This study has been carried out to investigate the cause, pathological mechanism and treatment of stroke in Oidaibiyo(外臺秘要), written by Wangdo(王燾). The results were follows : 1. Oidaibiyo(外臺秘要), which is written by Wangdo gives an account of the symptomatic degree of intensity and diachronic procedure in the chapter of stroke. 2. The cause of stroke is quoted mainly from External Wind(外來風邪), and the hyper-sexual intercourse, hyperalimentation, hyper -consciousness, excessive lavour and so forth as additional. And personal character and external effect, like the climate conditions are also much affected the outbreak of stroke. 3 With respect to the diagnosis of stroke, pulse means here quoted from its conception in Chungumyobang(千金要方) Jebungwonhuron(諸病源候論), and pulse plays an important role in diagnosis of stroke. 4. The treatment for stroke generally attaches much importance to medicine therapy. The concrete cure, BalhanGeopungbub(發汗祛風法) has been mainly available, and the usage of Cheongyulyak(淸熱樂) has been increased, contray to formal.

This study has been carried out to investigate the cause, pathological mechanism and treatment of CVA in Youmunsachin(儒門事親), written by Changjongjung(張從政) The results were follows : 1. The cause of CVA in Youmunsachin(儒門事親) was quotated from the theory of Naekyung(內經), Guel-eum-pung-mok(厥陰風木) and exogenous wind evil(外感風邪) on weakness of human body. 2. The pathological mechenism of CVA was that flows of Ki(氣) were obstructive, or executive heart(心) suppress lung(肺) and weakened lung(金) did not control liver(肝), executive liver brought to Gan-pung-nae-dong(肝風內動), and he thought that onset of CVA was frequent in 3nd, 4th, 9th. 10th, 12th lunar month. 3. In treatment of CVA, Han-to-ha-bub(汗吐不法, sweating vomiting passing stool method to remove evil) was used. His treatment was divided into ten sweating vomiting passing stool method by medication for internal use, one vomiting method by medication for external use and one sweating method by using acupuncture. 4. In treatment of CVA, when emergency time, vomiting and passing stool method were used, and then, method of Yangheulgeopung(養血祛風), Chungeulgeodam(淸熱去痰), Pyorissanghae(表裏雙解), Whalheultonglak(活血通絡) was used. 5. In the form of prescription, he used the form of Hwan, San(丸, 散), and he used toxic agent frequently.

In the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia, it is known that the operative mothods, such as neurovascular decompression, rhizotomy etc. are the most effectious therapies on its pain control. But, due to some side effects and complication, the healing by the first intention of trigeminal neuralgia has been the pharmacotherapy. The cabamazepine is the most common agent, but it is not often effectious in some cases, and attenuated as time goes, engaged in some symptoms, such as dizziness, nausea, vomit, etc., and caused in aplastic anemia, thus it has much deficacies in being the first intention. Recently we have experienced a 77-year old woman who had suffered from the severe trigeminal neuralgia for 21 years, and her condition and pain control were improved through the Korean medical treatments, so we report it for the better treatment.

블록체인 기술이 점점 더 대중화되어 감에 따라 다양한 적용 기술들이 등장하고 있다. 대체 불가능한 토큰(NFT: Non-Fungible Token)도 그 중 하나이며 NFT는 대체 가능 토큰과 다르게 그 자체로 고유하고 더 이상 분할할 수 없는 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 특성을 활용하여 기존에 원본 보장이 어려웠던 디지털 콘텐츠의 원본 증명이 가능하다. 이에 따른 다양한 사업과 기술들이 등장하고 있으며, 본 기고문에서는 이러한 NFT 기술의 현황을 분석하고 앞으로의 활용 방향에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 블록체인과 DID(Decentralized Identifier)기반 학생증 발급 및 서비스를 설명하고자 한다. 블록체인은 기존의 사용 중인 여러 Legacy System에 비하여 다루는 데이터에 대한 무결성과 투명성을 보장하여 보안적으로 매우 우수한 기술이다 본 연구는 보안적인 기대 효과를 위해 DID와 블록체인을 응용한 시스템을 사용하였다. DID를 통한 분산 신원 인증 체계를 구축하고 도커를 활용하여 학생들의 정보를 분산된 형태로 보관하고 해싱을 활용하여 정보를 저장한다 해당 시스템은 교내의 다양한 인증 절차를 간편하게 이용할 수 있고, 사용자 친화적인 UI 및 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. In this study, we intend to explain the issuance and service of student ID cards based on blockchain and DID(Decentralized Identifier). Blockchain is a very superior technology in terms of security by ensuring the integrity and transparency of data handled compared to existing legacy systems. This study used a system that applied DID and blockchain for the expected security effect. Establish a distributed identity authentication system through DID, use Docker to store student information in a distributed form, and use hashing to store information. The system can conveniently use various authentication procedures within the school, and can provide user-friendly UI and services.
