In she year of 1917, when T.S. Eliot was beginning to write some of the most controversial poems laying great emphasis on the necessity of the tradition in literature through his criticism 'Tradition and the Individual Talent', England was at a state of anarchy in culture. As ravid artistic individualism was widespread in Europe, there was no sign of any reins of regulation in creation. A poet would sigh a poem of an exclamation indulging in idle fancies or would groan under the sentimetality. Eliot was then conscious of the danger of individualism in the literary tradition. And he believed in the essential unity and contrubution of literary tradition to the growth and development of literature. In literature, Eliot believed firmly in the principle of unquestioned spiritual authority outside che individual; that is, the principle of classicism. Eliot thought that classicism and Christianity were the most important literary heritage. Eliot's idea of a living tradition was not his original one, but among many English critical writers only he had fully aplied the idea to literature and developed it into an organic system of literary criticism and writing poetry. Matthew Arnold also showed a true conception of the use of the classics of Greece and Rome as a necessary model for great poetry and of the importance of tradition, but for him they were merely the scattered convictions of cultured man and he had little understanding of their organic nature. T.E.Hulme as well attached great importance to the tradition in literature, and recognized the significance of the organic nature of literary tradition but he failed in developing these ideas into a complete literary system. The knowledge of a living tradition had Eliot as a critic perform three definite tasks: first, the use of the past as a standard to measure and judge the present literature, second, the use of the past to help the true development of the present, and third, by a reorganization of our view of the whole tradition to preserve the tradition. Eliot who asserted to apply the tradition to literature as a standard groped for the method which makes possible that literature approach the condition of science. From this mathod he brought out his brilliant poetic theories- impersonal theory, objective correlative theory, unification of sensibility theory, through which the idea of tradition flowed ceaselessly. As a poet Eliot used the tradition to form the basis for a literary standard of values, that was as an indication of what could be done in a language and what had to still be done and as a measure for what he was doing himself. There might be a lot of services rendered by Eliot to English literature, among these we could recognize the introduction of vers libre or free verse, of the method of symbolism, the use of myth, of techniques of parallel and contrast, and of the atmosphere of pure realism. Through realizing the potentialities of English he could achieve the clarity and purity of the poetic words and attempting to impose order and discipline he could establish the classic tradition in English literature.

한방임상진료지침 개발에 대한 연구

목적 : 본 연구는 한방임상진료지침의 개발필요성과 방법론을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 방법 : 진료지침의 선행 연구, 보고가이드, 문헌을 통해 한방임상진료지침의 현재 상황을 살펴본다. 결과 및 결론: 1. 보건의료 서비스에 대한 요구의 증가, 의료비용에 대한 부담, 과다이용 혹은 과소이용과 같은 부적절한 진료, 환자는 최선의 의료 서비스를 받고 싶어 하는 임상 의료의 상황하에 임상 의료의 한 축을 담당하고 있는 한의학에서도 표준화된 한방임상진료지침이 필요하다. 2. 장기간의 임상실천의 과정을 통하여 끊임없이 검증 받아온 전통의학인 한의학의 현재 상황에서 한방임상진료지침의 개발은, 진료지침 방법론의 하나인 공식적 합의 유도 접근법을 통한 개발이 합리적이며, 이를 토대로 좀 더 상위의 근거를 제시할 수 있는 환경을 지속적으로 만들어 가는 것이 필요하다. 3. 한방임상진료지침의 개발 경험과 기본 토대가 부족한 실정이기에, 객관성과 통일성 그리고 근거중심의 합리적 한방임상진료지침 개발을 위한 많은 시도와 연구가 필요하다. Objectives: This study is intended to understand the developmental needs and directions of oriental medicine clinical practice guideline. Methods: Looking through previous studies, reported guideline and bibliography, we can find out the current state of Oriental Medicine Clinical Practice Guideline Results and Conclusion: 1. Standardized oriental medicine clinical practice guideline is needed based on evidence-based medicine. 2. At the current state of Oriental Medicine Clinical Practice Guideline, development through formal consensus development is needed, which is one of methodology of Clinical Practice Guideline. 3. More studies are needed to develop Oriental Medicine Clinical Practice Guideline.

스포츠용품의 브랜드이미지가 브랜드신뢰, 브랜드만족 및 브랜드충성도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 스포츠용품의 브랜드이미지가 브랜드신뢰, 브랜드만족 및 브랜드충성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하며, 브랜드신뢰가 브랜드만족과 브랜드충성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하며, 브랜드만족이 브랜드충성도에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 스포츠용품 기업의 마케팅전략 수립에 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 독립변수로는 브랜드이미지, 매개변수로는 브랜드신뢰, 브랜드만족, 종속변수로는 브랜드 충성도를 설정하였다. 설문지는 사전조사를 통하여 타당도와 신뢰도 검사를 활용하여 본조사에 활용하였으며, 사전에 교육된 조사원 2명을 이용하여 자기평가기입법으로 작성하도록 하였다. 연구대상은 서울ㆍ경기지역의 3개 대학교(S대학교, K대학교, K대학교)에 대학에 재학 중인 남, 녀 대학생 중 나이키 제품이용경험이 있는 대학생 400명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 400부의 설문지를 배포하여 395부가 회수되었으며, 표집한 전체 표본 395부중에서 연구에 적절치 않은 26부의 자료를 제외한 총 369부를 최종 유효표본으로 활용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSSWIN Ver. 18.0을 활용하여 조사 대상자의 특성은 빈도분석을 하였고, 스포츠용품의 브랜드이미지가 브랜드신뢰, 브랜드만족 및 브랜드충성도와의 관계를 알아보기 위해 단순 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차에 의하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 브랜드이미지와 브랜드만족과의 관계에서 브랜드이미지의 하위요인인 인식된 가치와 개성이 브랜드만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 브랜드이미지와 브랜드신뢰와의 관계에서 인식된 가치, 조직의 변수만이 브랜드신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 브랜드이미지와 브랜드충성도와의 관계에서 하위요인인 인식된 가치, 개성, 조직은 모두 브랜드충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 브랜드만족과 브랜드충성도와의 관계에서 브랜드만족도는 브랜드충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 브랜드신뢰와 브랜드충성도와의 관계에서 브랜드신뢰는 브랜드충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research was to provide the basic data for the sports utilities industry's marketing strategies by identifying the impact of the brand image on brand confidence, brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty. To satisfy the purpose of this research, brand image was set as the independent variable, brand confidence and brand satisfaction were set as the parameter, and brand loyalty was set as a dependent variable. The questionnaire was formed based upon the validity and credibility test that was determined by the pre-survey, and it was used via self-assessment system with two trained surveyors. The target population was 400 male and female college students who are currently enrolled in the three schools, S-University, K-University, and another K-University in Seoul and Gyeong-gi area, and have used the Nike products in the past. Out of 400 hundred questionnaires distributed, 395 of them were collected, and out of collected 395 of them, 369 answers that were determined to be suitable for the research, therefore used as the validity sample. SPSS WIN Ver. 18.0 was used to process the data for frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis was performed to identify the relationship between brand image and brand confidence, brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty. The results of the research are following: First, between brand satisfaction and brand image, the subcategory of brand image which are recognized value and uniqueness, influenced brand satisfaction. Second, between brand image and brand confidence, only the recognized value and group variable influenced brand confidence. Third, between brand image and brand loyalty, recognized value, uniqueness, and group all influenced brand loyalty. Fourth, between brand satisfaction and brand loyalty, brand satisfaction influenced brandy loyalty. Fifth, between brand confidence and brand loyalty, brand confidence influenced brand loyalty.

고지방식이 유도 비만생쥐에 대한 苓桂朮甘湯 加 黃芪의 항비만 효과

이 연구는 고지방식이로 유도된 비만생쥐에서 苓桂朮甘湯 加 黃芪(YGT)의 항비만 효과를 알아보기 위하여 시행되었다. 고지방식이로 유도된 비만 C57BL/6마우스 동물 모델에서 정상군(Nor), 대조군(Veh), 양성대조군 Orlistat 40㎎/㎏(Oris), YGT 저농도 투여군 1.08g/㎏(YGTL), YGT 고농도 투여군 2.16g/㎏(YGTH)로 나누어 5주간 매일 일정량을 투여하고 체중, 체내 지질함량, 활성산소종, 항산화단백질, 지방산 합성 및 산화관련 유전자의 발현에 대하여 분석하였다. YGTL, YGTH 군에서 고지방식이로 인한 체중의 증가를 유의하게 억제하였다. YGTH군에서 부고환지방의 무게를 유의하게 감소시켰다. YGTL, YGTH 군에서의 혈청 내 ROS, TG, TC, LDL-C 함량을 유의하게 감소시켰고, HDL-C 함량을 유의하게 증가시켰으며, 항산화단백질인 GPx, Catalase, HO-1의 발현량을 유의하게 증가시켰다. 또한 YGTH에서 지방산소비 관련 단백질인 p-AMPK와 지방산 산화 관련 PPAR-α 발현을 유의하게 증가시키며, YGTL, YGTH에서 지방산 합성관련 유전자 SREBP-1, FAS, p-ACC의 발현을 유의하게 감소시키고, 지방산 산화관련 유전자 CPT-1, UCP-2의 발현을 유의하게 증가시켰다. 이와 같은 결과에 따라 苓桂朮甘湯 加 黃芪는 지질대사와 항산화능에 영향을 주어 비만을 치료하는 처방으로 사용될 수 있으며, 향후 임상연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. This study was conducted to experimentally evaluate the effects of Younggyechulgam-tang-ga Hwanggi(YGT) on obesity in mice induced by high fat diet. For this purpose, the experiment was conducted with 4-week-old male mice divided into 5 groups. They were a normal diet group(Nor), a high fat diet group(Veh), a positive drug control group-orlistat 40㎎/㎏(Oris), a 1.08g/kg group(YGTL), and a 2.16g/kg group(YGTH), and were tested for five weeks. Changes in antioxidant activity, body weight, organ weight, ROS, AST, ALT, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and lipid metabolism protein were checked. YGTL and YGTH group significantly reduced body weight compared to Veh group. YGTH group significantly reduced visceral fat weights compared to Veh group. In blood biochemistry analysis, ROS, AST, ALT, TC, TG and LDL-C in YGTL and YGTH group were significantly lower than Veh group. HDL-C increased significance in YGTL and YGTH group. In antioxidation protein analysis, Catalase, GPx and HO-1 have increased significantly in YGTL and YGTH group. YGTH group have increased PPAR-α, p-AMPK compared to Veh group. but decreased FAS. SREBP-1, p-ACC levels in YGTL and YGTH group were decreased compared Veh group, however CPT-1, UCP-2 levels in YGTL and YGTH group were increased compared Veh group. Younggyechulgam-tang-ga Hwanggi has anti-obesity effects by regulating lipolysis and antioxidation in a diet-induced obesity model. Additional clinical studies are needed.
