수평.상하 지진을 받는 아치구조물에 대한 등가정적지진력 제안

일반적인 각형 라멘 구조물에 있어서, 상하지진동은 수평지진동에 비하여 구조물에 미치는 영향이 작다고 간주되어, 내진설계에 있어서는 수평지진동만을 고려하는 것이 일반적이다. 그러나, 공간구조물에서는 수평지진동에 의해 수평방향뿐만 아니라 연직방향으로도 구조물의 동적응답이 크게 증폭되며, 또한 상하지진동에 의해서도 연직방향뿐만 아니라 수평방향으로도 구조물의 동적응답이 크게 증폭되는 특성을 가지고 있으므로, 수평 상하 양방향의 지진동을 모두 고려할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 공간구조물의 가장 간단한 구조형식인 아치를 대상으로, 수평 상하지진동의 동시입력에 대한 순간가속도 응답배율의 특성을 고찰하였다. 또한, 지진동의 단독입력시의 등가정적지진력을 이용하여, 지진동의 동시입력에 대한 등가정적지진력을 제안하였다. Only horizontal seismic waves are often applied as designed load to a rectangular rigid frame because the influence of vertical seismic waves is considered small so as to be able to ignore it. But, as for the seismic responses of shell and spatial structures, the responses in the vortical direction is significantly amplified and the vertical responses are amplified even if they are subjected to the horizontal seismic wave only. And also, the horizontal and vertical seismic responses of shell and spatial structures are amplified by vortical seismic waves. An arch has been often used as the main structure component of the large spatial structures and is the mostly simple structure with the seismic response characteristics of the spatial structures. In this paper, for arches as a simple example of the shell and spatial structures, the dynamic characteristics, when the structures are subjected to the horizontal and vertical seismic wave at the same time, are studied, and the horizontal and vertical static seismic force, which have simple forms but hold the response characteristics of arches, are proposed.

갤러킨법을 이용한 아치의 고유진동해석

근래에 이르러 컴퓨터의 발전과 더불어 유한요소법이 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 수치해석수법이 되어 왔다. 그러나 유한요소법은 각각의 구조물을 해석하는 데는 탁월한 능력을 발휘하지만 구조물을 형성하는 파라메타에 대한 영향 또는 경향을 파악하는 것에 대해서는 갤러킨법이 더욱 유효하다. 본 논문은 구조물을 형성하는 파라메타에 대한 영향 경향을 파악하는 것에 유리한 갤러킨법(Galerkin's Method)을 이용하여 고유치 해석을 수행하고 아치를 형성하는 파라메타가 고유진동응답에 미치는 영향을 고찰한다. Recently, with the development of computer, FEM has became the most frequently used numerical analysis method. FEM shows great ability in structures analysis, however, Galerkin's Method is more useful in grasping influence or the tendency of parameter which forms the structure. This paper perform the eigenvalue analysis using Galerkin's Method which is advantageous in grasping the influence and the tendency of parameter which forms the structure and study on the influence of parameter that forms arch on natural frequency response.

하부구조가 지붕구조의 지진응답에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

대공간구조물은 쉘, 스페이스프레임, 막등의 지붕구조와 이를 지지하는 RC조등의 지지구조로 이루어져 있다. 이에, 단순화를 위해서 지붕구조를 상부구조라 부르고, 지지구조를 하부구조라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 하부구조가 상부구조의 지진응답에 미치는 영향을 고찰함을 그 목적으로 하고 이를 위한 기초적인 연구를 수행하였다. 상부구조와 하부구조를 각각 고유의 진동특성을 가지고 있는 단자유도계로 보고 그 각각의 독립구조물이 연결되어 하나의 2질점계 구조물을 형성한다고 가정하였다. 상부구조물이 1질점계 단독으로 존재할 때의 지진응답과 2 질점계의 상부구조로서 존재할 경우의 지진응답을 비교함으로써 그 영향을 고찰할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서는, 상부구조와 하부구조의 질량비 및 주기비가 하부구조가 상부구조에 미치는 영향을 고려할 때 중요한 설계변수가 됨을 나타내었다. Large spatial structures consist of roof structure and its supporting structure. Authors simply call the supporting structure "lower parts" and roof structure "upper parts". To study the influence of an lower part on the seismic response of the upper part of a structure as a first step, authors substitute the upper part and the lower part of the structure to a single degree of freedom system individually, and set up a new 2 DOF structural model connected by them. It is clarified that the mass ratio and the period ratio of an upper part to a lower part are important parameters to find the amplification or reduction of the seismic response of an upper part.

보육시설 평가인증제의 효과에 관한 연구 : 대전지역 9개 인증 보육시설(21인 이상)을 대상으로

“보육시설 평가인증제”에 관한 학부모 의식 조사 -대전지역 보육시설을 대상으로-

본 연구는 보육시설의 질적 수준을 향상시키기 위하여 정부에서 시행하는 보육시설 평가인증제에 관한 학부모들의 의식을 알아보기 위한 조사 연구이다. 대전시에 위치한 국공립, 법인, 민간의 인증시설 5곳의 학부모들 150명과 인증을 받지 않은 시설 4곳의 학부모들 150명 총 300명을 연구대상으로 하였으며 연구도구는 연구자가 개발한 `보육시설 평가인증제에 관한 학부모 의식 조사` 설문지로 총 28문항이다. 연구 결과 인증시설과 미인증시설 학부모들의 보육시설 평가인증제에 대한 의식은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 학부모들은 보육시설 평가인증제에 참여하고 있을 때 실시여부나 목적, 내용 등에 대해 잘 알고 있었으며, 보육시설 평가인증제의 결과에 대한 공정성은 믿었으나, 홍보는 부족하다고 생각하고 있었다. 결론적으로 보면, 보육시설 평가인증제에 관한 학부모들의 의식은 보육시설 평가인증제가 우리나라 보육시설의 질적 수준 향상에 기여한다고 생각하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 정부의 지원과 보육시설의 노력, 그리고 학부모들의 호응이 하나로 통합되어 아동들에게 더욱 질 높은 보육을 제공할 수 있게 노력하여야 할 것이다. The purpose of the present study is to clarify parental attitudes toward the evaluative accreditation system of the daycare center by the government for improving the quality of the daycare center in Korea. Three hundred parental participated in the present study. One hundred fifty parental came from 5 daycare centers accredited by the government and another one hundred fifty parental came from 4 daycare centers which were not accredited yet, respectively. The questionnaire consisted of 28 items developed by the present author was administer to them. The main results found were as follows: The parental from the daycare centers accredited by the government knew the purpose and the contents of the evaluative accreditation system more than those from the daycare centers which were not accredited. The parents from the daycare centers accredited checked that the evaluative accreditation system of the daycare center was conducted open and aboveboard. However, they reported a lack of information concerning the evaluative accreditation system. In conclusion, the results suggest that the parents expect the positive effects of the evaluative accreditation system for improving the qualities of daycare centers in Korea.

리더-구성원 교환관계가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 : 조직몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 노인요양시설에서 근무하는 요양보호사의 조직몰입과 고객지향성에 리더-구성원 교환관계가 미치는 영향력을 분석하고, 조직몰입의 매개효과 검증을 통하여 노인요양시설의 서비스 질 향상을 위한 정책적 방향성을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 고양시에 위치한 정원이 50인 이상인 노인요양시설에서 근무하는 요양보호사 400명을 대상으로 설문을 하여 회수된 374부의 데이터를 사용하여 분석을 하였고, 각 변수간의 경로와 직·간접 효과를 알아보기 위해서 구조방정식 모형을 설정하고 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 리더-구성원 교환관계와 조직몰입, 고객지향성의 인과관계를 확인하였다. 이를 통하여 리더-구성원 교환관계의 질을 높이면 조직몰입이 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 리더-구성원 교환관계가 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미함이 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 리더-구성원 교환관계가 높아지면 조직몰입이 높아지며, 리더-구성원 교환관계가 조직몰입을 경유해서 고객지향성에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것을 설명한다. 이에 노인요양시설의 서비스 질 향상을 위한 방법으로 리더-구성원 교환관계를 높이는 것에 대한 정책적 방향성을 제시하였다. The purpose of this paper was to present a policy direction to improve the quality of service in nursing home for the elderly and to investigate the influence of LMX (Leader Member Exchange) on the organizational commitment and customer orientation of care helper in nursing homes. To this end, for verification, this study analyzes three hundred seventy four survey papers from four hundred geriatric care helpers who work in the nursing home, that the number of space to be accommodated is more than fifty people, for the elderly in the Goyang city. To summarize, the result of this study is as follows. First, there is a cause-and-effect relationship between the leader member exchange and organizational commitment, and customer orientation. Through this study, Improving a the quality of leader member exchange can also improve the organizational commitment and customer orientation. Second, there is a meaningful mediating effect of organizational commitment on relationship between the leader member exchange and customer orientation statistically. Consequently, this study shows an increase in organizational commitment according to an increase of LMX, furthermore, it explains a meaningful effect of LMX on customer orientation through organizational commitment. Based on these research results, a policy direction for improving the service quality of the nursing home for the elderly.
