FieldBus communication systems in industrial wired and wireless network may cause the degradation of the TCP performance due to the packet loss. TCP is particularly targeted at the wired networks, a packet loss is assumed to be caused by the network congestion. As a result, the performance of TCP decreases significantly when used over networks that exhibit a high bit error rate. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs and implements the WFSnoop mechanism which offers a fast local retransmission. The proposed mechanism does not require any changes in customer premises. Base on the simulation in the wired and wireless network environment, we analyzed the performance of the WFSnoop mechanism.

통신 및 디지털 연산 기술의 비약적인 발전은 변전소 내부의 정보를 공유 및 통합시켜 변전소 자동화 시스템을 등장할 수 있는 계기가 되었다. 그러나 변전소에 적용된 자동화 시스템은 152 종류의 서로 다른 프로토콜이 사용되어 IED(Intelligent Electronic Device) 간 통신이 어려움에 직면하게 되었다. 따라서 이종 IED 간 원활한 정보 공유가 가능하도록 변전소에 표준화된 통신 아키텍쳐로서 IEC 61850 통신 프로토콜이 규정되었다. 이 논문은 변전소 내부에 IEC 61850 통신 프로토콜을 이용한 IED 간 통신 클라이언트 모듈을 개발한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

스퍼터링 방법을 이용한 중금속 산화물 유리 박막의 증착

In this study, EO glass films were deposited by R.F. magnetron sputtering using EO glass target. The glass formation of the EO film was greatly dependent on the substrate temperature and the crystallization started at approximately 28$0^{\circ}C$. As the temperature of the substrate or the oxygen content in the sputtering gas increased, UV/VIS/NIR absorption edge moved toward longer wavelength. A wave guiding phenomenon was observed from the prism-coupler experiment and a fluorescence of 1.06${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ originated from 4Fe3/2longrightarrow4I11/2 transition of Nd3+ was detected from the film containing Nd3+ ions.
펄스형 레이저 증착법으로 제조된 에피탁시 BST 박막의 구조 분석

250 Å과 1340 Å 두께의 에피탁시 (Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5))TiO₃(혹은 BST) 박막을 MgO(001) 단결정기판에 펄스형 레이저 증착법(pulsed laser deposition)으로 제조한 후 방사광 X선 산란을 이용하여 분석하였다. 박막은 초기에 MgO(001) 단결정 기판과 cube-on-cube 관계로 증착되며, 박막이 성장함에 따라 이 관계를 계속 유지하면서 성장하는 것으로 판단된다. 한편 박막이 성장함에 따라 박막의 표면은 급격하게 거칠어지는 반면 기판과 박막 사이의 계면의 거칠기는 크게 변하지 않았다. 에피탁시 BST 박막의 초기상태에서는 c축이 기판과 수직한 방향으로 배향된 정방정구조를 보였으며, 박막이 성장함에 따라 그 격자상수가 덩어리(bulk) BST의 값을 지닌 완전한 입방정 구조를 지녔으며, 아울러 기판의 수직(out-of-plane) 및 평행(in-plane) 방향으로의 모자익(mosaic) 분포가 좁아짐을 확인하였다. Epitaxial (Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5))TiO₃ thin films of two different thicknesses (~250 Å and ~1340 Å) on MgO(001) prepared by a pulsed laser deposition method were studied by synchrotron x-ray scattering measurements. The film initially grew on MgO(001) with a cube-on-cube relationship, maintaining it during further growth. As the film grew, the surface of the film became rough significantly, but the interface between the film and the substrate seemed to have changed little. In the early stage, the film was highly strained in a tetragonal structure with the longer axis parallel to the surface normal direction. As the growth proceeded further, it was mostly relaxed to a cubic structure with the lattice parameter of the bulk value and the mosaic distribution improved significantly in both in-plane and out-of-plane directions.

This study was performed to assess the microbial contamination level for the processing of sandwich products in the middle of Gyeongnam province from December 2004 to January 2005. A total of 85 samples were collected from 5 sandwich shops. These samples were tested sanitary indication bacteria, such as aerobic Plate count(APC), coliforms, and Escherchia coli and pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli O157:H7, Salmonella spp., Listeria monocytogenes, and Staphylococcus aureus. As a result of APC and coliform count ranged 0-4.59 $log_{10}$ CFU/(ml, g, 100 $cm^2$, hand) and 0-3.86 $log_{10}$ CFU/(ml, g, 100 $cm^2$, hand), respectively. Especially, the highly contaminated items for APC were confirmed 1.64-4.59 $log_{10}$ CFU/g to employees', raw materials and sandwich in all items. Escherichia coli was isolated from 5 samples. Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus were detected in 1 sample and 11 samples from utensil, raw materials and sandwiches, respectively. However, Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Salmonella spp. were not detected in anywhere. For the production of safety sandwich, education of sanitation for employees, control of raw materials, and continuous monitoring for microorganism will be required.

In this paper, a waypoint guidance law Line Tracking algorithm is designed for testing an Unmanned Airship. In order to verify, we develop an autonomous flight control and test system of unmanned airship. The flight test system is composed FCC (Flight Control Computer), GCS (Ground Control System), Autopilot & Guidance program, GUI (Graphic User Interface) based analysis program, and Test Log Sheet for the management of flight test data. It contains flight test results of single-path & multi-path following, one point continuation turn, LOS guidance, and safe mode for emergency.
