        초등학교 3~6학년 읽기이해 부진학생의 이야기 글 읽기 이해

        In the present study, the inference making abilities of poor comprehenders were investigated. Poor comprehenders are characterized by having word decoding skills within normal range with delayed reading comprehension skills relative to their peers. Eighty elementary school children in grades three to six participated in this study. Among them, 40 were poor comprehenders and 40 were normally developing children.Three stories were used to assess the subjects' comprehension abilities. After reading the stories, they were asked to reply to two types of questions: literal questions and inference questions. For each story, 10 questions (five literal and five inference questions) were asked. A 2-way ANOVA of the subject group (2) x question type (2) was conducted, where the question type was a repeated measure.The results of this study were as follows: (1) significant main effects were found for the subject group and question type, (2) an ingrouption brtween group and question type was also statistically significant. Poor comprehedners were less upcurate than normal children in answering both types of questions. Such group differences appear to be larger for inference questions than for literal questions.Poor comprehenders' inference problems during reading were interpreted in terms of various psycholinguistic processes required for inferencing. Implications for intervention were also discussed.

        초등학교 3-6학년 읽기이해 부진학생과 일반학생의 조사 오류 수정

        In the present study, the grammatical error correction skills of poor comprehenders and normally developing children were investigated. Relative to their peers, these poor comprehenders had word decoding skills within normal range with delayed reading comprehension skills. Eighty elementary school children in grades 3~6 participated in this study. Among them, 40 were poor comprehenders and 40 were normally developing children. They were asked to judge the grammatical markers and correct the erroneous case-markers of 40 items. Five types of case-markers, including nominatives i/ga, accusatives ul/lul, a locative e, a locative eseo, and an instrumental ro were systematically changed to generate the grammatically incorrect sentences. To assess the developing changes in grammatical judgment skills, the children were divided into two groups based on age: third and fourth grades in the younger group and fifth and sixth graders in the older group. A ANCOVA of the subject group(2)×grade(2) was conducted, where nonverbal IQ was controlled as covariate. And in each group, a 2-way ANOVA of the grade(2)×type of case-markers(5) was conducted, where the type of case-markers was a repeated measure. First, the results of ANCOVA were as follows: (1)significant main effects were found for the subject group and grade, (2)an 2-way interaction between the subject group and grade was also statistically significant Second, the results of 2-way ANOVA in each group were as follows: (1)significant main effects were found for the grade and type of case-markers within normally developing children, (2)in contrast, significant main effect was found for the grade only within poor comprehenders. The poor comprehenders' problems in grammatical error correction were interpreted in terms of reading comprehension.

        학령기 다문화가정 아동의 단어유추 능력

        In the present study, we investigated the verbal analogical reasoning skills of school-age children from multi-cultural families (MCF) and single-cultural families (SCF). Twenty-eight elementary school children in grades 3 and 4 participated in this study: 14 children from MCF, 14 children from SCF of the same chronological age and vocabulary performance in standardized tests. A verbal analogical task containing five types of verbal analogies was given. These verbal analogies included: synonyms, antonyms, linear order, category, and functional relationships. For each analogy type, ten items were generated; the total number of items was 50. We conducted a two-way analysis of variance of participant group (2) × analogy type (5), where the analogy type was a repeated measure. The results of this study were as follows. Significant main effects were found for the subject group and analogy type. The two-way interaction between group and analogy type was not significant. The children from MCF exhibited verbal analogical reasoning skills lower than the children from SCF. In terms of analogical types, liner order was easier to process than functional relationship, category, antonyms and synonyms. Especially, participants showed the lowest performance for synonym - type. The results indicated that children from MCF exhibited a weaker vocabulary knowledge than the children from SCF, though they showed similar scores in standardized tests. Implications for intervention were discussed.

        서정주의 전래동화에 나타난 작가의식

        『Our Country’s Sinseon & Seonnyeo Tales』 Volumes 1~5 of Seo Jeongju are collection which adapted traditional fairy tales from fables of our country. Traditional fairy tales of Seo Jeongju have much transformation if compared to original form of fables. As appeared in titles of the collection, transformation of leading characters to Sinseon and Seonnyeo is especially remarkable. Differently from the function which figures and space had in fables, such transformed figures and Sinseon world became the object of praise through aestheticization. In addition, due to change in narration, not only origin of nature and things which used to be deconstruction of discourse but also sacredness which handled communion and severance became weakened and commonplace. Fact that adaption in fables and traditional fairy tales was widely made means that the writer’s consciousness was strongly reflected in the process of remaking. Seo Jeongju tried to convey ‘Sinseon and Seonnyeo tales’ through traditional fairy tales of 『Our Country’s Sinseon & Seonnyeo Tales』. Representative image of ‘Sinseon and Seonnyeo’ is directly linked to ‘eternity’ which is found in his poem world. The poem consciousness of ‘eternity’ is materialized as prose in traditional fairy tales, where longing for Sjnseon world in order to get a life of Sinseon by transcending the limit of a personal life, and denying consciousness on human being as well as self-denying consciousness act as impetus of imagination. In the meantime, children and women who appeared in traditional fairy tales of Seo Jeongju were those who could communicate with Sinseon world. To overcome the limit of human being and to reach transcendental world through them were realization of ‘eternity’ which he desired so much. Thus, Seo Jeongju shifted his own desire for transcendence of reality to children through traditional fairy tales.

        국내 직업무용단의 웹사이트 콘텐츠 비교 분석

        본 연구는 국내 직업무용단 웹사이트 콘텐츠의 현황을 분석하기 위한 것으로 이 연구를 통해 전국 직업무용단과 무용발전에 기여할 수 있는 사이트 구축 및 콘텐츠 개발 방안에 도움을 주는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 무용단 단독으로 홈페이지가 운영되고 있는 8개의 무용단을 선정하여 콘텐츠 내용을 조사하였다. 연구방법에 의해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 무용단 홈페이지 중 콘텐츠 제공과 커뮤니티의 활성화는 국립발레단, 서울발레시어터, 유니버설발레단인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시(도)립무용단의 경우는 경기도립무용단, 대전ㆍ부산ㆍ서울ㆍ인천시 립무용단의 5곳만 활성화되고 있어 타 시도 무용단 홈페이지의 콘텐츠는 많은 보완이 이루어져야 하겠다. 셋째, 서울발레시어터나 유니버설발레단의 경우 공연소식, 단원소개, 발레이야기, 공연평, 뉴스레터, 일정안내, 아카데미, 후원회 등을 통해 많은 콘텐츠를 제공하여 관객 관리와 홍보에 활용한 반면, 시립ㆍ도립 무용단의 홈페이지에서는 그 규모와 자료 수가 적은 편이어서 웹사이트 방문의 호기심이 덜했다. This study is to analyze the present condition of internal dance troupes' web sites contents, and through this study, we aim at suggesting beneficial plans not only for constructing better web sites and contents for national dance troupes but also for contributing to the development of national dance troupes. In order to achieve this study's object, we selected eight dance troupes that run their own web sites and examined their contents. the conclusions are as following. First, among internal professional dance troupes, Korea National Ballet, Seoul Ballet Theatre, and Universal Ballet Company offer the best contents at their home pages and they have the most lively community concerned activities at their internet web sites. Second, as for the web sites of municipal(provincial) dance troupes, those of Gyeonggi provincial dance troupe, Daejeon municipal dance troupe, Busan municipal dance troupe, Seoul municipal dance troupe, Incheon municipal dance troupe have lots of contents briskly carried on, but those of the others need complementary measures. Third, Seoul ballet theatre and Universal Ballet Company offer lots of information about their activities to satisfy their customers and make the maximum use for public relations ; performance news, the introduction of their members, the story of ballet, press reviews, new letters. On the other hand, at the web sites of Metropolitan Dance Theater, Provincial Dance Company, there are much fewer contents about their activities, which doesn't lead customers to visit their webs.

      • Synthesis and photovoltaic performance of novel ionic dyes for the dye-sensitized solar cells

        The improvement of solar energy-to-electricity conversion efficiency has continued to be an important research area of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The mechanism of DSSCs is based on the injection of electrons from the photoexcited dye into the conduction band of nanocrystalline TiO2 or ZnO. Thus, the electronic structures, such as HOMO, LUMO, and HOMO-LUMO band gaps of dye moleculed in DSSC are deeply related to the electron transfer by photoexcitation and redox potential. Organic dyes, because of their many advantages, such as high molar extinction coefficients, convenience of customized molecular design for desired photophysical and photochemical properties, inexpensiveness with no transition metals contained, and environment-friendliness, are suitable as photosensitizers for DSSC. We believe that practically useful organic dye photosensitizers can be produced by exploiting electron donor/acceptor system with proper length of {pi}-conjugation in a chromophore to control the absorption wavelength and enhance the photovoltaic performance. In this research, We designed and synthesized organic dyes also investigated the photoelectrochemical properties of a series of ionic dyes in DSSCs.

        학령 전 다문화가정 아동과 일반가정 아동의 격조사와 보조사 산출

        배경 및 목적: 학령전 다문화가정 아동이 한국어의 대표적인 문법형태소인 조사를 습득, 발달시켜가는 과정에서 보이는 특성을 살펴보기 위하여 학령전 다문화가정 아동과 일반가정 아동의 조사 산출 능력을 비교하였다. 방법: 학령전 다문화가정 아동과 일반가정 아동 각각 20명씩 총 40명을 대상으로 주격조사 ‘-이/가’, 목적격조사 ‘-를’, 부사격조사/처소 ‘-에서’, 부사격조사/도구 ‘-(으)로’, 부사격조사/수여 ‘-한테’, 보조사 ‘-도’, ‘-는’, ‘-만’ 산출 능력의 집단 간 차이를 비교하기 위하여 격조사 5개의 조합과 보조사 3개의 조합에 대해 각각 다변량분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 다문화가정 아동은 일반가정 아동에 비하여 격조사 산출의 수행력이 유의하게 낮았으며, 보조사 산출의 수행력 역시 유의하게 낮았다. 논의 및 결론: 다문화가정 아동은 표준화된 언어 선별검사에서 정상발달 범주에 속하는 것으로 평가되었지만 생활연령이 유사한 일반가정 아동과 비교하여 조사 산출 수행력이 유의하게 낮았다. 다문화 가정 아동의 언어발달과 관련하여 초기의 문화적, 언어적 환경의 중요성에 대해 논의하였다. Background & Objectives: In the present study, the production of case particles and semantic particles of children from multi-cultural families (MCF) and non-multicultural families (NMF) was investigated. Methods: Forty children aged 4 to 5 years participated in the present study: 20 children from MCF and 20 children from NMF. The children were of the same chronological age and language age according to the standardized screening test. Twenty-four pairs of pictures were used to elicit five types of predetermined case particles, ‘i/ga’, ‘lul’, ‘ro’, ‘eseo’ ‘hante,’ and three semantic particles, ‘do’, ‘nun’, ‘man.’ The two pictures of a pair were designed to elicit two sentences with the same structure. After the investigator described one picture of a pair, the children were asked to describe the other. For the data analysis, two multivariate analyses of variance (MANOVA) were performed to explore group differences across the five case particles and three semantic particles. Results: The MANOVA of the five case particles revealed a significant effect between groups, with the children from MCF showing inferior performance for the combined dependent variables than the children from NMF, while the MANOVA of the three semantic particles revealed a significant effect between groups, with the children from MCF showing inferior performance for the combined dependent variables than the children from NMF. Discussion & Conclusion: The children from MCF produced fewer case particles and semantic particles than the children from NMF, although they showed similar scores on the standardized test. Implications for cultural factors unique to MCF are discussed in the present study.
