        초등학생들의 자치적인 학급 규칙 제정 및 실천 과정에 대한 참여관찰 연구

        This study attempted to examine the changes and growth of elementary school students in a dynamic social group, a class, experiencing self-governing class rules enactment and practical activities. To this end, participatory observation was conducted on one class(11 males and 15 females) in the third grade of elementary school for 6 class meetings and rule practice activities for 11 weeks. As a result of the study, participants in the study recognized the concept of class rules as sanctions in the process of meeting to enact class rules, expressed self-government skills inherent in the study participants, and showed distrust of themselves and others. In the process of implementing class rules, class rules were recognized as a criterion for judging overall school life, and they grew in terms of personality and sociality, but they also showed exchanges of abuse of authority and solicitations related to class rules. The process of enacting and implementing these class rules fostered students' leading life skills and was an opportunity to see what gaps exist in school education that realizes future competency-building education. And based on this, implications for improving school and class autonomy activities were presented.

        발레동작을 응용한 리듬운동 프로그램이 자폐학생의 상동행동에 미치는 영향

        This study is to investigate the change of an autistic student's stereotype behaviors by participation in a dance therapy program that was developed by modification of basic motions of the ballet. The main focus of this study is to show how the autistic student's stereotypical behaviors change by following the 4 steps of a dance therapy program. This study is conducted by using the A-B-A' technique of a single subject research method. Changes of the sample's stereotypical behaviors were measured in the pre-test, main-test, and post-test sessions. And collected data was analyzed by a graph. Kim's dance therapy program is constructed in 4 stages-step to decrease his stereotypies. The 4 stages of the program are 1) mimic-session; 2) motion correction; 3) adjust to music; 4) stereotype behavior correction. Kim participated in the program with 11 peers who are mentally retarded(TMR). The results of this study indicates that Kim's stereotypical behaviors were changed by following each steps of the dance therapy program. The results also indicates significant differences between the pre-test and post-test assessments [t(14)=2.41, p=0.03]. To verify effects of sub-sessions of Kim's dance therapy program, a 'one-way ANOVA test' was employed. However, there is no evidence that indicates significant statistical effect of sub-sessions[F(3,26)=0.87, p=0.46]. The result of the statistics does not mean that the program is not effective in changing Kim's stereotypical behaviors, but means that Kim's behavior did not dramatically changed in any sub-session.

      • Warfarin치료중 발생한 후두 및 기관 점막하 출혈 1례

        Warfarin sodium is a widely used oral anticoagulant and it sometimes causes hemorrhage in various sites such as traumatic or operative wounds, urologic organs, gastrointesitnal tract and subcutaneous tissues. Warfarin induced hemorrhage in upper respiratory tract causing upper airway obstruction is extremely rare. Despite the life-threatening nature of this complication, the symptoms are obscure like sore throat or hoarseness, suggesting infection and early diagnosis can be delayed. Careful medical history is emphasized When bleeding is observed, the patient should be admitted for close observation and prompt treatment. Recently we have exrperienced a case of laryngeal and upper tracheal submucosal hemorrhage induced by long term warfarin in 64 years old mm. We described the case with a review of the literature.

        한국 성인의 사별에 의한 복합비애경험 개념도연구

        This research aimed to understand the in-depth mental structure of Korean adults by exploring their bereavement experiences using the concept mapping method and to find out if their grief experiences would reflect the conceptual model of complicated grief. Eighteen adult females who lost their family members were interviewed and a total of 99 core statements were extracted. After conducting a multidimensional scaling analysis and a cluster analysis with the core statements, bereavement reactions were classified into six categories of two dimensions. Two dimensions reflected the ‘separation-specific and general adaptation’ and the ‘impact of loss and coping with loss.’ Six categories were named as ‘feeling depressed’, ‘feeling devastated’, ‘avoiding relationships’, ‘experiencing changes after the loss’, ‘experiencing bereavement feelings and recollecting the deceased’, and ‘reminiscing about and continuing bonds with the deceased.’ This research has the implication that it empirically verified the structural characteristics and underlying dimensions of the bereavement experiences of Korean adults. 본 연구는 한국 성인의 사별 후 경험을 개념도 분석 방법(concept mapping method)을 적용하여 연구함으로써 사별 후 비애경험의 심층적 내적 구조를 탐색하고, 이러한 경험 양상이 복합비애의 개념적 모형을 반영하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 가족사별을 경험한 성인 여성 18명을 대상으로 면접을 실시하고 총 99개의 핵심진술을 추출하였다. 핵심진술들에 대해 다차원 척도 분석과 군집분석을 실시한 결과 사별반응은 2차원, 총 6 군집으로 분류되었다. 2개의 축은 ‘사별 특정적 적응 영역-일반 적응 영역’과 ‘사별충격영역-사별대처영역’으로 구성되었다. 각 군집은 ‘우울’, ‘사별 후 망연자실’, ‘대인관계회피’, ‘사별 후 변화’, ‘사별감정 및 고인회상’, ‘고인 긍정화 및 지속유대’로 명명되었다. 본 연구는 한국 성인의 사별반응이 가지는 구조적 특성과 기저차원을 경험적으로 검증하였다는 함의가 있다.

        초등학교 신규교사의 학교업무 수행에 대한 질적 연구

        본 연구는 교직경력 3년 미만의 초등학교 신규교사들을 대상으로 그들이 학생지도 외에 학교업무를 수행하는 과정에서 어떤 어려움을 겪고 있는지, 그리고 어려움에 대해 어떻게 대처해 나가고 있으며, 업무 수행과정에서 어떤 도움을 받기를 바라는지 등을 살펴봄으로써 그들이 학교업무를 원활히 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 방안에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사랑광역시의 공립초등학교 신규교사 8명을 대상으로 면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 초등학교 신규교사들은 첫 발령을 받고 그들의 희망이 반영되지 않은 업무배정과 그들의 업무능력에 대한 선배교사들의 과도한 기대, 그리고 본인의 공식적인 업무 외 추가업무를 떠맡아야 하는 상황과 학교업무수행에 대한 회의감을 느끼는 상황 등으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 그리고 이러한 어려움에 대해 기존 자료 모방하기, 업무에 결재권자의 의중 반영하기, 업무를 처리하는 자신만의 이미지를 만들어가는 방식 등으로 나름대로 대처해나가고 있었다. 또한 신규교사들은 학교업무를 원활히 수행하기 위해 근무 중인 학교에 대해서는 멘토교사의 지정, 학년부장교사의 옆 반에 신규교사의 학급 배정 등을 바라고 있었고, 교육청에 대해서는 현행 연수 방식의 개선을, 그리고 교육대학교에 대해서는 학교업무를 인식할 수 있는 교사양성교육이 이루어지기를 바라고 있었다. 그리고 연구결과를 바탕으로 학교업무를 난이도에 따라 서열화하고 교사도 경력에 따라 구분지어 경력이 짧은 신규교사에게는 난이도가 낮은 업무 배정하기, 학기 중 발생하는 추가업무를 배정하는 기준을 새 학년도 업무 분장 시 미리 정하기, 교육대학교에서부터 현직교사 연수까지 학교업무에 대한 체계적 교육이 이루어 질 것과 신규교사를 도와주는 것을 업무로 하는 멘토교사를 지정하여 승진 가산점과 같은 인센티브의 제공하여 신규교사들이 멘토교사에게 부담 없이 도움을 받을 수 있도록 할 것 등을 제시하였다. This study was conducted to investigate how new elementary school teachers work at schools in terms of their school administrative work performance. In order to examine this research question, an interview was conducted on 8 new elementary school teachers in public elementary school in Sarang. The main results are as follows: First, new elementary school teachers were experiencing difficulties in performing school work. They experienced difficulties because they did not know how to complete their school works and when they were set in charge of other miscellaneous work duties asides from their official work. Also they had feeling of doubt when they faced with reality that they have to neglect the class for handling other works. Second, new elementary school teachers were coping with difficulties in their own ways. They put their efforts to improve their ability to perform work or got help from senior teachers. In other cases, they avoided circumstance that additional work that does not belong to them is given to them by developing own image of them performing work. Third, new elementary school teachers wished to have some help to perform school work smoothly. First of all, they wished things such as appointing mentor teacher in current school. Also, they wanted education office to improve problem in current training system. Also, they wished university of education to be changed to help them to have cognition about school work. The following implication was suggested based on these research results. First, work assignment has to be made based on wish and work ability of new elementary school teacher. Second, distribution of work that is additional to official division of work has to be made fairly at school. Third, systematic education on school work including current education has to be made from educational university. Fourth, senior teachers have to be assigned for new elementary school teachers to get help anytime.

        초등학교 학부모가 경험한 코로나19 시기 비대면 온라인 수업의 긍정적 측면에 대한 질적 연구

        This study conducted in-depth interviews with eight elementary school parents to examine the positive aspects of non-face-to-face online classes during the COVID-19 period experienced by elementary school parents. As a result of the study, the study participants experienced the advantages of non-face-to-face online classes, such as the efficient use of time and children's extensive indirect experiences through various online contents, as well as the growth of future generations. In addition, in the stable space of home, children in the first grade of elementary school or transferred easily adapted to school and parents' influence on their children's education was expanded, and non-face-to-face online classes were positively recognized. Through the results of these studies, the appearance of parents with purposeful judgment, sensitive sensitivity and practical skills for education, and the need for blended learning were suggested as implications.
