반투과형 태양전지를 이용한 창호형 BIPV 건물의 환경성능 분석

To implement the planning of zero-energy buildings, their energy performance must be improved, and renewable energy applications must also be included. To accelerate the use of renewable energies in such buildings, BIPVs should be actively used in windows and on roofs. Window-type BIPVs are being developed in various forms depending on the size, composition, area ratio of the window, specification of glass, and so on. To analyze the applicability of various solar cells as window-type BIPVs, in this study, we evaluated their applicability, at the current development level, by analyzing the indoor illuminance, heat gain and heat loss; the cooling, heating, and lighting energy levels; and the generation performance of the various solar cells. To enhance the future applicability of window type BIPV, we analyze the overall energy performance of the building, according to changes in visible light transmittance and generation efficiency. The main research results are as follows. The area ratios above the standard illuminance, based on the window type and according to the VLT, were in order of low-e glazing, a-Si window, DSSC window, and c-Si window. The heat gain of the semi-transparent solar cell winodw was remarkably low. The energy consumption of buildings was highest in the order of c-Si window, DSSC window, a-Si window, and clear low-e window. However, in the case of including the power generation performance of the solar cell, the energy consumption was found to be high in order of DSSC window, c-Si window, a-Si window, and clear low-e window. In the future, if a window-type BIPV is developed, we believe that improvement in power generation performance and improvement in visible light transmittance will be needed.

The enforcement of the Kyoto Protocol to reduce greenhouse gas is definitely a challenge we cannot avoid. Korea ranks lOth in the world and 1st among OECD countries in terms of the volume of greenhouse gas emission and is expected to join Annex 1 countries which have to reduce emission after 2012. For the sustainable development, we shouldn't depend upon fossil fuel energy longer. This study will provide preliminary data to developing renewable energy systems for urban generation. There are investigated a recent case study of CONCERTO projects co-funded by the European Commission and surveyed the foreign cases applied to key technologies such as geothermal energy, hydrogen fuel cell and bioenergy among the renewable-energies in urban built environment. And also there is analyzed application of renewable energy systems as a urban energy source.

This study aims to propose the application method of renewable energy systems to apartment houses in Korea and to suggest the process of integrating renewable energy systems into architectural elements. Case studies were conducted to apply various renewable systems to apartment houses according to the suggested process. Renewable systems were classified according to their characteristics, and optimum systems were proposed based on the specific conditions of apartment houses. Finally, energy performance of renewable energy systems applied to apartment houses were estimated using computer simulation. The study includes that the application of renewable energy systems to apartment houses in Korea is feasible in terms of energy consumption reduction.

The efficiency of ventiltaion system is one of the most important issues of designing ventilation in highrise apartment buildings. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ventilation efficiency of ventilation system by experimental study using CO₂ gas method.<br/> The results of this paper can be summarized as follows. (1) The supply diffuser of ventilation system should be located near the contaminant source, however, location right above the contaminant source has to be avoided. The return grill should be located along with supply diffuser for proper ventilation. (2) The return grill should be located near or right above the contaminant source, and the supply diffuser should be installed in module with return grill increase ventilation effectiveness.

This study aims to propose a standard model of sustainable schools. Field measurements and surveys were conducted to evaluate indoor environmental elements such as thermal, visual, acoustic comfort and indoor air quality of schools in Seoul, Kyeonggi and Jeju. Additionally, environmental elements were also investigated and analysed through teachers’ questionnaires. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; According to field measurements for 52 schools, the CO2, PM10 and noise were higher than each standard. To reduce the concentration of pollutants, an effective ventilation device is required. Also to make comfortable environment of classrooms, it is necessary to improve daylighting and environmental friendly elements of school. The environment-friendly elements were suggested such as waste recycling bins, water conserving fixtures, experiential farm, high efficiency appliances and equipment, lighting sensor, automatic control. The results of this study will be used as basic data for the standard model of environment-friendly education facilities.

Recently there has been more apprehensions about health and environment. Since the concern has been increased, it is realized that students need to study in comfort and clean environment, and plan to study in environmental friendly facilities. Hence it is needed for both indoor air quality performance evaluation and greening facilities in order to plan environmental friendly schools. Accordingly, this study analyzes the indoor air quality throughout field survey of schools to provide preliminary data to develop environmental friendly education facilities. This paper investigates and analyzes indoor environment standards and performances in schools. There will be included 15 existing schools and 5 newly built schools for survey in Seoul and Gyeonggi, Additionally, environmental problems are also investigated and analyzed by occupants' questionnaires through surveys.

In the past, environmental problems of education facilities were rarely dealt, because it is concentrated on the improving of the education quality by society. However, there is recently concerned about health and environment more. Since increasing the concern, it is realized that students need to study in comfort and clean environment from planning to build with environmental friendly facilities. Furthermore, there is demanded environmental friendly building when the Green Building Assessment System started. From those reasons, it is increased planning of environmental friendly education facilities, but eco-school is generated through expansion of Greening Facilities without indoor environmental performance evaluations. However, it is needed both indoor environmental performance evaluation and greening facilities in order to plan environmental friendly education facilities. Accordingly, this study analyzes indoor environmental performance throughout field survey of primary schools to provide preliminary data to develop environmental friendly education facilities. This paper investigates and analyzes indoor environment standards and performances in primary schools. There will be used 10 primary schools for survey in Seoul and Gyeonggi.

Nowadays, Schools are increased planning of environmental friendly education facilities, but eco-school is generated through expansion of Greening Facilities without indoor environmental performance evaluations. This study aims to propose design strategies for sustainable school as the environmental education tool. Field surveys were conducted to evaluate indoor environment in primary schools in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Jeju. Additionally, environmental problems are also investigated and analyzed by occupants' questionnaires through surveys.
모듈러 시스템을 적용한 주거용 건축물에서의 제로 에너지 계획 방안

This study aims to verify the effectiveness by applying a modular method in preparation for the mandatory certification of zero energy in private buildings in 2025, and eventually distribute zero energy buildings. Currently, modular methods are applied to small public buildings, and little research has been done on the modular application of private buildings. Therefore, we analyze the issues that new residential buildings need to be certified for zero energy. In this work, we will analyze and simulate previous studies to create basic data for low carbon societies. We want to change passive design such as area of the windows, Infiltrate performance, and insulation performance to implement as close to zero-energy buildings as possible. In this paper, we obtain zero-energy certification and verify that a modular approach can be applied to present the method.
