In this paper, The purpose of this qualitative research was to explore the experience of a nursing simulation practice focused on patients with cardiac arrest with 50 4th-year nursing students who participated the simulation practical education. The data collection period was from 12/4/2017 to 12/6. Subjects were asked to write a self-reflection journals with a narrative style in order to explore the cardiac arrest simulation practice experience. Data were analyzed using Thematic Analysis by Braun & Clarke. The results were “Expectation for types of simulation education”, “A great deal of regret”, “Pre-experience in cardiac arrest situation”, “Cognition in the importance of team interaction”, “Active reaction ”, “Extended role from a nursing student to a nurse.” The results indiate that understanding the experience of a nursing simulation education for nursing students will be able to be used as baseline data which is needed to manage the method of the simulation education effectively. 본 연구는 간호대학생 4학년의 심정지 시뮬레이션 실습 경험을 알아보기 위한 질적연구이다 . 참여자는 심정지시뮬레이션 실습교육에 참여한 간호대학생 4학년 50명을 대상으로 하였다 연구기간은 2017년 12월 4일부터 12월 16 일까지 진행하였다. 대상자의 심정지 시뮬레이션 실습경험을 탐구하기 위해 실습을 하고 난 후 자신의 경험을 서술식으로 자유롭게 작성하도록 한 성찰일지를 Braun과 Clarke의 주제 분석방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 간호대학생의심정지 시뮬레이션 실습 경험은 ‘시뮬레이션 수업유형에 대한 기대감’, ‘아쉬움이 밀려옴’, ‘미리 겪어보는 심정지 상황’, ‘팀 상호작용의 중요성 인식’, ‘적극적 대처’, ‘간호학생에서 간호사로 역할이 확장됨’으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 심정지 시뮬레이션 실습 경험을 이해하는 것은 심정지 시뮬레이션 실습교육을 효과적으로 운영하는데 필요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

간호대학생의 임상 실습경험에 관한 연구 -화상 병동 실습경험을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 화상 병동 임상 실습경험 속에 포함되어 있는 의미를 탐색하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 자료 분석대상은 C군에 소재한 1개 대학 간호학과 3학년 학생들이며 2019학년도 1학기에 진행된 임상 실습 기간 화상 병동실습을 경험한 간호대학생 54명이 제출한 성찰 일지였다. 제출된 자료는 Hsieh & Shannon(2005)의 질적 연구 분석 방법 중 전통적 내용분석 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생들은 화상 병동 임상 실습 과정 동안 “더 큰 걱정”, “화상 병동과 직면하기”, “친해지면서 생기는 것들”, “화상 환자 간호에 대한 지식, 기술, 태도 경험” 등을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 간호대학생들의 화상 병동 임상 실습경험에 대한 이해를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 화상 병동 임상 실습 과정의 질을 높일 수 있는 기초자료로 제공할 수 있을 것이며, 추후 간호대학생의 화상 병동 임상 실습에 관한 양적 연구 및 다양한 분석 방법을 적용한 질적 연구를 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to explore the implications of a nursing student’s clinical practice experience in burn ward. The subject of analysis of this study is 3rd grade nursing students at the college located in C district and a reflection journal submitted by 54 nursing students who experienced the practice of burn ward during the first semester of 2019. The submitted data were analyzed using the traditional content analysis method of qualitative research analysis by Hsieh & Shannon (2005). The study found that nursing college students experienced “greater concern”, “facing the burn ward”, “what happens when getting closer”, “experience of knowledge, skills and attitudes about burn patient care” during the clinical practice at the burn ward. The results of this study are meaningful in that they provide an understanding of student’s clinical practice experience of burn ward. Therefore, the results of this study can be provided as basic data to enhance the quality of the clinical practice process in the burn ward, and suggest quantitative research on clinical practice of burn ward of nursing students and qualitative research using various methods of analysis.

Now a days, Organizations have become to share unlimited field of information & activity due to growth of internet. As a result, they show a certain trend to integrated information system. This research made former information system of hospital to new integrated information system on intranet environment. This system remotely operate and arrange data base and web server. Therefore, this system is designed to keep consistency among each data, to build up data base system preparing for circumstances of which there are many simultaneous user, to conform with operational process in approaching method of data base. We expect that competency-ability of hospital would become much higher as construction of integrated medical information system made them possible share of medical information among each section, prompt management analysis through smooth operational process.
