경피적 도관 삽입술후 2일간의 반복적 신낭종의 경화 치료법

Purpose : To evaluate the usefullness of repeated alcohol sclerotherapy for two day through the percutaneouscatheter in the treatment of renal cyst. Materials and Methods : Repeated sclerotherapies using absoluteethanol(99.9%) were parformed on 20 renal cysts of 18 patients through the indwelling catheter. The cyst volumesranged from 50ml to 1000 ml(mean, 300 ml). Under the ultrasound- or CT-guidance, 6F catheter was inserted into thecyst percutaneously. After aspirating the fluid in the cyst, absolute ethanol was injected. While maintaining thecatheter for 16-20 hours, at least 3 times of sclerotherapies performed with total procedure time of 30-60minutes. Follow-up sonography was performed to evaluate the recurrence or collapse of the cysts at 1 and 3 monthsafter the procedure. Results : Among 20 renal cysts, 2 cases were recurred on 1 month follow-up sonography(10%).However, the volumes of recurred cysts were decreased to 40% and 10% , respectively. There was no immediate ordelayed complication after sclerotherapy. Discussion : Repeated sclerotherapy for 2 day using absolute ethanolthrough the percutaneous catheter insertion is a useful method of treatment for renal cyst.

The main reason for joining the offline auto insurance is that your acquaintances are engaged in the insurance industries. In accordance with the changing times, the younger generation with excellent access and utilize online and mobile capabilities are gradually selected online vehicle insurance. The online vehicle insurance have the advantage of being inexpensive and simple sign up process, but there is a need for research on the relationship between policy holder and acquaintances who are engaged in the insurance industries. In this paper, a variable called relationship commitment is defined and the importance of e-service quality factors is empirically researched. The variable considered for hypothesis and research model in this paper are e-service quality factors(tangibility, responsiveness, empathy, convenience), relationship commitment, customer satisfaction and continuous use intention. The ways of analysis are frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis by SPSS 21.0. In this paper, we find out that the relationship commitment is the key factor that consumers postpone or abandon switching into online vehicle insurance. In addition, it is found out that tangibility and convenience are the most important e-service factor. In order to promote the online auto insurance market in the future, we need to prepare to strengthen the relationship commitment.

In this study, electrolysis was used to decompose PFOS, PFOA, and PFBS in PFCs. Experiments were conducted under the conditions of voltage, electrolyte concentration, and individual or composite PFCs using STS and Ti electrode plates (interval 2 cm) in a batch type reactor (200 ml). PFCs were analyzed using LC/MS/MS (Thermo Scientific). The decomposition of PFOS, PFOA, and PFBS using electrolysis was confirmed to be 97.2%, 65.2%, and 50.6%. The higher the input energy or the higher the electrolyte concentration, the higher the decomposition ratio. It was confirmed that the decomposition ratio of the STS electrode plate was about 30% (PFOS) higher than that of the Ti electrode plate. Because of the SO3 - functional group and the -COOH functional group present in the sample, it was confirmed that PFOS → PFOA → PFBS had a great influence on the decomposition efficiency. That is, long-chain substances with high bioaccumulation properties were decomposed into short chains through electrolysis. 본 연구에서는 전기분해를 이용하여, PFCs 중의 PFOS, PFOA, PFBS를 분해하고자 하였다. Batch type의 반응조(200 ml)에 STS 및 Ti 전극판(간격 2 cm)을 이용하여, 전압, 전해질농도, 개별 또는 복합 PFCs의 조건으로 실험을 실시하였다. PFCs는 LC/MS/MS(Thermo Scientific)를 사용하여 분석하였다. 전기분해를 이용한 PFOS, PFOA, PFBS의 분해는 97.2%, 65.2%, 50.6%가 되는 것을 확인하였다. 투입되는 에너지가 높거나 전해질농도가 높을수록 분해율이 높아졌다. STS 전극판의 분해율이 Ti 전극판보다 약 30% (PFOS) 높은 것을 확인하였다. 시료 중에 존재하는 SO3 작용기와 –COOH 작용기 때문에, PFOS → PFOA → PFBS로 영향을 끼쳐 분해효율에 큰 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 즉, 전기분해를 통하여 생물농축성이 높은 긴 사슬 물질을 짧은 사슬로 분해하였다.

탈취제 성상에 따른 슬러지 내 황화수소 저감에 관한 연구

This study compared H<sub>2</sub>S removal efficiency of two types of deodorants (NOx deodorant ACE and Fe<sup>3+</sup> deodorant S) at high temperature versus low temperature (summer/winter). For both temperature conditions, NOx deodorant ACE removed H<sub>2</sub>S by 99% or more within 2 hours at the least dose of 2.5% (w/w), and this lasted for about 8 hours maximum. Fe<sup>3+</sup> deodorant S removed H<sub>2</sub>S by 99% or more at the dose of 5.0% (w/w), and this lasted for about 6 hours maximum. For the sludge where H<sub>2</sub>S exists at high concentration, NOx deodorant ACE was the most appropriate. For Fe<sup>3+</sup> deodorant S, additional alkaline chemicals are expected to be necessary.
