This research was carried to investigate the effects of several organic solvents on the enzymatic transphosphatidylation in emulsion and two-phase solvent systems. The solvents having a similar dielectric constant with diethylether were effective for the enzyme activity. Diethylether and butylacetate were the most effective solvents, when added 12-15%(v/v) and 10-40%(v/v), respectively, for the synthesis of phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethyleneglycol and phosphatidylpropyleneglycol. In the emulsion system, the size of ovolecithin liposome was increased and the clearness of the phospholipid bilayer was reduced as increasing the diethylether concentration. In the twophase solvent system, the rapidest reaction was obtained when water-organic solvent ratio was close to 1. The ratio of aqueous phase. however, should be lowered to 37% to gain the sole product of transphosphatidy1ation, without phosphatidohydrolysis.
Trp-P-1 과 2-AF 에 대한 산채류 생즙의 항돌연변이 효과

On the mutagenicity induced by 3-amino-l,4-dimethyl-5-H-pyrido[4,3-b]indol (Trp-P-1) and 2-aminotluorene (2-AF), the antimutagenic effects of edible muntain herb juices were examined by the Ames assay using Salmornella typhimurium TA98 and TA100. Juices prepared from araria bud, small water dropwort, mugwort, roots of bellflower and sedum didn't have mutagenicity. Most of sample juices showed the antimutagenicity. Fspeaslly, juices Prepared from aralia bud, small water dropwort and mugwort were found to possess strong antimumgenic effects. Sedum was moderafly effective and root of bellflower had little effect on mutagenicity caused by Trp-P1 and 2-AF. The experimental results with TA98 were similar to those with TA100 in the antimutagenicity test of edible mountain hems juices. In this study, anlimutagenicity on Trp-P-1 was more effective than that on 2-AF.
임계댐 예정지역내 하천수 수질에 관한 이화학적 조사연구

The physicochemical investigation of water quality of the streams in the area where dams are to be constructed has been carried out from 5th to 7th, August 1977. The data for the streams of Golji and Imgye in Imgye Myeon, Jeongson Gun, Jeoncheon in Bugpyeong Eup, Samcheok Gun are obtained as follows. 1. The pH was 7.70-7.75 for Jeoncheon whereas 8.25-8.40 for Golji suggesting the value is relatively higher than others. 2. The concentration of Ca^(++), Mg^(++) and SO₄^(--), and the alkalinity are high in Golji and the concentration of Na^+, C1^- and SiO₂, are high in Jeoncheon. 3. In all area investigated, Ca^(++) is positively correlated to Mg^(++), total hardness, alkalinity and pH but negatively correlated to SiO₂. 4. The total hardess of Golji is 91-119.8㎎/ℓ which is the highest and that of Jeoncheon, 17.5-36.9㎎/ℓ is indistinguishable to the value obtained from the north Han river basins. 5, The NO₂-N and NH₄-N are scarcely detected in all area investigated, indicating pollution in the streams, and the amount of NO₃-N 0.2-4.43㎎/ℓ, detected in the area are similar to the value of the other natural stream, suggesting that the nitrogen is originated from earth. 6. Based upon above results, the water quality of the streams investigated is found to fit for aerobic aquatic living things, with high DO and little artificial pollution.
수자원 보전을 위한 유역통합관리 방안에 관한 연구(II) - 오십천 수계의 수질모델링 및 수질 예측 -

Oship stream is located nearby south eastern coasts. This study was performed to find out waters quality modeling and then to predict water quality of Oship stream. Based on survey data, BOD, T-N, T-P calibration and verification result were in good agreement with measured value within mean coefficient variance(MSE) value, which were 13.9%, 9.0%, 26.5% and 19.5%, 12.0%, 16.5%, respectively. Sectional water quality predictions of the main stream of Oship stream are executed on the basis of the following cases 1) with sewage treatment of Dogye-eup 2) reduction of mine wastewater treatment of 80% in th basin. As a result, BOD, T-P improvement rates at down stream of Oship stream, case 1) were appeared 12.2%, 22.2%, case 2) maximum sulfate ion and conductivity reduction removal rate of Oship stream were 58%, 68%. The main pollution sources of Oship-stream were almost domestic wastewater and mine wastewater discharged from Dogye-eup which located in uppers stream. The large effects will appear after the construction of Dogye sewage water treatment plant which remove the organic matter and nutrients in these sewage water. The waste water from mine can not easily to treat for characteristics of effluence and economic problems. However, to achieve the goal of water quality in Oship-stream water system, treatments of those are necessary.
남한강상류수계의 (南漢江上流水系) 수질특성에 관한 조사연구

The physicochemical water quality was investigated in the upper parts of south Han river and it`s tributaries during from January to December, 1977. The concentration of dissolved salts in those river water was going to increase gradually as lower the river flow down. Moreover, after the river water passed through the lime stone region the concentration of pH, Ca^(++), Mg^(++), SO₄^(--) and Alkalinity were more increased. From the seasonal variation of water qualities the concentration of dissolved salts in those river was found most low level in April but it was found higher level in the January, February and June. In the Ok dong river which was suffer by the pollution of waste water from mine. Considerable amount of Na and SO₄^(--) was found in it. and likely to differ entirely from another natual river for the aspect of water qualities. The concentration of dissolved oxygen was abundant in the water of those rivers and have sustained a saturation state of oxygen almost all year round.
