        스포츠사고의 분쟁 해소방안으로서 보험제도

        The current insurance system concerning sports accidents are hardly inadequate in dealing with various sports-related legal problems. It is far too short from its ideal purpose to fully protect the individuals engaged in sports activities. The main objective of this paper, therefore, is to find out the ways to reduce the unnecessary controversies and legal actions surrounding sports-related accidents. In this regard, the following measures need to be taken into a serious consideration. 1. According to our present commercial laws, the people engaged in specialized professions such as attorney, medical doctor, public accountant, architect, employees of established companies are all insured. what is missing here is the sports-related professions. and therefore, the insurance, the insurance benefits should be expanded to cover the sports-related professions. 2. The current sports-related insurance statues are often confined only to the accident cases themselves, and therefore, they are far from comprehensive. What is needed is not just partial coverages (compensation for hospital expenses, damage, loss of income, damaged goods, etc) but the comprehensive ones that can cover the professional career of the individuals who practice and pursue sports as their profession. 3. The current sports-related insurance is often ignored by the individuals because it disregards the unique problems inherent in sports. To apply the insurance statues based on the ordinary commercial laws are hardly adequate in dealing with sports-related accidents, and consequently it fails to attract the interests of the individuals involved in sports-related professions. Therefore, a new kind of insurance to satisfy the potential consumers is urgently needed. 4. Our present commercial laws stipulate that the organizations or individuals that are exposed to greater danger of accidents should be insured mandatorily, but this requirement often adds to the financial burden of the sports organizations that are suffering from deficits. Therefore we should find a measure to make the insurance less a burden to them by reexamining the insurance system at the present time. 5. Liability insurance companies should establish departments that specialize in sports-relate accidents and thereby reduce the accidents by studying and approaching their characteristics in a scientific way.

      • 상태 관측기 기반의 출력제어를 이용한 도립진자시스템 제어실험

        본 논문에서는 상태 관측기 기반의 출력제어기를 설계하고 그것의 성능 및 실용화 검증을 위하여 도립진자 시스템에 적용하여 실험한다. 도립진자 시스템 제어 실험을 위하여 (주)셈웨어의 CEM-IP-01를 사용하였다. 다이나믹 해석을 위하여 라그랑지안 방정식 및 자코비안 선형화 방법을 이용하였고, 모의실험을 통하여 일반 상태 피드백 제어기의 출력 응답과 제안된 제어기의 출력 응답을 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로 실제 도립진자 시스템에 적용함으로써 실용화 가능성을 직접 확인하였다.

        OpenDSS를 이용한 국내 전기철도 급전계통 모델링

        Commercial Electomagnetic Transient Programs show accurate transient results by solving differential equations with respect to the circuit, but are not suitable for fast, data-based analysis. The open source distribution simulator is an open program developed for planning and analysis of the distribution system, and provides a strong linkage function with external programs and fast processing speed. In this paper, a process of modeling through an open source distribution simulator was proposed by considering the double-track parallel feeding system applied to the domestic high-speed railway system as a representative. The proposed modeling method was verified by simulating the target system under the equal conditions with a transients program and comparing the results. Modeling and utilizing the railway system through flexible and simple text-based open software can contribute to future artificial intelligent-based analysis, or energy efficiency in terms of operational aspects.

        국내성인 핸드볼선수의 스트레스와 대처방안

        The purpose of the research is to examine the stress factors of Korean handball players according to individual factors and the difference in the ways of coping with them. For achieving the purpose. 178 people from 14 teams (72 men form 5 mens`s team. 106 women from 14 women`s teams. Registered in Korean Handball Associational were assigned as subjects for this research. and 128 of them(their answer sheets) were chosen for the final analysis. By the analysis, the followings were obtained as a conclusion. Second, Coping measures factors that stress factors were partially affected. Third, Reasons for the premiere combat stress were not affected by variables. Fourth, the avoidance of combat stress factors, variables that were not affected partially. Finally, examining the difference in ways coping with stress according to factors. there is a meaningful correlation between stress and Handball players.

        생활체육 동호인 활동 접근성과 참여 이미지의 관계

        The subjects of this study were adults of twenty and over who were participating in sports for all communities in Gwangju as of 2007. 268 samples(male: 133, female: 135) were selected using a cluster sampling method. Collected materials were coded using Windows WIN program-SPSS/PC+ Version 12.0 and statistically processed based on the design of the study. Detailed methods for material processing included descriptive analysis, two independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson`s correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Through the above methods and procedures, the effects of accessibility on a participation image in the activity of community members of sports for all were analyzed. The following results were obtained. First, the participation and environment image of community members of sports for all was examined according to socio-demographic characteristics. The results showed that all images of emotional stability, emotional energy, and health life, and social life, and general images evaluated a participation image positively. Second, female members evaluated health life image more positively than male members, and subject finishing college evaluated emotional energy more positively than subjects finishing high school. Subjects having a monthly income of 3,500,000 won evaluated social life image positively. In the health level, emotional stability, emotional energy, and health life image, and social image all had a positive image about a participation image. As a health condition is good, a participation image was found positive. Finally, the activity accessibility of community members of sports for all partially had a positive effect on a participation image. In other words, familiarity had a positive effect on emotional stability, emotional energy, and health life, and social life images.

        성인 척추 변형의 방사선적 평가와 분류

        고령 인구가 늘면서 성인 척추 변형 환자도 증가하고 있다. 변형이 주 증상인 청소년기 척추 변형과 달리 성인 척추 변형 환자에서는 변형뿐만 아니라 퇴행성 변화로 인한 요통과 하지 방사통 등 다양한 증상이 나타난다. 척추 변형도 측만증이나 후만증의 단독 변형이 아니라 관상면, 시상면 불균형까지 동반되는 복합 변형 형태로 나타난다. 따라서 성인 척추 변형 환자는 증상도 다양하고 변형도 복합적이며 나이도 고령이다 보니 치료가 쉽지 않다. 척추 변형의 방사선 사진은 척추와 함께 하지까지 전신을 포함해야 한다. 척추 변형은 척추의 국소적인 각도뿐만 아니라, 골반의 회전 정도, 고관절과 슬관절의 자세에 의해서도 영향을 받기 때문이다. 특히 골반이 척추의 균형을 유지하는 데 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 척추-관절 지표 중에서 골반 입사각, 골반 기울기, 천추 경사가 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 골반 입사각은 뼈의 성장이 끝나면 변하지 않는 고정값으로 요추 전만각과 양의 상관 관계를 가지고 있어서 요추 전만각의 교정 정도를 파악할 때 기준값이 된다. 즉 시상면 불균형 수술 시 골반 입사각이 큰 환자에서는 요추 전만각 교정을 더 많이 해야 한다. 균형 상태를 유지하기 위해서는 흉추 후만각, 요추 전만각, 골반 기울기 등 여러 요소들이 조화를 이루어야 한다. 특히 요추 전만각과 골반 입사각의 조화가 이루어져야 척추 균형이 유지된다. As the elderly population increases, the number of adult spinal deformity patients is also increasing. Unlike the main symptom of adolescent deformity is deformity itself, the symptoms of adult spinal deformity are various such as back pain and radiating pain to the extremities, which are associated with degenerative change. Deformities also show various combinations of scoliosis, kyphosis, coronal and sagittal imbalances. Various symptoms and complex deformities as well as old ages make treatment of the adult spinal deformity difficult. Radiographs of the spinal deformity should include spine and pelvis and hip joints in long films. Spinal deformity is influenced by regional curve, rotation of pelvis, and positions of hip and knee joints. The pelvis is a key structure in regulating spinal balances. Pelvic incidence, pelvic tilt and sacral slope are the most widely used spino-pelvic parameters. Pelvic incidence is fixed constant, which is unchanged when bone growth is complete. Pelvic incidence has a positive correlation with lumbar lordosis, and serves as a reference value in determining how much correction of lumbar lordosis is required in patients with sagittal imbalance. More correction of lumbar lordosis is required in patients with higher pelvic incidence. In order to maintain spinal balance, the combination of thoracic kyphosis, lumbar lordosis, and pelvic tilt should be harmonized. In particular, the match of pelvic incidence and lumbar lordosis is important to maintaining a balanced spine.

      • 열광학 가변 융착 광섬유 커플러

        A tunable fused fiber coupler was developed based on the thermo-optic effect of the external medium surrounding the fused taped region of the coupler. The transmission characteristics of the fused fiber coupler were strongly dependent on the refractive index of the surrounding medium due to the evanescent field interaction. A polymer with a matched refractive index and high thermo-optic coefficient was used as the external medium and its refractive index was controlled thermo-optically by a Ni-Cr coil heater. The technology was applied to a fused fiber coupler for 1310nm/1550nm wavelength division multiplexing(WDM). The good thermo-optic effects of the polymer induced by the coil heater led to a 120 nm wide tunable wavelength range with an applied electrical power of 605 mW.

        요추 유합술 후 인접 분절에 발생한 척추관 협착증의 재수술

        목적: 척추 고정술 후 인접분절에 발생한 척추 협착증에 대한 재수술 결과를 분석하고, 결과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보았다. 대상 및 방법: 척추관 협착증으로 후방 감압술 및 후외방 유합술 후 인접부위에 발생한 인접분절질환으로 재수술을 시행받은 19예를 대상으로 하였다. 동일한 수술을 일차 수술로 시행 받은 21예를 나이, 성별, 유합 분절, 후방 추체간 유합술 유무를 보정하여 대조군으로 정하였다. 결과: Oswestry장애 점수(ODI)는 재수술군에서 수술 전 평균 32.1점에서 최종 추시 시 28.0점으로 평균 4.1점 호전된 반면에, 대조군은 평균 12.4점 호전되어 재수술군에서 ODI 호전이 적게 되었다. (p=0.002) 합병증은 재수술군에서 불유합 1예, 근위 나사 이완 2예가 발생하였으나, 대조군에서는 발생하지 않았다. 재수술군 19예 중 12예에서 유합하지 않은 상위 요추 분절에 수술 전부터 추간판의 퇴행성 병변이 있었다. 이 12예의 ODI는 2.0점 호전되었다. 반면에 추간판의 퇴행이 없었던 7예에서는 ODI가 7.4점 호전되어 통계적인 차이가 있었다.(p=0.029) 결론: 인접 분절에 발생한 척추관 협착증으로 재수술한 환자는 일차 유합술에 비해 결과가 만족스럽지 않았다. 그 원인은 수술 후 후기 합병증, 유합하지 않은 분절에 수술 전부터 존재하던 퇴행성 변화로 추정된다. Purpose: To determine the factors influencing clinical results of revision surgery for spinal stenosis developed at the adjacent segment after spinal fusion. Materials and Methods: Nineteen patients underwent revision surgery by adjacent segment disease after decompression and posterolateral fusion with pedicle screw instrumentation for spinal stenosis. The control group was matched in terms of age, sex, and number of fused segment, posterior interbody fusion. Results: Oswestry disability index (ODI) was changed from 32.1 before surgery to 28.0 at the final follow up in the revision group. Compared to the improvement from 27.6 to 15.2 in the control group, there was a significant difference between both groups (p=0.002). Revision group had 1 nonunion and 2 proximal screw loosening. There was no late complication in the control group. In the revision group, 12 of 19 patients had disc degeneration before surgery at the upper lumbar segments which was not included in the fusion. They had an average 2.0 ODI improvement after revision surgery. On the other hand, 7 patients who had no degeneration at the un-fused segment showed 7.4 ODI improvement. Conclusion: The clinical result of revision surgery for spinal stenosis at the adjacent segment after spinal fusion was less satisfactory than the primary surgery. The contributing factors were late complications and preoperative disc degeneration at the segments which was not included in the fusion.
