        The Effect of Heparin with rhBMP-2 on Differentiation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells in to Osteoblasts

        The regeneration of periodontium is the goal of periodontal therapy. Many periodontologists try to achieve this goal by using guided tissue regeneration(GTR) method. However, these procedures always include several disadvantages. Recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP-2) stimulated ectopic bone formation when it was implanted in rat muscles with insoluble bone matrix by differentiating muscle cells into chondrocytes and osteoblasts. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the osteoinductive potential of the mixture of rhBMP-2 (5 μg/ml) and heparin (0.25 or 25 μg/ml ) at the critically sized rabbit calvarial defects. And this study aimed to reveal that heparin also acts to enhance the bone forming activity of rhBMP-2. The 12 rabbits (4-month-old; NewZealand White) were used in the present study. 5 μg/ml of rhBMP-2 and 0, 0.25 or 25 μg/ml of heparin were mixed and blotted into anorganic bovine bone and filled cranial defects. The animals were sacrificed following a time schedule (1, 3, and 6 weeks). Sections were made in 7 μm thicknesses, stained with H&E and Masson's trichrome method, and examined under a light microscope. The differences among each obtained percent value were evaluated by one-way analysis of variance. A p value of p<0.05 was considered statistically significant and an ANOVA test was performed to verify significant differences. To adjust for multiple comparisons when one-way analysis of variance showed a significant difference between groups (p<0.05), Scheffe`s post hoc test was used to identify which group differences accounted for the significant p-value. In control group, osteoinduction was not outstanding, however, in experimental groups, osteoinduction was significantly outstanding, and as the concentration of heparin mixed with rhBMP-2 increased, osteoinduction was increased. Mixtures of rhBMP-2 and heparin affect bone formation at initial bone formation, but that effect disappeared following a time lapse.

        阮籍의 本有的 思想

        阮籍是魏晉時期的名士. 他與혜康爲竹林七賢的核心人物. 他的一生充滿 戱劇色彩. 他雖爲竹林七賢的一員, 但生活的範圍是司馬氏的府中. 他寫《詠懷詩》《大人先生傳》等作品. 又有狂誕的行爲. 所以巳往硏究阮籍的學者大部分以爲他"本性自然", 但筆者仔細着他人生的軌跡, 他竝非 "本性自然" 而是本性傾向於名敎的人物. 阮籍的父親是阮瑀. 他曾在曹操幕中擔任司空軍謀祭酒, 丞相府軍祭酒多年, 是曹操的親隨官史, 甚得曹操賞識及時人推重. 阮瑀選澤曹操的理由. 是曹操不問門第, 只"唯才是學". 阮瑀本沒有維持的特權, 而是需要常識他. 尊重他的人. 他要利用曹操的實力爭取他的慾望, 完成他的理想. 阮瑀是阮籍三歲時去世. 可以想像阮籍的成長背景竝不理想. 阮籍的生活他受到父親的京鄕. 阮籍的奇行是針對當時社會的矛盾. 當時實權者司馬氏標榜以忠孝治國, 但實際上他們心底陰險, 手段辛辣之極, 少有見的, 阮籍的奇行, 表面上與政治無關, 而是全都個人生活規範有關. 但仔細着他的奇行, 却針對司馬氏標榜忠孝, 加以深劾的諷刺, 本嚴○的國記問題유轉爲個人修養的層次. 他○無忌諱他 在公開的場所, 甚至在司馬氏府中, 做抵?名敎禮節的行爲, 但當時人也知道阮籍的意圖. 何曾曾結難他, 但晉文帝保護他. 這是阮籍故意的, 也有針劃的行爲. 他不問不關政治的問題, "不세否人物". 所以晉文說他 "至愼". 阮籍的心態, 竝不"本性自然", 而是 "胸中○塊". 他對혜喜當時"禮俗之士"作白眼, 對혜康作靑眼. 也常借酒解심○, ○時散散胸中○塊. 阮籍的有經世志, 他在《詠懷詩》第38表現出氣槪 在詠懷詩》第60表現 "實存儒示老子之上" 的深層意識, 在《詠懷詩》第61表現自己的盛大氣槪 在此可以管○阮籍本有的思想. 阮籍本有的思想是傾向於儒家的, 當時附合司馬氏的名士, 擧儒家的忠與孝, 作爲治國方針時, 阮籍以狂誕的行蹟來譏笑這○虛僞的名士. 阮籍的狂誕行爲的背面, 有他深愛名敎的心, 他假裝"本性自然"的表面有深言名敎的苦哀

        The Effect of Warm-Up Method on Exercise Performance and Rate Pressure Product during Resistance Training

        We are designed was to find an efficient warm-up method for resistance training for muscle hypertrophy, and 10 males with at least 3 years of resistance training experience were selected as subjects. The 75% 1RM was measured directly based on the pre-measured bench press 1RM. After that, the main experiment of 75% 1RM bench press according to the three warm-up methods was conducted one week apart, and all experiments were randomized and cross-over. Performance according to the warm-up method (3) was measured by total exercise volume, and physiological changes were determined by myocardial workload. All post-measurement data were analyzed using SPSS.22.0 and analyzed using repeated measures one-way ANOVA and contrast comparisons were made using the deviation method. The results showed that the method of gradually increasing the number of repetitions by performing the same intensity as the intensity of the main exercise in the form of muscle hypertrophy, but at submaximal repetitions, showed the highest performance.

        심박수기준 세트간 휴식조건에 따른 벤치프레스 운동시 휴식시간, 반복횟수, 총운동량, 및 근통증에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 벤치프레스 운동 시 세트 간 휴식방법의의 차이가 휴식시간과 반복횟수, 총운동량 및 통증에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상자는 C시 D대학에 재학중인 남자 중 저항운동경력이 12개월 이상인 자들로 선정하였다. 운동강도는 85%1RM와 50%1RM으로 설정하였다. 휴식조건은 3분 휴식조건과 심박수 100bpm 휴식조건으로 설정하 였다. 운동강도와 휴식조건에 따라 총 4가지 운동조건을 실시하였으며, 각 조건별 벤치프레스는 6set모두 완전탈진까지 실시하였다. 심박수 기준 휴식조건에서 세트 간 휴식시간을 측정하였으며, 총운동량은 운동조건에 따른 전체총운동량을 측정하였다. 시기별 통증은 운동전과 후, 운동종료 24시간, 48시간, 72시간 후에 측정하였다. 측정된 총운동량은 일원변 량분석, 휴식시간과 통증은 이원변량분석으로 분석하였으며, 통계학적 유의수준은 α = .05로 설정하였다. 총운동량은 운동조건별로 차이가 있었으며, 같은 강도내의 휴식방법에 따라서 차이를 보였다. 휴식시간은 심박수조건 휴식방법이 낮게 나타났다. 통증은 운동직후가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 48시간, 72시간 순으로 높게 나타났다. 같은 운동강도 내에서 심박수 기준 휴식방법조건이 휴식시간이 더 짧았으며, 총운동량과 통증은 차이가 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the difference in exercise intensity and relaxation method between sets during the bench press exercise on rest time, total work, and pain. The subjects were selected from those who attended D University in C city with resistance exercise experience of 12 months or more. The exercise intensity was set to 85% 1RM and 50% 1RM, and 1RM was measured one week before the experiment. The rest method was set to the 3-minute rest method and the heart rate 100-bpm rest method. A total of 4 exercise conditions were performed depending on the exercise intensity and rest method, and all 6 sets of bench presses for each condition were exhausted. In the heart rate-based rest method, the rest time between sets was measured, and the total momentum according to the exercise conditions was measured. Pain by period was measured before and after exercise, 24 hours, 48 hours, and 72 hours after exercise. The measured total work was analyzed by one-way variance analysis, rest time and pain were analyzed by two-way variance analysis, and the statistical significance level was set to α = .05. The total amount of exercise was different for each exercise condition, and it was different according to the rest method in the same intensity. In resting time, the resting method of heart rate condition was low . The pain was highest immediately after exercise, followed by 48 hours and 72 hours. Within the same exercise intensity, the resting method condition based on the heart rate was shorter, and the difference between the total work of exercise and the pain appeared.

        중년여성의 유형별 8주 근력운동이 평형능력에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 필라테스 운동과 소도구 운동이 균형능력에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석하여 운동 형태에 따라 낙상예방 운동 처방에 있어 활용할 수 있는 지식을 확장하고자 40대 여성 20명을 선발하여 필라테스 운동 과 소도구 운동을 각 10명씩 나누어 8주간 각 그룹별 운동을 실시하였다. 8주 운동프로그램 전 과 후에 눈감고 외발서기와 Y-balance Test 를 통해 정적균형능력과 동적균형능력을 평가하였으며, mixed design two-way ANOVA 방법으로 비교 분석하여 다음 과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 소도구 운동집단이 필라테스 운동집단 보다 정적균형능력의 향상도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 소도구 운동집단이 필라테스 운동집단 보다 동적균형능력의 향상도가 높게 나타났다. 결과적으로 소도구 운동집단이 필라테스 운동집단보다 상대적으로 균형능력의 향상도가 높게 나타난 것으로 보인다. 이는 고유수용성 향상을 위해서는 불안정한 지지면에서의 운동이 필요하며, 이 연구의 운동 프로그램 중 소도구 운동집단에 불안정한 지지면에서의 운동이 많기 때문에 나타난 결과인 것으로 생각되며, 필라테스 운동집단은 대부분 복위 자세로 실시한 운동이 많아 고유수용성 향상에는 부족했을 것이라 생각된다. This study compared and analyzed the effects of Pilates exercise and prop exercise on balance ability, and selected 20 women in their 40s and performed Pilates exercise and prop exercise separately in order to expand the knowledge that can be used in prescribing fall prevention exercise according to the type of exercise. Each group was divided into 10 participants and exercised for 8 weeks. Before and after the 8-week exercise program, static balance ability and dynamic balance ability were evaluated through standing on one leg with eyes closed and the Y-balance test, and the following results were obtained by comparative analysis using the mixed design two-way ANOVA method. First, the small tool exercise group showed higher improvement in static balance ability than the Pilates exercise group. Second, the small tools exercise group showed a higher degree of improvement in dynamic balance ability than the Pilates exercise group. This is thought to be a result of the fact that exercise on an unstable support surface is required to improve proprioception, and exercise on an unstable support surface is common in the small-tool exercise group among the exercise programs in this study. Most of the Pilates exercise group performed exercises in the prone position, so it is thought that the improvement in proprioception was insufficient.

        RBM surface 임플란트의 골형성에 대한 EPMA 분석

        Purpose: To evaluate bone formation on the implant surface between machined fixture and RBM surface fixture through analyzing of distribution and concentration of Ca and P by EPMA. Material and Methods: Fixtures had divided in 2 group: Machined(Group I), RBM (Group II). Total 4 fixtures were implanted on rabbit which sacrificed on 2 week and 4 week for the histological specimens. By these specimens EPMA value were measured, compared and analysed by each group to figure out the evidence of clinical use of RBM implant. Result: After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, it was analyzed that bone formation area, distribution and concentration of Ca and P by EPMA. In distribution and concentration of P Group II was higher than Group I, but there were no statistical significances. In new bone formation area, Group II was more higher than Group I with statistically significances. Both of group, after 4 weeks area is little bit higher than after 2 weeks area but there is no statistically significances. Conclusion: RBM implant was better than machined implant on the early bone formation.
