게, 전방 및 후방 사출력의 크기를 고려하였다. 이들 인자의 변화 범위에 대한 운동체의 사출 안정성 반응 곡면이 도출되었다. 모든 조건에서 후방 사출력이 작용하지 않는 경우에는 운동체의 안정 사출이 불가한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 운동체의 무게가 감소될수록 불안정 사출 영역이 확대되었다. In the present study, analyses of initial behavior of an air-launched projectile for varying initial conditions are performed by coupling computational fluid dynamics and 6 degrees of freedom calculations. Accuracy of the present numerical methods is validated by comparing the present result with the measured data. Launching safety analyses are carried out for various ejecting conditions by considering weight of the projectile and magnitude of front and rear ejector forces as the major parameters of initial behavior of the projectile. A response surface of the projectile launching safety is obtained in the range of the major parameters. In all the conditions of zero rear ejector force, unsafe launching behavior is observed. As the weight of the projectile decreases, the initial launching behavior becomes more unsafe.
로봇 산업의 다중 공급망 환경을 고려한 생산 및 분배 관리를 위한 유전 알고리듬 개발

Today, the management environments of intelligence firm are changing the way of production planning and logistics management, and are changing the process of supply chain management system. This paper shows the development of information system software for intelligence enterprises is used in supply chain management for robot engineering industry. Specifically, supply chain management system in this paper has been developed to analyze the impact of multi plant and multi distribution environment, showing the process analysis and system development of hierarchical assembly manufacturing industry. In this paper we consider a production planning and distribution management system of intelligence firm in the supply chain. We focus on a capacitated production resource and distribution volume allocation problem, develop a mixed integer programming model, and proposed an efficient heuristic procedure using a genetic algorithm to solve it efficiently. This method makes it possible for the population to reach the feasible approximate solution easily. The proposed regeneration procedures, which evaluate each infeasible chromosome, makes the solution converge to the feasible approximate solution quickly.
