Applied technologies of solar energy, as an alternative energy source to the fossil fuel, became the main part in developing renewable energy resources. As sound-proof walls are commonly constructed around urban roads passing through the cities, it is required to develop the new technology to produce solar power using them with solar cells in the roads. While Japan and the United States have already built the convergence sound-proof wall with a photovoltaic system, Korea has not developed relevant technologies related to the sound-proof wall yet. In this study, as an alternative to the relevant technical improvement, we design the vertical convergence sound-proof wall and propose the applicable technology using bi-facial solar cells and inert gases.

In this paper, beam forming using moving least squares method (MLSM) is studied. In the previous research, the least squares method (LSM), one of the data interpolation methods, was used to determine the desired beam pattern and obtain a beam pattern that minimizes the square of the error with the desired beam pattern. However, LSM has a disadvantage in that the beam pattern can not be formed to satisfy the exact steering angle of the desired beam pattern and the peak sidelobe level (PSLL) condition. To overcome this drawback, MLSM is used for beam forming. In order to verify, the proposed method is applied in beam forming of Bezier platform array antenna which is one of conformal array antenna platform

본 연구에서는 영상 데이터 처리를 위한 SD 메모리 컨트롤러를 설계하였다. 제안된 메모리 컨트롤러는 하나의 메모리를 사용하여 복수개의 영상 데이터 처리하도록 구성되어 있다. 래스터 영상 데이터의 전송 특성을 이용하여 지능적으로 메모리접근을 재배열함으로써 메모리의 허용 가능한 대역폭을 가능한 많이 사용하도록 하였다.
