Driving simulators have been developed for evaluating users' reaction to various driving situations. Dynamic simulators have, however, limitations of the motion feedback in space. Therefore, this paper presents a driving simulator and suggests a human sensibility ergonomics (kansei engineering) method to be used in improving sense of motion through a vehicle simulator. Human sensibility ergonomics(kansei engineering) is defined as translating technology of the customer' feeling about a new product into design elements. Constituents of the simulator were defined and the virtual world was generated by the object modeling technique. Senses perceived were classified into feelings of velocity, acceleration, rotation, and vibration based on the human sensibility associated with driving. And the most frequent verbal expressions were collected from 17 male subjects to define complex human sensibility.

Positive temperature coefficient of resistivity (PTCR) characteristics of (1-x)$BaTiO_3-x(Bi_{0.5}K_{0.5})TiO_3$ ceramics doped with $Nb_2O_5$ were investigated in order to develop the Pb-free PTC thermistor available at high temperatures of > $120^{\circ}C$. The PTCR characteristics appearing in the ($B_{i0.5}K_{i0.5})TiO_3$ (< 5 mol%) incorporated $BaTiO_3$ ceramics, which might be mainly due to $Bi^{+3}$ ions substituting for $Ba^{+2}$ sites. The 0.99$BaTiO_3-0.01(Bi_{0.5}K_{0.5})TiO_3$ ceramics showed good PTCR characteristics of a low resistivity at room temperature (${\rho}_r$) of $31{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ a high ${\rho}_{max}/{\rho}_{min}$ ratio of $5.38{\times}10^3$, and a high resistivity temperature factor (${\alpha}$) of $17.8%/^{\circ}C$. The addition of $Nb_2O_5$ to 0.99$BaTiO_3-0.01(Bi_{0.5}K_{0.5})TiO_3$ ceramics further improved the PTCR characteristics. Especially, 0.025 mol% $Nb_2O_5$ doped 0.99$BaTiO_3-0.01(Bi_{0.5}K_{0.5})TiO_3$ ceramics exhibited a significantly increased ${\rho}_{max}/{\rho}_{min}$ ratio of $8.7{\times}10^3$ and a high ${\alpha}$ of $18.6%/^{\circ}C$, along with a high $T_c$ of $148^{\circ}C$ despite a slightly increased ${\rho}_r$ of $31{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$.
퇴직연금제도 도입의사 영향요인에 관한 연구: 중소기업의 재무요인을 중심으로

퇴직연금은 노후소득 보장체계중 하나이다. 한국은 2016년부터 종업원 수 300인 이상 기업의 경우 의무적으로 퇴직연금을 도입하도록 되어있어 대기업의 퇴직연금 도입비율은 높은 편이나 중소기업의 도입비율은 매우 낮다. 본 연구는 중소기업 퇴직연금 도입의사에 영향을 주는 재무적속성이 무엇인지 살펴봄으로써 정부의 퇴직연금 도입 유도 정책 수립에 방향을 제시해 보고자 한다. 분석결과, 재무적속성중 매출액순이익률은 양(+)의 방향, 자기자본비율은 음(-)의 방향으로 중소기업 퇴직연금 도입의사에 영향을 주는 유의미한 요소로 밝혀졌다. 이에 따라 중소기업 퇴직연금 도입 활성화를 위해 매출액순이익률과 자기자본비율을 우선적으로 고려한 퇴직연금 도입유도 정책 실시가 필요함을 본 연구는 시사하고 있다. The retirement pension is one of the security systems for retirement income. In Korea, since 2016, companies with 300 or more employees are obligated to introduce retirement pensions, so the rate of introduction of retirement pensions by large companies is high, but the rate of introduction of small and medium-sized enterprise(SME) is very low. This study aims to suggest a direction for the government's policy establishment to introduction of a retirement pension plan by looking at what financial attributes affect the intention to introduction of retirement pension plan. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the financial attributes, Return on Sales in the positive (+) direction and Equity Capital Ratio in the negative (-) direction were significant factors influencing the intention to introduce a SME retirement pension. Accordingly, the government policy to induce the introduction of the retirement pension for SMEs needs to be implemented in stages with priority to SMEs with large Return on Sales and Equity Capital Ratio.
