This paper has an purpose to study the effect of C on the toughness of YS 460 MPa FCAW weld metal. These effects were evaluated by charpy impact and CTOD test about 4 FCAW weld metal containing various C and Si content in relation to microstructure. Increase of C content was helpful to increase AF volume fraction and reduce PF(G) and FS volume fraction by increasing super cooling rate for ferrite transformation. Also, Increase of C content up to 0.045wt% made the strength and impact toughness higher by increasing AF volume fraction. The weld metal containing higher C content indicated higher CTOD value. It is because the volume fraction of PF(G) and FS, can play a role as crack initiation site, was reduced. Effect of C on the strength and elongation of weld metal was higher with an increase of Si contents.

에너지 비용의 상승에 따라 추출에 기본원리를 둔 새로운 분리공정에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있으며, 이에 따라 액-액평형 조성의 계산 및 예측에 대한 필요성이 매우 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공비혼합물을 형성하는 2-propanol 수용액에 용매로서 methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, ethylacetate, butylacetate, toluene 및 o-xylene을 첨가한 삼성분계에 대하여 25℃에서 용해도곡선, tie line, plait point, 분배계수와 선택도를 실험을 통해 구하였다. Tie line 데이터의 열역학적 건전성을 확인하였으며 실험값을 NRTL 및 UNIQUAC 모델식으로 구한 계산값과 비교하였다. Due to the rising cost of energy, new separation processes based on extraction are becoming more attractive than before. Thus, the need for calculating and predicting liquid-liquid equilibria(LLE) compositions has very much increased. The purpose of this study is to determine the binodal curves, tie lines, plait point, distribution and selectivity for the ternary systems of 2-propanol-water with methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, ethylacetate, butylacetate, toluene and o-xylene as solvents at 25℃. And those tie line data were used to examine thermodynamic consistency. The experimental tie line data were correlated with NRTL and UNIQUAC models.
LPG선 탱크용 FH 강재 FCAW 용접금속의 인장성질과 충격인성에 미치는 후열처리의 영향

This paper has an aim to study the effect of PWHT and its conditions(peak temperature and holding time) on the tensile properties and impact toughness of FCAW weld metal in relation to microstructure. Impact toughness was evaluated to apply the cargo tank of liquified gas carriers under the various PWHT condition of each class societies. On the basis of these study, it was found that PWHT conditions within all class societies affect charpy absorbed energy of weld metal little or no, all PWHT weld metals kept similar level of charpy absorbed energy as as-weld weld metal down-to $-60^{\circ}C$ and finally indicated lower energy value than that of as-weld weld metal at $-75^{\circ}C$. It is because the precipitation of 2nd phase was controlled from welding consumable and the grain size was grown by PWHT.
장기미집행 도시계획시설의 해지 및 용도변경에 따른 개발이익 추정에 관한 연구

Urban plan facilities unexpected in long-term is providing violation of the ownership right by the prolongment of the project because of the cost. By the decreasing number of the student because of low birth rate nationally, school facilities has been designated but discharged as urban planning facilities. Comparing with the Regarding negotiation system, betterment based on the case of canceled as school facilities to be developed and the following is the result. First, according to each analysis type, betterment has been analyzed variously from 38.9% to 512.0% comparing with officially assessed land price. Second, analyzed by each method of rezoning was shown from 42.5% to 622%, considering the increase rate of land price by developing was shown from 54.6% to 971.9%. Third, considering the charge for development and the increase rate of land price was shown from 3.5% to 128.9%. It would be used by the basic research about proper betterment estimation rate for the future betterment recapture.
과학자들이 선호하는 분광광도계 컨트롤 디스플레이 디자인 연구

정보통신의 발달로 날로 소형화되고 있는 정보기기들의 디스플레이는 평판화를 통해 부피가 작고 가벼우며, 현장감과 몰입감의 증진을 위해 고감도의 그래픽을 제공하고 있다. 하지만 실험기기에 대해서는 아직 인터페이스나 디스플레이 GUI 디자인에 대한 관심이 약하고, 전체적인 제품의 외관 디자인에 관심을 보이고 있는 정도다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실험기기와 이의 주사용자인 과학자들의 특성을 고려하여 실험기기 컨트롤러디스플레이 GUI 디자인에 대한 선호도를 분석해 보았다. 그래픽 기반의 디스플레이 GUI와 텍스트 기반의 디스플레이 GUI에 대하여 동일한 태스크를 수행한 후 태스크 수행시간 및 오류 횟수 등을 비교 분석해 봄으로써 과학자들이 어떤 디스플레이 GUI 디자인을 더 선호하는지 알아보았다. 실험 결과 과학자들은 텍스트 기반의 디스플레이 GUI에서 더 높은 수행도를 보여주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 선호도 비교에서는 그래픽기반의 디스플레이 GUI 디자인을 약간 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. With the help of the advancements in information and communication, information appliances are changing. Flat panels made it possible for information appliances to become smaller in size and lighter in weight, and high end graphics provide increase in realistic and immersive use. Even with these advancements interest in design for laboratory equipment tend to only stay on a level of the exterior of the equipment, not to the point of designing the interface of display GUI. Inspired with the problem above this research would contain the preference analysis ondisplay GUI design considering the characteristics of the main users and the laboratory equipment itself. The test would be held through comparison of graphic-based display GUI and text-based display GUI and analyzing the task time and number of errors made, looking for which display GUI scientist prefer. The test results show that text-based GUI has a higher efficiency but the actual users preferred the graphic-based display GUI.
공간회귀모델을 적용한 지역주민 연령과 도시공간구조 패턴 상관성 연구 : 아산시와 천안시 주민의 평균연령을 중심으로

In this study, the correlation between the average age of residents and the characteristics of urban spatial structure such as demographic change, number of wholesale and retail workers, number of manufacturing workers, ratio of small houses, ratio of old buildings, and area of development projects in Asan and Cheonan was investigated. For the purpose, spatial autocorrelation and spatial lag model were applied. The increase in the area of various development projects such as industrial complex and housing estate construction had the effect of lowering the average age of the local population. The increase in the ratio of old buildings and small houses has a positive(+) and negative(-) effect on average age, respectively. The average age of residents is high in areas with a high proportion of manufacturing workers and wholesale and retail workers. The average age of the residents is decreasing in regions where the population is increasing. The average age of a local resident was found to be highly spatially dependent on the surrounding area. The value of the spatial lag variable(Rho), which shows the influence of surrounding regions on the average age of one region, was 0.471, statistically confirming that the average age was spatially clustered.
