산업보안관점에서 기업 직원의 심리적 보안 취약성에 관한 연구

제4차 산업혁명 시대로 접어들면서, 기업에서 정보자산이 차지하는 비중뿐만 아니라 정보자산에 대한 보호 필요성 또한 지속적으로 늘고 있다. 따라서 기업의 중요자산을 보호하기 위해서는 기술적 보안 대책의 한계를 파악하는 한편 인간 중심의 보안 대책을 세울 필요가 있다. 인간의 심리적인 취약성은 어떠한 보안체계도 무력화할 수 있기 때문이다. 이를 위해 이중 프로세스 이론을 바탕으로 주요 요소인 시스템 1과 시스템 2가 기업 내 직원들에게 어떻게 작용하는지 분석하고자 한다. 연구 결과 보안 관련 부서 직원들과 일반 직원들 사이의 인지체계 성향은 둘 다 시스템 1이 더 강하게 나타났다. 보안 관련 부서 직원들의 시스템 2 성향이 일반 직원들의 시스템 2 성향보다는 조금 더 높게 나왔지만, 통계학적으로 유의미하지 못했다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업 직원의 심리적 보안 취약성을 이중 프로세스 이론으로 설명하면서 지금까지 기술적 대책에만 치중했던 기업의 보안 관련 연구와 산업보안의 연구 범위를 확장하는 것이 연구의 주요 목표라고 할 수 있다. The 4th Industrial Revolution increasingly requires the need for protection of information assets. Human ignorance has been proven to be the utmost vulnerablity in terms security. In order to protect a company s critical assets, it is necessary to establish human-centric security measures while identifying and supplementing the limitations of technical security by awakening staff consciousness. To this end, this study analyzed how the psychological factors, System 1 and System 2, work with employees in the enterprise based on the dual process theory. The results of this study have shown that both cognitive system tendencies among security-related departmental staff and general staff are stronger with System 1. Although the tendency of system 2 among security-related department employees was slightly higher than that of general staff, it was not statistically significant. Thus, the main objective of this study is to expand the scope of research on industrial security, which have so far focused solely on technical measures, while explaining the psychological security vulnerability of corporate employees in a dual process theory.

이용자 중심(User-Centered) 서비스 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

본 연구는 노인돌봄종합서비스 이용자들이 이용자 중심 서비스를 어떻게 경험하고 있는지 이해하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이용자 중심서비스의 실천적 원칙으로 강조되는 이용자들의 선택의 의미는 무엇이며 어떠한 맥락에서 과연 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지에 대한 서비스 이용 경험의 본질적 측면에 초점을 두었다. 자료 분석은 현상학적 연구에서 Giorgi가 제시한 연구방법을 사용하였으며 서울 시내 65세 이상 이용자 10명을 대상으로 심층면접을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 참여자들의 서비스에 대한 이용자로서의 경험은 “제한된 서비스 선택”, “강화되지 못한 이용자로서의 권한”, “서비스에 대한 모순된 감정”, “돌보미와의 관계 중요성 인식” 이라는 4개의 구성요소로 도출되었으며, 이들의 서비스 경험의 본질적 현상은 “제한된 선택권 안에서 관계의 중요성”으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 이용자 중심으로서의 서비스 이용경험은 여전히 이용자로서의 선택은 제한적으로 이루어지고 있었으며 이용자들은 자신에게 주어진 서비스 선택권보다 돌보미와의 긍정적 관계를 더욱 중요하게 인식하고 있음이 발견되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이용자 중심 서비스가 정착될 수 있는 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. This study aimed to have an understanding of how the users of comprehensive care service for the aged experience the user-centered services. For this, this study placed focus on the essential aspects of the experience of using the service including the meaning of the choice of users being emphasized as practical principles in user-centered services as well as the real context of such a choice. The research methods suggested by Giorgi in phenomenological studies were adopted for data analysis, and intensive interviews were conducted for 10 users living in Seoul who are over 65 years of age. According to the results of the analysis, the interviewees' experience of the service as users were categorized into the elements of "restricted choice of service", "unstrengthened right for the users", “ambivalent emotion about the service", and "awareness of the importance of the relationship with the caregiver", and the essential phenomenon in their experience of the service was "the importance of relationship within restricted choice". This study found out that the choice or self-determination of users was still restricted in the usage of user-centered services. It also found out that the users think it more important to have a positive relationship with the caregiver than the choice of the service granted to them. On the basis of such research results, political implications are proposed to help the establishment of user-centered services.

A Study on the Organizational Characteristics of the Limited Liability Company

기업형태를 선택할 때 법적, 경제적, 경영적인 면과 조세적 측면을 고려하여야 한다. 이 가운데 가장 중요한 것은 투자자의 책임과 세금을 최소화하는 것이다. 미국에서는 LLC라는 기업형태가 최근에 가장 선호되고 있다. 그 이유는 투자자들에게 partnership의 partner와 동일한 과세를 하면서도 유한책임을 인정하며, 또 경영절차의 유연성으로 인하여 소규모 사업에 적합하기 때문이다. 우리나라의 상법개정시안에서도 이 제도를 도업하기로 하여 유한책임조합이라는 새로운 기업형태를 구상하고 있으며, 일본은 합동회사라는 제도를 이미 도입하여 미국의 LLC나 영국의 LLP와 유사한 기업형태를 인정하고 있다. 법이론 상으로는 투자자들이 유한책임을 누리면서 경영에 참여하는 것에 관하여 용납할 수 없는 부분도 있으나, 기업실무계의 필요에 의하여 창조되어 미국에서 그 수가 가장 빨리 증가하는 기업형태로서 연구할 가치가 있다고 생각한다. 이 논문에서는 미국에서 LLC가 도입된 역사적 배경과 조직특성을 살펴보았다. 그리고 구체적으로 이 기업형태의 설립절차와 조직특성 및 경영관리상의 특징을 중심으로 고찰하여 우리 개정상법이 시행된 후 기업형태를 변경하거나 새로이 창설되는 기업에 조금이나마 도움을 주고자 한다. Choosing the best legal form for doing business is a complex decision that involves a host of legal, economic, management, and tax considerations. Prime among these is the desire to limit the legal liability of investors and minimize taxes. Maintaining flexibility in the distribution of management power and cash flow is another key factor. The LLC"s popularity and rapid acceptance have been driven by the status of LLCs as hybrid entities that marry in one entity the most desired characteristics of both corporations and partnerships. LLCs are so well-suited to the closely held business venture that they are replacing the need for partnerships and “S”corporations. LLCs are preferred because they are flexible, create tax savings, shield business people from personal liability, and provide an almost unlimited opportunity to participate in the management of the business. Due to the rapid acceptance of LLCs, property managers would be well advised to consider this business option for the 21<SUP>st</SUP> century.

호스피탈리티 산업은 고객 만족을 위한 서비스를 제공하여 가치를 창출하는 산업이다.호스피탈리티 산업의 범위가 복합적으로 늘어나며 변화하는 환경에 대응하기 위해 보안의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 다른 어떤 산업부문보다 고객 만족을 최우선 목표로 삼아야 하는 비즈니스 특성으로 인해 보안에 대한 접근 역시 다를 수밖에 없다. 그럼에도 불구하고 호스피탈리티 보안은 안전에만 치우쳐져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는, 호스피탈리티 산업 내 체계적인 보안을 위해 호스피탈리티 산업에서 보안의 이슈와 취약성을 도출하고 이의 타당성 검증 후 요구사항을 제시했다. 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통한 타당성 검토 결과 보안 이슈는 모두 타당하며, 취약점은 총 7가지에서 5가지가 타당하다는 결론을 얻었다. 앞서 도출한 취약점 항목과 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 토론 내용을 바탕으로 보안 교육, 산업 내 직장폭력에 대한 대응, 호스피탈리티 보안 감사, 물리적 보안환경 설계, 호스피탈리티 보안 협의체 구성이라는 요구사항을 제시하여 보안체계를 개선하고자 했다. 본 연구는 호스피탈리티 보안을 자산보호 및 손실방지라는 산업보안의 광의적 관점으로 바라보며 기존의 안전에만 유의했던 호스피탈리티 보안의 영역을 넓힌 것에 학문적 의의를 두고 있다. 또한, 학문적 연구가 미흡했던 호스피탈리티 보안에 대한 보안 이슈와 취약점을 도출했다는 것에 의미를 가진다. 본 연구는 추후에 다른 호스피탈리티 보안 연구를 진행할 시 그 초석이 되리라 판단된다. The hospitality industry is an industry that creates value by providing services for customer satisfaction. The Significance of Security in the hospitality industry has emerged recently as a changing scope of the hospitality industry and environments. In this overall perspective, security in the hospitality industry is also different due to the goal of the business, which requires customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, hospital security is only focused on safety. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine security issues and vulnerabilities in the hospitality industry and to suggest thereby the requirements of solving the security problem. This discussion draws on literature and the working groups. A review of validity through a focus group interview shown that security issues were all valid and that there were a total of seven to five possible vulnerabilities. And the security requirements based on the above conclusions. This paper is academically meaningful in that it expanded the scope of security in the hospitality industry. And the present study was the first to draw for security issues and vulnerabilities. This article, therefore, provides a stepping stone for developing an account of hospitality security in Korea.
