      • Moxifloxacin에 의한 급성전신발진 농포증(Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis)

        Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is an uncommon skin disease characterized by acute development of numerous, nonfollicular, sterile pustules on an erythematous background combined with fever and peripheral blood leukocytosis. It is caused by drugs in more than 90% of cases. We report the case of a 46-year-old woman with AGEP induced by moxifloxacin who underwent kidney transplantation. She developed a generalized pustular lesion with high fever and leukocytosis 1 month after daily taking 400 mg of moxifloxacin. After discontinuation of moxifloxacin, her skin lesion gradually improved, and the same symptoms recurred after the challenge of moxifloxacin. To our knowledge, this is the first report of moxifloxacin-induced AGEP in Korea. (Korean J Asthma Allergy Clin Immunol 2010;30:59-62)

        日本語の要約作文の課題 -韓國人學習者の要約調査を中心に-

        This research examines a group of thirty three Korean college students learning Japanese, and analyzes their competence in written summarization. This study makes evident the following three issues. First, few of the research participants were able to accurately interpret the sentence constructions of the original text and concisely recreate them in a summary composition. Second, the research participants often had difficulty selecting the appropriate “Communicative Units” (CU) relevant to the central meaning of the original text. Finally, study participants showed a marked difficulty in interpreting ironic usage in the original text. Such errors frequently gave rise to vague conclusions in participants’ summaries and caused the content of their compositions to deviate from the meaning of the original text. Since summarization skills require the student to make active use of their comprehension abilities while writing, it is regarded as an efficient method for improving both a learner’s comprehension and expressive abilities at the same time. For this reason, this method promises a great many benefits both to Japanese learners and to the field of Japanese education in general.

        文章構造を意識した日本語作文敎育 -國語敎師と日本語敎師の作文評價の分析から-

        テクノロジ一の發展は人?のコミュニケ一ションのあり方を變え、「書く」という表現力そのものが問われるようになった。パソコンやスマホなどが身近なものになった今日は、電話で「話す」機會より、電子メ一ルやSNSなどで表現する機會が急增している。IT時代にこそ、分かりやすく簡潔に書いて傳える能力が重要になってきているのである。「要約作文」は、エッセイなどの作文とは違って、要点を「まとめる力」を養成できるものとして、新たなコミュニケ一ション能力を養える作文敎育といえよう。 本硏究は、韓國人日本語學習者の要約作文の用例を用いて、國語敎師と日本語敎師による評價の調査結果について考察する。韓國人日本語學習者が作文を書く際に、文章構造にはどのような特徵があるのか、專門家による評價の分析觀点を明らかにし、「文章構造を意識した日本語作文」への提案を試みたい。 國語敎師と日本語敎師による評價の分析から、開始部·展開部·終了部の3段構成がバランスよくなされている要約文は、評價も高い傾向がある反面、開始部·展開部·終了部の一部あるいは全てが欠如していると、評價は低くなる傾向がある。韓國人學習者は文章構造の意識を持っていないか、あるいは、意識は持っているとしても、文章の中でどのような動きをするのかが分からないため、書く表現も不十分になってしまったといえよう。今後の課題としては、文章構造を意識した日本語作文を敎育現場で實踐できる敎育方法を開發していきたい。 Technology has changed the way people communicate. Written communication is preferred to verbal communication. As emails and instant messages are more frequently used than phone calls in this fast-paced era, it is important to write a main idea quickly in a brief and condensed version. Summary writing is a great way to develop such writing competence. This study aims to analyze (a) the summaries written by Korean students who learn Japanese as a foreign language and (b) the summary writing evaluation by teachers who teach Japanese as mother tongue and as foreign language. The evaluation was focused on overall structure of the summaries. Further, this study aims to discover how the teachers evaluated the summaries depending on the use of a three part structure (introduction, body, and conclusion) in the writing. The evaluation shows that the teachers gave a higher score to summary with a balanced three part structure than summary without any of the three parts. Among the students who received lower scores, some did not know about the three-part structure at all. Others knew but did not fully understand its function. The analysis suggests that it is important to teach structure of writing for efficient delivery of main idea. A following study will aim to develop strategies for summary writing skills using the three part structure.

        한(恨)의 시각에서 바라본 토니 모리슨의 『빌러비드』

        This article examines philosophical discourse on ‘Han’ which is the universal sentiment of Korean in Toni Morrison’s novel Beloved. More precisely, this article aims at viewing ‘Han’ from a phenomenological perspective. First of all, in order to stress the intentionality of reconciliation of ‘Han’, this article will focus on the metaphor of other-oriented intentionality. Although Morrison and ‘Han’ are different from each other in their racial and cultural backgrounds, they have much in common in uniting the traumatized individual with the community. In Beloved, the relationship between the individual and community is a conflictual one that allows Sethe to probe tensions within the social group. But Sethe is to overcome her past through self-cultivation(sagim). Ultimately, with the community’s help, her full remembrance and reconciliation come together to form a newly created expression drawn from the past. In this side, we can discover philosophical discourse on ‘Han’ in Beloved.

        자기효능감과 학교적응의 상관관계에 관한 메타분석

        본 연구는 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 변인들 가운데 자기효능감을 관련 변인으로 연구한 개별 연구물들을 메타분석함으로써 자기효능감과 학교적응 간의 상관효과를 구하여 지금까지의 이루어진 연구들을 체계적으로 정리하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 117개의 자기효능감과 학교적응에 대한 연구물로부터 1,896개의 효과크기를 산출하였고, CMA 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 자기효능감과 학교적응의 상관효과는 .339로 중간 이상의 효과크기를 나타냈다. 구체적으로 범주형 변인별로 보면 첫째, 논문형태에 따른 효과크기를 비교한 결과 박사학위논문의 상관효과 크기가 가장 크게 나타났고, 둘째, 성별에 따라서는 상관효과 크기에 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 학교급별에 따른 효과크기를 비교한 결과 초등학생이 가장 큰 효과크기를 보였고 다음으로는 대학생, 고등학생, 중학생 순으로 효과크기가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 측정도구별 효과크기를 비교한 결과 김아영, 박인영(2001)의 측정도구의 상관효과가 가장 크게 나타났다. 다섯째, 독립변수의 하위유형을 분석한 결과 학업적효능감의 효과크기가 가장 크게 산출되었고, 그 다음으로는 자기조절효능감의 효과크기가 크게 산출되었다. 독립변수 하위유형과 성별에 따른 자기효능감과 학교적응의 관계를 좀 더 자세히 연구한 결과 혼성인 경우 학업적효능감이, 남학생과 여학생에게 있어서는 자기효능감전체의 상관효과가 가장 컸고, 학교급별에 따른 영향력을 살펴보면 초등학교 때에는 학업적효능감이 학교적응과 가장 관련되다가 중고등학교 때 점점 감소하였으나 대학교때 다시 관련성이 높아지는 반면, 자기조절효능감은 초등학교 때 학교적응과 가장 관련성이 높다가 학교급이 올라가면서 점차 감소하였다. 대학교때에는 자기조절효능감과 학교적응의 관련성은 낮아지나 일반적효능감과 사회적효능감의 관련성은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. Self-efficacy is known to influence on students` school adjustment. Lots of the studies about relationship between self-efficacy and school adjustment have been conducted and reported that self-efficacy is one of the main factors to have the impact on school adjustment. The purpose of this study was to synthesize the relationship between self-efficacy and school adjustment. For this study, 1,896 correlation effect sizes from 117 studies were analyzed by CMA(Comprehensive Meta Analysis) Program. The analysis results are as follows: First, the overall effect size about relationship between self-efficacy and school adjustment was .339, which is that self-efficacy has over midium relationship with school adjustment. Second, academic self-efficacy, self-regulatory, and general efficacy among subscales of the self-efficacy have high levels of relationship with school adjustment. Third, there were differences in the relationship between subscales of the self-efficacy and school adjustment via sex and grade-level. Significance and implications of this research were discussed.
