건설폐기물의 증가에 따라 폐콘크리트 순환골재의 재활용에 대한 연구는 증가되고 있지만, 순환잔골재의 흡수율 저감에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 폐콘크리트 순환잔골재를 미생물의 배양액과 포자액에 침지하고 침지기간에 따른 흡수율 저감성능을 검토하였다. 검토결과, 배양액의 경우 1∼3일, 포자액의 경우 3∼5일에 흡수율 감소가 뚜렷하였으며, 그 이후에는 수렴되는 것으로 나타나 현장조건에 따라 배양액과 포자액의 적용을 달리 할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

An Important recurring motif of the Korean early modern verses, Nim, is not only a poetic material but also an emotional structure reflecting the special historical situations and social experiences. This study aims to survey the development of Nim into an emotional structure and its backgrounds in terms of the establishment of the modern subject. The poems studied here are those that were written from the period of Enlightening Patriotism till the early 1920s. The poems of the period of Enlightening Patriotism have the distinctive features of excluding Nim purposely and putting in its place such ideas as independence, restoration of sovereignty and patriotic enthusiasm Nim is shown in the poems of the 1920s can be divided into three layers. First, Nim is a form of idea which reclarifies the undaunted will and optimistic vision towards enlighrening ideals, blocking up the agitation and despair of the subject. Second, there is a poetic trend in which Nim appears as an absent Nim Such poems chiefly deal with the anxiety and split of the self caused by the division and trouble between the world and the self. They play an important role in inquiring into the inner world of the modern self, but are exposed to sentimentalism. The failure of the 1919 Independence Movement amplified sentimentalism and disillusionment, and Nim became a literary shelter for self-pity. Third, Nim is an object of belief which makes it possible to face up to the oppressing social realities and endure the split self. Such type of Nim finally found itself the general emotion of the Koreans and remained as an important poetic ideal establishing the modern verses.

Background : The intubating laryngeal mask airway (ILMA) was introduced recently as an effective ventilatory device and intubation guide. The following study was designed to assess not only efficacy but also safety of the ILMA. Methods : Sixty adult patients who were randomly assigned in 3 groups (Group 1, 2, 3), ASA class 1 or 2, undergoing elective surgery were induced with intravenous injection of fentanyl, thiopental sodium, vecuronium, lidocaine and inhalation of O2, N2O, enflurane. In Group 1 (n=20), the patients were intubated with Macintosh curved blade and endotracheal tube. In Group 2 (n=20), blind tracheal intubation using an ILMA was attempted. In Group 3 (n=20), we applicated the ILMA to a fiberoptic bronchoscope-aided tracheal intubation. Then we decided success rates for blind and fiberoptic-guided passage of an endotracheal tube via the ILMA. We measured systolic, diastolic arterial pressure and heart rate before administration of induction agent, 1 and 5 minutes after induction, just after intubation, 1, 2, 3 and 5 minutes after endotracheal intubation. Results : The success rates for blind (Group 2) and fiberoptic-guided (Group 3) passage of an endotracheal tube via the ILMA were 70% and 100% respectively. There were no statistically significance in the systolic, diastolic arterial pressure and heart rate when compared to value of any other groups at any time but higher in all groups when compared to preinduction value of each group just after intubation. Conclusions : Though the ILMA may be an effective intubation guide, it doesn't blunt hemodynamic changes effectively than standard laryngoscopic intubation. (Korean J Anesthesiol 1999; 36: 606∼612)
