The epidemiological survey of mass outbreak region of bovine tuberculosis from January of 2007 through May in 2009. The results were enumerated as follows. 1. The results of tuberculin skin test are: 7(0.4%) out of 1,697 in 2007, 61(2.8%) out of 2,163 in 2008, 80(4.9%) out of 1,639 in 2009. 2. The sex and age distribution among the incidence of positive: 135(91.8%) out of 147 in female, 12(8.2%) in male. Among female, age 1: 6.1%, age 2: 30.6%, 3: 38.8%, 4: 14.2%, 5: 0.7% and 6: 1.4%. Among male, age l: 4.1%, 2: 1.4%, 3: 2.7% and more frequent occurrence in age 3, 38.8% in female and 2.7 % in male. 3. The rate of recurrence by farms: recurrence 1: 6(35.3%), 2: 9(52.9%), 3: 1(5.9%), 6: 1(5.9%), The recurrence rate of 2 or more was 64.7%. 4. The ELISA test result among 114 heads over 14 farms: 75(65.8%) showed positive and 39(34.2%) negative. 5. Geographical distribution of recurrence is characterized as concentrated along the major traffic and stream crossing the village, and spread from the high elevation to downward area.

모형의 지배방정식에서 정의되는 대표적인 매개변수는 유역 및 대기로부터의 오염부하량,퇴적물로부터의 오염물질 용출부하량, 확산계수, 반응계수 등으로, 직접적인 관측이 곤란할 뿐만 아니라 많은 관측비용을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 매개변수를 포함한 오염물질 수지방정식을 구성하고, 구성된 선형 연립방정식을 이용하여 계산된 농도분포자료와 관측된 시계열 농도턱포자료를 이용하여 계산한 질량변화량의 차이를 최소화하는 역산문제를 구성하여 모형의 매개변수를 추정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이 방법을 이용하여 천수만, 울산만(울산항)해 역에서 관측된 연직방향 농도분포 자료를 이용하여 연직 확산계수 및 대기로부터의 오염부하량, 퇴적물로부터의 오염물질 용출부하량, 확산·반응에 의한 오염물질 변화량 등을 추정하였으며, 추정 매개변수는 시기적으로 변동이 크게 나타났다. 한편, 관측자료와 추정매개변수를 이용한 계산결과를 비교한 결과, RMS 오차는 괄측자료 범위의 5.0% 이하, 일치지수는 0.95 이상으로 본 방법을 이용한 매개변수 추정결과의 신뢰성은 우수한 것으로 파악되었다. Typical water quality (WQ) parameters defined in the governing equation of the WQ model are the pollutant loads from atmosphere and watersheds, pollutant release rates from sediment, diffusion coefficient and reaction coefficient etc. The direct measurement of these parameters is very difficult as well as requires high cost. In this study, the pollutant budget equation including these parameters was used to construct the linear simultaneous equations. Based on these equations, the inverse problems were constructed and WQ parameter estimation method minimizing the sum of squared errors between the computed and observed amounts of the mass changes was suggested. WQ parameters, i.e., the atmospheric pollutant loads, sediment release rates, diffusion coefficients and reaction coefficient, were estimated using .this method by utilizing the vertical concentration profile data which has been observed in Cheonsu Bay and Ulsan Port. Values of the estimated parameters show a large temporal variation. However, this technique is persuasive in that the RHS (root mean square) error was less than 5.0% of the observed value ranges and the agreement index was greater than 0.95.

연안해역의 COD 항목 농도관리를 위해서는 유역 COD 오염부하량 조사 추정이 필요하나 현재 유역에서의 발생 오염부하량 추정식이 BOD 기준으로 제시되어 있는 실정이다. 해역 오염총량관리를 수행하기 위한 COD 오염부하량 추정식 개발은 많은 관측 및 시간이 소요될 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 시화호 및 인천 연안유역의 하천 및 공단배수 COD 농도, BOD 농도 비율 변화분석을 수행하였으며, 분석결과를 이용하여 COD 오염부하량 추정기법을 제시하였다. COD 오염부하량 추정은 기존의 BOD 오염부하량 원단위를 이용하여 추정한 방법에 환산계수를 곱하는 방법으로, 환산계수는 평균 + [1~3 범위의 안전계수] ×표준편차로 계산할 수 있다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 시화호 및 인천연안의 COD 오염부하량 추정 환산계수는 안전계수 1, 2, 3인 경우 각각 1.7, 2.3, 2.9로 추정되었다. For the concentration management in COD parameters, it requires the measurement and estimation of the COD pollutants load (hereinafter PL) in the watershed. The estimation method of the PL, however, is provided only based on the BOD parameters. The development of COD PL estimation schemes is expected to execute total PL management in coastal zone and needs to more observation and much time. This study provides COD PL estimation schemes using statistical information about ratio analysis with COD & BOD concentration of rivers and drainages of an industrial complex in Lake Shiwha and Incheon Coastal Zone watershed. The COD PL is computed with ease by multiplying the conversion factor, which is calculated as the sum of the average and 1 to 3 (safety factors) times standard deviation. The conversion factor of Lake Shihwa and Incheon Coastal Zone is estimated as 1.7, 2.3 and 2.9 with respect to the safety factor 1, 2, and 3, respectively.

SBovine tuberculosis is a chronic bacterial disease of animals and humans caused by Mycobacterium bovis. Besides the classical intradermal tuberculin test, a number of blood and serum tests have been used. The purpose of this study was to establish seroprevalence of M. bovis. The sera were screened using the ELISA technique. A total seroprevalence of 65.8% in positive cattle, suspect 36.0%, negative 5.9% in TB-infected herds by PPD and dairy cattle is 3.0%, Hanwoo is 1.6% in TB-free herds. The deer of seroprevalence is 55.0% in TB-infected herd and 7.7% in TB-free herds.

에지추출 문제를 에지평가 비용함수값 최대화 문제로 다루었다. 이것은 에지형상의 질을 평가하는 비용함수를 어떻게 구성하느냐에 크게 좌우된다. 총 비용함수 값은 각 에지픽셀에 대한 비용함수의 선형합이고 각 에지픽셀에 대한 비용함수는 3×3윈도우 안에 존재하는 에지픽셀이 형성하는 연속성과 굵기을 기본으로 하여 구성하였다. 총 비용함수가 최대가 되는 에지이미지를 찻음으로서 해를 구하게 되는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 에지평가 비용함수는 여러가지 종류의 에지를 찻는데 사용될 수 있다. 총비용을 최대화 시키는데 유전자 알고리즘을 사용하였고 유전자 알고리즘을 적용한 후 향상된 비용함수 값과 시각적으로 더 좋은 에지 이미지를 구할 수 있었다.

Samples collected from 15 broiler farms(47 flocks, 920 1-day-old chicks) during March to December, 2006. To survey serum antibody titers of NDV, IBDV and MG/MS, the antibodies of ND viruses were detected by HI test and ELISA, against antibodies of IBD viruses and MG/MS by ELISA. The antibody titers of NDV showed 6.4, HI and 6,968, ELISA, respectively. The rate to below protective antibody levels(≥5, HI and ≥1,000, ELISA) were 8%, HI, 5%, ELISA, specially, Baeksemi were 22%, HI, 14%, ELISA. The rate of positive by ELISA showed 99%(914/920). The ELISA titer of IBDV showed mean titer 3,890. The rate of positive were 93%(857/920), specially, Baeksemi were 84%. The ELISA titers of MG/MS showed mean titer 5,666. The rate of positive were 78%(715/920) and 100%, Abor-Acre, 97%, Baeksemi, respectively. The antibodies not detected from 18%, ELISA titers was varied from 500 to 20,000. At antimicrobial susceptibility of E coli, Staphylococcus spp and Salmonella spp isolated from 1-day-old chicks, E coli were susceptible to AmC, AM, NOR, SXT, ENR, CIP, Staphylococcus spp were susceptible to AmC, SXT, AM, ENR and Salmonella spp were susceptible to AM, AmC, SXT and P.
전북지역 육용오리에서 고병원성 조류인플루엔자 발생 증례

Highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI) is one of the most important zoonoses in the around of world. That occurred in the domestic ducks of 34 olds day in Jeonbuk of Korea on April 2008. All of infected ducks were died. We could found several clinical signs such as facial swelling with cloudy eyes, conjunctivitis, and neurological sign. In the autopsy, moderate congestion in the kidney, multifocal hemorrhagic foci in pancreas, and mild swelling in brain were observed. Gliosis in brain and severe congestion in kidney were also shown in histopathological findings. Specific band for H5 antibody was detected in polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
