건설현장 폐목재의 발생원인 분류를 통한 재활용 요인분석

본 연구에서는 건설폐목재의 발생현황 및 원인을 조사 분석하고, 국내 및 국외 폐목재의 발생, 처리, 재활용 동향을 비교, 분석하고자 한다. 오늘날 산업사회가 고도로 발달하면서 인간의 생활은 보다 편리하고 윤택해졌지만, 그 부작용으로 환경오염과 자원고갈 문제가 심각하게 대두되고 있다. 최근 건설 산업에서 환경보호와 자원의 절약 등이 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있으며, 필연적으로 발생되는 건설폐기물의 관리와 재활용에 대한 관심도 증가되고 있다. 발생되는 폐기물은 양적으로도 증가했을 뿐만 아니라 질적으로도 매우 복잡 다양하여 이들의 원천적 감량과 재자원화 촉진 등 자원 순환형 처리방식의 절감방안이 모색되어야 한다. 그 중 폐목재는 건설현장에서 발생되는 여러 종류의 자원 중에서 약33%정도만 재활용하고 나머지는 소각하거나 비정상적인 유통과정을 거쳐 처리되어 지고 있다. 따라서, 건설현장 폐목재 처리현황의 실태 및 요인분석을 통하여 폐목재의 적법한 처리 및 재활용에 불합리한 원인은 무엇이며 그에 영향을 주는 수많은 변수들을 도출하고 요인분석을 통하여 몇 가지 요인으로 묶어 단순화하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. Today's human life is more conveniently advantaged and abundant as industrial society advanced. However, the development has been creating a serious environmental crisis. Environmental pollution and exhaustion of natural resources recently became an important issue in construction industry as well as the concern about construction waste management and recycling the resources has arisen. Because the industrial wastes are not only increased quantitatively but also qualitatively intricate and various, groping for ways of reducing the use of resources primarily and recycling is urged on promotion. Currently, only about 33% of the wood wastes produced in construction site are recycled and the others are incinerated or disposed through irregular circulation process. In this study, I will investigate the present status of generating, processing, and recycling construction wood wastes and compare domestic disposal trend to other countries. In addition, I will analyze the actual condition of processing wood wastes in the construction site, verify the irrational causes, and simplify anomalous factors for the purpose of more efficient and correct activation of wood waste treatment and recycling on construction field and protection of environment in the long run.

트레드밀 보행훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 보행속도, 균형, 일상생활동작, 심리적 불안에 미치는 영향

Objective: The purpose of this research is to conduct a 12-week comparative research program between a treadmill training group and an over-ground training group of stroke patients in terms of walking speed, balance, ADL, and anxiety, and to present efficient gait training. Method: 40 stroke patients were randomly classified into a treadmill training group and an overland training group. Then, they were measured on walking speed, balance, ADL, and anxiety before and after the training. The independent t-test was used to test for differences between the two groups. The groups took part in a 45-minute gait training program 3 days per week for 12 weeks. Results: When the differences before and after the training were compared, the treadmill training group and the over-ground training group showed a significant difference in their velocities-up 0.27 m/s and 0.07 m/s, respectively(p<.05), and BBS scores increased by 7.6 and 4.6, respectively(p<.05). Conclusion: The research indicates that treadmill training is more efficient than over-ground training in improving the walking speed and balance of stroke patients.

소수민족 관광 활성화를 위한 전문인력 육성에 관한 연구: 관광두레 사례를 중심으로

최근 관광객들 사이에서 일상생활에서는 보기 힘든 소수민족의 독특한 지역 문화와 생활 방식을 경험하려는 관광객의 수요가 증가하고 하면서 소수민족을 보유한 지역을 중심으로 관광개발도 증가하고 있다. 하지만 소수민족의 관광개발에서 개발자나 관리자의 의지에 따라 진행되고 소수민족에 대한 전문인력 육성이 잘 이루어지지 못하면서 관광개발을 통해 발생한 수익은 관광과 관련된 일부 소수민족에게만 집중되어 자립하기 어려운 측면이 있다. 이처럼 소수민족의 관광개발을 진행할 경우 관광 관련 개발자와 관리자의 활용도 중요하지만, 소수민족도 지역주민이기 때문에 소수민족을 관광개발에 적극 참여시키거나 관광혜택이 소수가 아닌 다수에게 배분되기 위해서는 지역주민이 주체가 되어 지역 과제를 해결해야 된다. 국가에서 소수민족에 대한 관광개발에 대한 욕구가 증가하고 있는 상황에서 소수민족이 보유한 독특한 문화를 보전하고 문화 원형의 지속성과 발전을 위해서는 호스트의 관점이 필요하다는 점이다. 즉, 소수민족이 관광개발에서 객체가 아니라 주체적으로 관광자원을 발굴하고 사업체 운영을 활용할 수 있도록 소수민족에 대한 관광 전문인력 육성에 대한 구체적인 이해와 관심이 필요하다. 그러나 소수민족 관련 연구는 관광 전문인력 육성과 연구는 소수민족의 참여나 역량을 강화해야 한다는 원론적인 주장에만 머물고 있어 구체적인 방안은 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 소수민족의 관광 활성화를 위한 전문인력을 육성방안을 연구하고자 지역주민을 관광 관련 전문인력으로 육성하는 CBT사업인‘관광두레’사례를 통해 연구하였다. 관광두레 사례를 적용한 소수민족의 관광 전문 인력 육성방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째 관광 전문인력을 육성할 수 있는 운영주체를 선정하여 관광 전문인력 육성에 적극적으로 희망하는 지역이나 문화 또는 자원의 잠재력이 높은 지역을 시범지역으로 선정할 필요가 있다. 둘째 소수민족 대상으로 관광 전문인력을 육성하기 위해서는 소수민족 구성원들이 지역문제를 본인들이 주도적으로 해결할 수 있는 교육 프로그램이 필요하다. 셋째 관광두레 사업처럼 관광 전문인력에 대한 성과를 현장에 맞는 정성 및 정량지표로 개발하여 운영할 필요가 있다. 이를 통해 소수민족의 관광 활성화를 위하여 관광 전문인력 육성과 관련된 학술 및 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. Recently, with the increasing number of tourists wishing to experience the regional culture and lifestyle of ethnic minorities hard to encounter in everyday life, tourism development focusing on the areas possessed by minorities is also expanding. However, decisions in tourism development related to ethnic minorities being made by developers and managers, fostering of professionals of this field not being carried out, and the profits generated from tourism development being concentrated only on some of the tourism-related minorities all result in them not being able to become self-sufficient. Although implementing developers and managers in the field of ethnic minority tourism is important, since minorities are also the part of their region’s community, the problem in question has to be solved by either actively including the members of the minorities, or by achieving that the benefits of tourism are distributed to the majority instead of just a small number of participants so that locals can become the leaders. With the government’s growing ambition to develop ethnic minority tourism, a host’s point of view is needed in order for the minorities’ unique cultures to be preserved and maintained in their original forms. Thus, a specific and deep understanding of fostering professionals in the field of ethnic minority tourism is necessary in order for the members of minorities to be able to independently discover tourism resources and operate businesses and projects instead of being merely the objects in the process of tourism development. However, measures are insufficient as research on fostering professionals of ethnic minority tourism is mainly theoretical. This study aims to seek measures on how to foster professionals in order to boost ethnic minority tourism through examining the case of Tourism Dure, a CBT project focusing on training locals to become tourism professionals. The ways of fostering professionals applying the case of Tourism Dure are the following: First, a management team in charge of the fostering process has to be appointed, and a region for demonstration has to be selected - a region that is either ready to take up on fostering professionals or that has high resource potential. Second, in order to foster professionals in the field of ethnic minority tourism, it is necessary to launch an educational program through which the members of minorities can learn how to play a leading role in solving their region’s problems. Third, similarly to the Tourism Dure project, it is necessary to develop and manage the performance of professionals through the right quantitative and qualitative indicators. Based on the above, the writer’s goal is to present an academic and policy-related viewpoint on fostering professionals in order to revitalize ethnic minority tourism.

This paper investigated the performance of high-resolution LiDAR data in varying road types, weather conditions, and time of day. The study utilized a 2018 Hyundai G80 vehicle equipped with an Ouster OS2 128-channel LiDAR sensor. A modified channel arrangement is implemented to optimize the utilization of surrounding information. A pixel-based super-resolution model was employed to generate high-resolution LiDAR data. Evaluation metrics include the percentage of removed points and L1 loss. Results indicated increased point removal and L1 loss in foggy weather and urban road scenarios, and increased point removal Time of day conditions.

Faster R-CNN을 이용한 영상 기반 신호등 인식 시스템 연구

본 연구에서는 Faster R-CNN 기반 뉴럴 네트워크를 활용한 주행 전방 영상 내 신호등 검출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이때 정확성과 실시간적 물체 검출 성능을 보장하기 위하여 전방 영상 내 검출 대상이 위치할 관심 영역 설정 및 네트워크 구조의 최적화를 통하여 영상 내 작은 영역으로 나타나는 신호등을 효율적으로 검출할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 또한 해외의 학습 데이터와 현지 상황에서의 학습 데이터를 함께 활용하기 위한 데이터 전처리를 수행하여 보다 효율적이고 높은 성능을 확보할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 실차 주행 기반으로 취득된 영상으로부터 실험적으로 그 성능을 확인하였다.

End to End 학습 기반 자율 주행 프레임워크 개발 및 실차 기반 실험

In recent years, autonomous vehicles have been developed by various approaches for traffic safety and driver convenience. End-to-end learning-based autonomous driving has gained enormous attention in conjunction with deep learning technologies in which perception, planning, and control of the conventional autonomous driving algorithm are trained by a single deep neural network. In this paper, we present the end-to-end learning-based autonomous driving framework. The framework consisted of three parts: data acquisition in real-world and simulated environments, network design and optimization, and performance evaluation. Our framework was integrated on a full-scale autonomous vehicle platform and evaluated with various performance metrics.
