본고는 김승옥의 각색 시나리오를 통하여 1970년대 영화 속에서 드러나는 여성의 표상방식을 살펴보고자 한다. 1970년대 한국영화는 근대화에 박차를 가하면서 변화와 혼란을 겪었던 당대의 사회지형을 보여주는데, 그 중 김승옥의 시나리오는 특별히 여성의 문제에 관심을 기울인다. 영화는 시각적 이야기이며, 시각은 근본적으로 남성적이다. 당대의 대중문화에서 빈번히 등장하는 여성의 섹슈얼리티는 이를 반증한다. 여기서 여성의 섹슈얼리티는 근본적으로 한계를 지닌 것으로, 여성의 새로운 주체 형성에까지 이르지 못한다. 김승옥의 시나리오 <겨울여자>의 이화와 <어제내린 비>의 민정은 과거 금기시되었던 성애를 향유한다는 데서 파격적 여성상을 보여주고 있지만 이들이 당대의 특권 계급이라 할 수 있는 여대생의 신분이라는 데서 일반화에 이르지 못하는 한계를 지닌다. 또한 <영자의 전성시대>와 같은 호스티스 멜로물에서 여성들의 성이 다루어지는 방식은 여성의 몸이 수난의 일대기를 보여주기 위한 도구로 이용된다는 데서 육체의 주체가 여성이 될 수 없다는 한계를 지닌다. 이들 영화에서 그려지는 성적 대상으로서의 여성은 불완전하고, 비현실적인 모습으로 온전한 주체를 이루지 못하는데, 이에 대한 봉합으로 모성이라는 장치가 동원된다. <강변부인>의 민희와 <태양을 훔친 여자>의 정숙은 자유로운 기질과 혼외 관계로 인하여 전통적 가정에서 축출된 여성들이다. 이들은 근본적으로 가부장주의라는 제도에 어울리지 않는 여성이었기에 가정을 벗어나 새로운 관계를 맺어보지만 결국 어머니로서의 자신을 되찾는 것으로 방황을 마무리한다. 모성은 가부장제가 여성을 호출하는 가장 강력한 규제이다. 이는 남성적 주체의 대상으로 그려진 궁극적 여성의 모습이 ‘어머니’라는 한계를 보여준다. 1970년대 대중문화의 가장 중요한 전략이었던 섹슈얼리티는 여성을 창녀 혹은 성녀 식으로 이분화한다. 그 속에서 진정한 여성의 존재는 소외, 분열되고 마는 것이다. This study explores Kim Seung-ok’s adapted screenplays and examines how women were represented in movies in the 1970s. While Korean movies in the 1970s reflect the turmoil and changes in society caused by modernization, Kim Seung-ok’s screenplays pay special attention to the problems of women. A movie is a visualized story, and its vision is fundamentally a masculine gaze. Female sexuality that often appears in popular culture of the day is evidence of this male-centered vision. The sexuality of women has a limit in its nature; it is not able to form a new identity of female subjectivity. Ehwa in Kim Seung-ok’s Woman in Winter and Minjung in Yesterday’s Rain enjoy sexual pleasure that had been a taboo for women in the past, which makes them unprecedented women types. However, these cases are still limited because they are nowhere close to being generalized since they were college students who were considered to belong to a privileged class. Also, hostess melodramas such as Youngja’s Heyday deal with female sexuality, but the female body in the movies is a mere tool within the woman’s lifetime of suffering. These movies fail to show women having agency over their bodies. Movies like this depict women as sexual objects, and they are usually incomplete and unrealistic beings. To conceal this, the concept of motherhood is often adopted. Minhee in Riverside Lady and Jungsuk in The Lady Who Stole the Sun are thrown out of traditional families due to their liberal nature and affairs. They don’t get along with the patriarchal system and try to escape their homes and build new relationships. They come back, however, terminating their wandering, finding themselves as mothers. Motherhood is the most powerful discipline that tames women in patriarchy. Ultimately, motherhood is the only destination for all women in the world of men. Sexuality, which was one of the most important strategies of success in 1970s popular culture, dichotomizes women into prostitutes and saints. In these circumstances, genuine female beings are isolated and dissipated.
$Hg_{1-x}Cd_{x}$Te photovoltaic 대형 적외선 감지 소자의 제작

We fabricated a large-scale photovoltaic device for detecting-3-5$\mu$m IR, by forming of n$^{+}$-p junction in the $Hg_{1-x}Cd_{x}$Te (MCT) layer which was grown by LPE on CdTe substrate. The composition x of the MCT epitaxial layer was 0.295 and the hole concentration was 1.3${\times}10^{13}/cm^{4}$. The n$^{+}$-p junction was formed by B+ implantation at 100 keV with a does 3${\times}10^{11}/cm^{2}. The n$^{+}$ region has a circular shape with 2.68mm diameter. The vacuum-evaporated ZnS with resistivity of 2${\times}10^{4}{\Omega}$cm is used as an insulating layer over the epitaxial layer. ZnS plays the role of the anti-reflection coating transmitting more than 90% of 3~5$\mu$m IR. For ohmic contacts, gole was used for p-MCT and indium was used for n$^{+}$-MCT. The fabrication took 5 photolithographic masks and all the processing temperatures of the MCT wafer were below 90$^{\circ}C$. The R,A of the fabricated devices was 7500${\Omega}cm^{2}$. The carrier lifetime of the devices was estimated 2.5ns. The junction was linearly-graded and the concentration slope was measured to be 1.7${\times}10^{17}/{\mu}m$. the normalized detectivity in 3~5$\mu$m IR was 1${\times}10^{11}cmHz^{12}$/W, which is sufficient for real application.

The present study purposed to investigate the degree of stress on companion dogs after grooming service. For this purpose, we analyzed the effect of skin service on changes in the concentration of serum cortisol, the body weight, body temperature, heart rate and skin lesions, and obtained results as follows. Compared to the control group or the ordinary grooming group, the stress grooming group showed high concentration of serum cortisol, and their recovery was slow but they were recovered to the normal state in 24 hours. Body temperature increased in the ordinary grooming group and the stress grooming group compared to the control group. Body temperature after 4 hours from grooming service was lower than that just after the service, and the temperature before the grooming service was restored in 24 hours from the grooming service. The results of this experiment showed that grooming service to pet dogs causes stress and increases the rise of body temperature, heart rate and the concentration of serum cortisol. However, these symptoms disappeared within 24 hours from the experiment, and skin inflammation was observed in a dog but not serious.
Low-resistance ohmic contacts to p-$Hg_{0.7}$$Cd_{0.3}$Te

Ohmic contacts between Au and p-HgHg_{0.7}Cd_{0.3}Te$ with low specific contact resistance have been obtained. The contact region of the wafer is first pre-heated for 5 seconds in a rapid thermal processing equipment. The temperature reaches a maximum value of about 200$^{\circ}C$ at the end of the 5 seconds. Next, a thin Au film is formed on the contact region by immersing the sample in AuCl$_{3}$ solution. the sample is then post-annealed in the same condition as the pre-heating after Pb/In pad metals are deposited on the electroless Au contacts. The specific contact resistance measured by transmission line model is 5${\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}cm^{2}$ at 80K. RBS and differential Hall measurement data suggest that the above low resistance ohmic contact is ascribed to surface traps and increased gold diffusion rate.
