The purpose of this study is to prove the analgesic effects of apitoxin and its mechanism via jaw-opening reflex(JOR) and measuring expression of mRNA in Phospholipase and Tryptophan hydroxylase(TPH) using RT-PCR. The experiments were carried out on Sprague-Dawley rats(300-400g) and mastocytoma(P-185 HTR) for JOR and RT-PCR, respectively. Rats anesthetized with thiopental sodium (80mg/kg) were used in the Tooth Pulp stimulation induced JOR. The amplitude of a digastric electromyogram (dEMG) was recorded during the stimulation at an intensity of 1.5 times the threshold for JOR. Apitoxin used in this experiment was diluted with normal saline by 1:1000. Apitoxin was injected intravenously into the test group while normal saline to the control group. However, it was injected directly into the cell of mastocytoma. We referred to base sequence registered in Genbank in designing primers for RT-PCR. The results were as follows; (1)Compared with control group, analgesic effect started to show right after Sprague-Dawely rats were treated with apitoxin($71.50{\pm}8.08$) and lasted for 50 minutes. (2)As a result of the experiment of RT-PCR, we witnessed significant changes in the degree of expression of phospholipase or rate-limiting enzyme of biosynthesis of prostaglandins with $10{\mu}g/ml$ apitoxin.($31.74{\pm}18.98%$, P<0.05) (3)As a result of the experiment of RT-PCR, we witnessed significant changes in the degree of expression of TPH or rate-limiting enzyme in biosynthesis of serotonin with $10{\mu}g/ml$ apitoxin.($131.37{\pm}16.87%$, P<0.05). These results suggest that $10{\mu}g/ml$ apitoxin have the most analgesic effects. This study showed that apitoxin has analgesic effects and held good for 50 minutes. The injection of apitoxin has brought out changes in the degree of expression of phospholipase and TPH. These results strongly suggest that analgesic mechanism by apitoxin is closely related to prostaglandins and serotonin.

We found out that there exists threshold dose for the decreased platelet count when we apply change of the platelet count to the defense of the ultrasound experiment. Those diminution is definite effects from the defense of the ultrasound. The number of the platelet count is decreased when we are exposed to ultrasound simultaneously. This should not be occurred. It is easy to use the number of the platelet count in the measurement of the biological dosage and intensity in high dosage relatively due to definite quantative relationship. The biological index to understand synergic effects. which are present when two harmful environmental factors are operating at the same time is functionally assending and antagonistic. There are scattered many factors as physical, Chemical, or physiochemically elements which are harmful to human body in the environment in consideration of ultrasound and the other factors. This experiment is demonstrating that we can use the change of the platelet as an index representing synergic effects of ultrasound.

??The idea of resurrection is not widespread in the Mediterranean Area in 1. Century A.D. Therefore it is not easy to accept the bodily ressurection of the dead for the Greek, who live in the hellenistic world where dualistic thought rules.
??Some of the Corinthians are baptized for the dead as a kind of funeral process or to help the trip to Hades. That means, the Corinthians do not deny the existence of the other world after death, although they believe not the resurrection. In connection with this, Paul point out that the vicarious baptism is a proof of the resurrection of the dead.
??The Corinthians think that they are already sanctified through the baptism and Eucharist. Spiritually full enthused they are the opinion that they have the gnosis and wisdom, so there is no need of resurrection, because they live already in the reality of the resurrection. Paul criticizes these thoughts. He lays emphasis on the bodily resurrection. This aspect goes back to the world view of Old Testament. If one believes in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, then also he must accept the resurrection of the dead. That's main thesis of Paul in 1 Cor 15. Through the Stress of the body as an instrument to preserve the identity of the human being behind the death, paul preserves the historicity of the human being by resurrection. According to Paul, the body is the concrete place where God's Will get accomplished. Paul emphasizes 'not yet'. He uses so many apocalyptic materials, to give a warning to the hasted expectation of eschatological completion. At the present time the Christian lives in the mode of hope, namely waiting for the parusie of Jesus Christ and for the End of history through his power. Until this time believer as a being dressed in body get along in this world, struggling for a completion. One can't to become perfect, till the last days come. ??The idea of resurrection is not widespread in the Mediterranean Area in 1. Century A.D. N/A Nephrotic Syndrome course follows massive proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, generalized edema and hypercholesterolemia, and are caused by glomerular damage. Glomerular are damaged by primary and secondary causes and this report about primary causes. Ninty-seven cases of primary nephrotic syndrome in adult were studied clinically at Chonbuk National University Hospital during the period of eight years, from January 1979 to March 1987. The incidence of the primary nephrotic syndrome (97 cases) among the total medical inpatients (15,847) was 0.61% and the ratio of male to female was 2.5:1. Histopathologic findings of 42 renal biopsy tissue were classified into minimal change (50%), membranous glomerulonephritis (14%), mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (9%), focal glomerulosclerosis (5%) and others (22%). The response of seventy patients treated with steroid showed complete remission in 17.1% of the cases, partial remission in 50% and no effect in 32.9% respectively. The results show that in adult nephrotic syndrome, minimal change disease are higher in comparison to Western countries. This should be studied more in depth.
