공공스포츠단체의 윤리경영 요인 도출 및 상대적 중요도 분석: 델파이 기법(Delphi)과 계층적 의사결정방법(AHP)적용

Purpose The purpose of this study is to extract the ethical management model factors that can be applied to the field of public sports organizations and to verify the relative importance of each factor. Methods In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, a domestic public sports organization, and the Sports Federation under the Korean Olympic Committee were targeted. Delphi analysis was conducted on expert panels to extract factors for ethical management models of public sports organizations, and after verifying content validity, hierarchical analysis (AHP) was conducted using the Expert Choice 11.5 program to derive final metrics. Result In the evaluation area, 'ethical management awareness' was the highest, and 'ethical management norms' were the highest in ethical management awareness. In addition, in terms of ethics management law, "anti-corruption and compliance management" was the highest, "organization and system" was the highest in terms of ethics management economy, and "compensation and welfare were the highest in terms of ethics management and society. Conclusion From these research results, public sports organizations' perception of ethical management is very important, and it can be assumed that ethical management factors will appear in various types, including laws and economic and social aspects. Therefore, in the 4th industrial era, the speed of sharing information and producing knowledge is increasing. As such, companies and organizations that have nothing to hide in the world along with false information should prepare fairly and in detail for transparent ethical management. 연구목적 본 연구는 공공스포츠단체 현장에 적용할 수 있는 윤리경영 모델 요인을 추출하고 각 요인의 상대적 중요도를 검증하고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구대상으로는 국내 공공스포츠단체인 국민체육진흥공단과 대한체육회의 산하경기연맹을 대상으로 하였다. 전문가 패널을 대상으로 델파이 분석을 실시하여 공공스포츠단체 윤리경영 모델 요인을 추출하고, 내용타당도 검증 후 Expert Choice 11.5 프로그램을 이용하여 계층분석(AHP)을 실시하여 최종 측정지표를 도출하였다. 결과 평가영역의 우선순위에서는 ‘윤리경영 인식’이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 윤리경영 인식에서는 ‘윤리경영 규범이 가장 높게 나타났다. 아울러 윤리경영 법적측면에서는 ’반부패 및 준법경영‘이 가장 높게 나타났고, 윤리경영 경제적측면에서는 ’조직 및 시스템‘이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 윤리경영 사회적측면에서는 ’보상 및 복리후생이 가장 높게 나타났다. 결론 이와 같은 연구결과를 볼 때, 공공스포츠단체의 윤리경영 인식이 매우 중요하다고 판단되며, 법을 비롯하여 경제·사회적 측면에 이르기까지 전반적으로 윤리경영 요인이 다양한 유형으로 나타날 것으로 미루어 짐작할 수 있다. 따라서 4차 산업시대에 정보를 공유하고 지식을 생산해 내는 속도가 점점 빨라지고 있다. 이렇듯 거짓 정보와 더불어 세상에 숨길 것이 없는, 기업 및 단체 등에서 투명성 있는 윤리경영에 있어 공정하고, 세밀하게 준비해야 할 것이다.

마리나 시설에 대한 지역발전 기대요인, 주민만족도 및 협력의도에 관한 연구

이 연구의 목적은 마리나 시설에 대한 지역발전 기대요인, 주민만족도 및 협력의도와의 관계를 규명함으로써 지역 마리나 시설의 지속적인 발전을 위한 지역주민의 만족과 적극적인 협력을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 실증적인 자료를 제공하 는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 국내에 소재한 마리나 시설 중 마리나의 규모가 가장 큰 부산 수영만 요트 경기장이 위치하고 있는 부산을 선택하였고, 총 회수된 310부의 설문지 중 불성실하거나 조사내용 일부가 누락된 자료를 제외한 273명의 설문지를 최종 표본으로 활용하였다. 자료처리는 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분 석을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 마리나 시설에 대한 지역발전 기대요인(경제・산 업, 사회・문화, 물리・환경)은 주민만족도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역발전 기대요인의 사회・ 문화는 협력의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주민만족도는 협력의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationships of expectation factors of regional development, local residents' satisfaction, and cooperative intention on the local marina facility. To make this purpose, the study population was selected from local residents who lived in Busan, where Suyeong Bay Yachting center was located. 310 questionnaires were collected and 273 questionnaires were used for the final analysis except for 37 insincere responses. For the data processing, the study carried out frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and structural equational modelling. The result can be summarized as follows. First, economic industry, socio-culture and physical environment of the regional development expectation factors had no significant influence on the residents' satisfaction. Second, the socio-culture had a significant influence on the cooperative intention except that economic industry and physical environment of the regional development expectation factors had no significant influence on the cooperative intention. Third, the residents' satisfaction had a significant influence on the cooperative intention.

Korea and China share many similarities when it comes to their attitude towards politeness due to the fact that both of them belong to the Confucian cultural sphere. For instance, people speak in an honorific way and obey basic rules of politeness when communicating with others in order to maintain harmonious interpersonal relations. Yet, Korea and China have undergone different social development processes which result in quite a few differences in their awareness and attitude towards politeness. As an agglutinative language, Korean has developed particles and endings, and is rich in polite expressive forms due to its systemic honorifics. On the contrary, Chinese has no systemic honorifics based on grammatical categories. As an isolated language, Chinese has no form changing such as inflection or declension, and its polite forms are comparatively more limited than Korean. Even though Korea and China share similar awareness and attitude towards politeness due to them being part of the Confucian cultural sphere, cultural differences and linguistic form differences lead to each of them having different characteristics in expressing politeness. This research discusses three characteristics of polite expressions in Korean and Chinese.

해양레저스포츠 체험교실의 서비스품질, 지각된 서비스가치, 만족도 및 행동의도와의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 해양레저스포츠 체험교실의 서비스품질, 지각된 서비스가치, 만족도 그리고 행동의도와의 관 계를 규명하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기, 강원, 부산, 전라 지역의 해양레저스포츠 체험교실에 참여한 이용객 을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 총 700부의 회수된 설문지 중 내용의 일부가 누락되어 신뢰성이 떨어지는 47부를 제외한 총 653부가 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Ver. 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였 고, 자료처리에 의한 결과는 다음과 같다. 해양레저스포츠 체험교실에서 서비스품질은 확신성이 사회적 가치에 영향을 미치지 않은 것을 제외하고, 지각된 서비스가치의 하위요인인 획득적 가치, 감동적 가치, 사회적 가치에 통계적으로 유 의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 서비스품질은 이용객들의 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 서비스품질의 하위 요인 중 대응성은 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 지각된 서비스가치는 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미 쳤다. 아울러 지각된 서비스가치는 행동의도의 하위요인인 재방문의도와 추천의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으 며, 만족도는 재방문의도와 추천의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among Service Quality, Perceived Service Value, Satisfaction, Behavioral Intention. The participants of this study were chosen at Seoul, Busan, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and Jeonla province. 700 questionnaire were collected, 653 questionnaire were used for the final analysis except for 47 unsuitable questionnaire. SPSS Ver. 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were applied for the data processing. The results were as follows. Service quality in marine leisure sports experience class had a statistically significant impact on acquisition value, impressive value, and social value of the perceived service value except that assurance of achieved service quality did not have an impact on social value. Also service quality had a statistically significant impact on satisfaction, but responsiveness of service quality did not have an impact on satisfaction. Perceived service value had a statistically significant impact on satisfaction. Not only that, it had a significant impact on revising intention and recommending intention, and achieved satisfaction also statistically had a significant impact on revising intention and recommending intention.

PAR 지수를 이용한 교정치료 결과의 평가에 관한 연구

교정치료의 결과를 평가하는 방법에는 두부방사선계측이나 석고모형을 이용하는 방법등이 있다. 교합지수는 석고모형을 이용한 평가방법 중 하나로, 교합 상태를 하나의 수치로 표현하기 때문에 정량적으로 평가할 수 있고 계측이 객관적이며 교정치료의 결과를 평가하는데 있어서 표준화가 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 이 연구는 PAR지수를 이용하여 경희대학교 치과대학 교정과에서 시행되는 교정치료의 결과를 평가하고, 교정치료 증례들의 교정치료 전과 추적 관찰기의 교합 변화를 평가하며, 교정치료 전후의 결과가 치료 전 증례의 Angle 분류와 상관성이 있는지를 평가하기 위해 시행되었다. 영구치열기에 교정치료를 시작하여 고정식 교정장치로 치료하였고, 교정장치를 제거한 후 최소 24개월이 경과한 I급 부정교합 9 증례, II급 1류 부정교합 8 증례, III급 부정교합 8 증례 등 총 25 증례의 교정치료 전, 교정치료 종료 시, 추적 관찰기의 석고모형을 대상으로 PAR (Peer Assessment Rating) 지수를 이용한 교정치료의 결과 및 재발에 관한 연구를 시행하여 다음의 결론을 얻었다. 1.교정치료 종료 시 평균 85.05%의 가중된 PAR 점수의 개선을 보였으며, 이는 'high standard of treatment'에 해당된다. 2.추적 관찰기에는 교정치료 전과 비교하여 평균 75.40%의 가중된 PAR점수 개선을 보였으며, 교정치료 종료 시와 비교하여 추적 관찰 기간동안 9.65%의 가중된 PAR 점수의 증가가 있었다. 3.교정치료 전 Angle 분류와 치료 전후의 PAR 지수 변화량 간에는 상관관계가 없었다. (주요 단어 : PAR 지수, 재발, 안정성) The purposes of this study were to assess the treatment results in orthodontic department, Kyung Hee University, to evaluate the occlusion at 2 year follow-up control, in relation to the original malocclusion, and changes occurring in the follow-up period, and to determine whether treatment and posttreatment changes of the PAR index were related to the original Angle classification Dental study casts of 25 patients in permanent dentition were evaluated using Peer Assessment Rating (PAR) index. The PAR index was measured at the pretreatment stage, immediately after treatment, and at 2 years posttreatment. The following results were obtained : 1.The treatment reduced the PAR index by 85.05% and it indicates that KHDC clinic has a high standard of treatment 2.The follow-up result of 75.40% PAR score reduction implies a gain of 9.65% of posttreatment PAR score during follow-up period. 3.There is no relationship between the treatment changes of the PAR index and the original Angle classification. ※ Key words : PAR index, Relapse, Stability
