기술사업화 성과변수를 고려한 기술가치평가 방법론

기술가치의 평가는 대상의 가치를 명확히 하여 경제성, 권리성, 대체성 및 기타 사항에 대한 기회요인과 위험요인을 종합적으로 분석하여 시장가치를 나타내는 일련의 활동을 말하는데. 기술의 가치평가를 위한 대표적인 방법론으로는 시장접근법, 비용접근법, 이익접근법 등이 소개되고 있다. 이중 이익접근법은 기술자산으로부터 발생되는 잠재적 미래수익을 반영할 수 있는 장점으로 인해 기술가치 평가 실무에 사용되는 대표적 방법론이다. 이익접근법은 기술로 인해 사업에서 발생되는 미래현금의 흐름과 위험을 고려한 할인율 및 기술의 이익에 대한 기여도를 적용한 현재가치를 기술의 가치로 산정하는 방법인데, 미래현금의 흐름과 할인율 및 기술기여도는 기술의 사업화 주체 역량에 따라 크게 변할 수 있어 기술가치평가 결과의 객관성 확보를 어렵게 하는 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기술의 사업화 주체 역량으로 인한 성과 변화를 고려할 수 있는 이익접근법 기반의 기술가치평가 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

음의 절대적 가치 비교분석 연구 : 6인의 지휘자가 연주하는 2개의 교향곡 모티브 분석을 토대로

본 논문은 6인의 세계 거장 지휘자들이 연주한 두 개의 심포니의 모티브에서 연주된 음들의 특성을 분석하여 지휘자로서 알아야 할 음의 절대적 가치를 정확히 찾아내는데 목적이 있다. 많은 지휘자들이 놓치는 실수 중 한 가지는 예측치 못한 연주장 음향 상태로 인해 그들이 전달하고자 하는 음악을 관객에게 정확히 전달하지 못하는 것이다. 만약 정확한 청음적 계산에 의한 연주법을 준비한다면 이러한 실수가 반복되지 않을 것이다. 이를 위해 계획한 3개의 논문 중 첫 번째 논문인 본 논문에서는 이미 연주된 거장의 음악에서 어떤 음을 사용하였는가? 에 대해 유추하는 과정을 논술하였다. 이때 사용한 분석법은 연주장에서 실질적으로 활용할 수 있는 세가지 분석법을 새로이 도입하였는데 이는 음균형(Ton-Balance) 음길이(Ton-Lange) 음속도(Ton-Speed)이며 이렇게 분석한 음의 모양을 표로 표기함으로 누구나 쉽게 본 논문에 접근하도록 시도하였다. 측정된 도구들은 기존 스코어에 제시된 음표와 악상기호이며, 이 도구들과 이미 연주된 음원 즉, 유튜브에서 mp3 음원으로 추출한 음원을 대조하여 표로 형상화 시키는 작업을 진행하였다. 단 심포니 첫 부분만을 측정하였으며 모든 음을 측정하지 않았음을 미리 밝힌다. 측정 방법은 유사한 성격의 음표들 그리고 같은 종류의 음표들을 상대적으로 비교하였고 6인의 지휘자가 표현한 음표의 절대적 가치를 비교 분석할 수 있도록 각 심포니 당 4인 지휘자의 음악을 차례로 나열하였다. 이 측정 방법에서 생길 수 있는 오류인 청음적 문제를 최소화 하기 위해 총 20회 반복 측정하였으며 이 또한 각각 다른 날 실시하였다. 얻어낸 연구 결과는 매 지휘자의 음악마다 두 개의 부분 결론으로 설명하였으며, 이 부분 결론은 상대에 대한 비판이 아닌 음의 나타남 현상에 대한 설명형식으로 서술하였다. 본 논문에서의 지적은 지휘자의 잘 잘못을 가려내려 함 보다는 그들의 해석에서 표현하는 음의 균형감을 밝히기 위한 것이다. 마지막으로 무대에서 연주하는 지휘자, 연주자가 준비하고 갖춰야할 6가지의 기본 원칙을 제시하며 본 논문을 결론지었다. 위 세 가지 분석법은 기본 분석이론에 나오지 않지만 약 20년간의 지휘자 생활에서 얻어낸 경험을 토대로 만든 분석법임을 밝힌다. It is expected that no matter what circumstances you’re in, you as a conductor are supposed to keenly calculate artistic value of the note/tones that are being played on the stage with your ear and sheet music. “what kind of musical sound to expect and the strength it is played? And how to deliver it to the audience?” These are the factors how well one will perform on the stage. To grasp these factors, one must know, “what is tone?” The colorful sound performed by a unique orchestra involving various instruments is dependent upon how well the instruments harmonize(ton-balance, ton-length, ton-speed). The purpose of this thesis is to find the absolute value of the tone played on two symphony motives accompanied by six great conductors that a conductor ought to know. One of the mistakes many conductors are making is unable to convey the kind of music they intended to due to the unpredictable stage acoustic circumstances. These mistakes can be avoidable if the preparation to play by hearing with the exact calculation is done. The first thesis of these 3 planned theses for this subject, what kind of tone has already been played by historical masters? This thesis was inferring process of that question. Three methods that can substantially benefit from are Ton-Balanace, Ton-length, Ton-Speed. By implementing chart and table of tone’s shape study, anyone can readily approach this thesis. Measured tools are note and accent symbol previously shown as traditional score, and the process of visualizing the contrast of sound between those tools and the MP3 extracted from Youtube. It measured only the first part of the symphony not the whole music. Measurement methods were itemized in the notes of the similar nature and compared same kind of notes relatively and notes expressed by six conductors in order to analyze the absolute value. It listed four conductors’ music in each symphony. In order to minimize the margin of sound error, measurement was done 20 separate times in each different days. The result of study illuminated two partial conclusions by each conductor’s music. This partial conclusion is not to criticizethe other but to explain the sound phenomenon. This thesis is not to find fault in conductors but to clarify the balance of note that they interpret. As a final point, this paper will conclude with 6 basic principles to be followed by a conductor who will perform on the stage. Three analysis methods is not revealed in the basic theory analysis but it is based on 20 years of personal conducting experience.

최근의 국가적 차원의 적극적인 R&D 투자에도 불구하고 선진국에 대한 기술 의존현상은 크게 완화되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 국가지원 R&D과제의 경우에는 성공적 종료 후에도 사업화 성공 비율은 매우 저조한 상황으로 나타나고 있어 사업화 준비도 평가를 통해 사업화를 지원하는 프로그램 개발의 적극적 추진 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술의 사업화에 대한 이론적 배경을 설명하고 국가 지원 R&D 과제를 성격별로 원천기술, 기반기술, 응용기술 및 제품화기술로 분류하여 이에 적합한 사업화 준비도 평가를 위한 지표 및 세부평가 항목 가중치 및 평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

In this study, a process model and optimization design direction for a hydrogen production plant through ammonia decomposition are presented. If the reactor decomposition rate is designed to approach 100%, the amount of catalyst increases and the devices that make up the entire system also have a large design capacity. However, if the characteristics of the hydrogen regeneration process are reflected in the design of the reactor, it becomes possible to satisfy the total flow rate of fuel gas with the discharged tail gas flow rate. Analyzing the plant process simulation results, it was confirmed that when an appropriate decomposition rate is maintained in the reactor, the phenomenon of excess or shortage of fuel gas disappears. In addition, it became possible to reduce the amount of catalyst required and design the optimized capacity of the relevant processes.

With the radical changes and advancements of industrial economy, it is required to secure product competitiveness through technological innovations to overcome uncertain environments and generate a driving force for sustainable growth. So the Korea government introduced the superior product selection system in 1996 and has granted such incentives as priority purchasing and contracts the products of SME whose technological capabilities have passed the screening criteria. After analyzing the ambiguity of the evaluation procurement used in designation of excellent product, this study proposed seven detailed indexes for evaluation.
